05/08/2026: During my first visit, I received an inappropriate comment from your reception staff, who asked me if I paid for cigarettes "in kind." I reported this incident, but apparently, no action was taken. Now my girlfriend is receiving inappropriate remarks from the same person. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and gives a very bad impression of your establishment.

02/08/2026: Honestly, it's not great in the evening. We won't be back. We come to play at the tables, and surprise, surprise, no more Hold'em poker... only Blackjack and Roulette. Frankly, even if there are fewer players than before, it's the heart of the casino... Otherwise, it's a real mess, a carnival. It's nice to have little live concerts... but please don't play them through the speakers. It's unpleasant and too loud when you're playing. The staff can be pleasant in the evening, especially the men (they sing behind you while you're gambling, which is really unpleasant; for that, there are karaoke bars and other bars). Basically, it's a carnival. In short, very disappointed 😞 😞 and I'm not even mentioning the dress code, which they don't respect. Jogging pants and Puma flip-flops with or without socks—come on, we're in a casino, aren't we? P.S.: When leaving a casino, even if the staff are chatting to pass the time, the least they could do is say good evening and wish you a good night.

26/08/2026: Quick service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I might not have gone if it hadn't been recommended to me; it's simple from the outside but has the advantage of being close to the train station. The calamari fritters were nothing special, but I highly recommend the Bo Bun Royal, which was excellent. The desserts are just as good as anywhere else. It's a place I'll definitely return to if I have the chance, and one I highly recommend.

22/06/2026: I didn't like the spring rolls, neither in the bo-bun nor as an appetizer. I recommend the caramel chicken or other dishes, which are much better and more generous. Immediate service No air conditioning

19/06/2026: A superb culinary experience. You can feel the chef's passion for cooking, and it shines through perfectly in his dishes: every element on the plate is carefully prepared. A delight for the palate. We particularly enjoyed the scallops with orange butter and the homemade pear sorbet. Go without hesitation. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

30/05/2026: Good value for money. Very well located for hiking around the Auvergne volcano lakes. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by nature, and just a 5-minute walk from the town center. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and available, with good service and a generous breakfast. Regarding the room, we always prefer a shower to a bathtub; that's the only slight drawback…

23/05/2026: A charming hotel that we stayed in between the Ascension Day holiday rush and the Whit Monday weekend in 2026. The owner gave us a warm welcome, showing us to our room and providing information. The room was a good size for sleeping, and the small bathroom was adequate. We would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a small bathtub (hence the one-star deduction for the room), but our hygiene wasn't affected 😄. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant after a swim in the indoor pool. The meal was excellent, and the service was pleasant. In short, very good value for money for this lovely establishment. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

24/08/2026: I was expecting a grocery store, but it's more of a place where you can eat and that sells a few products. It's tiny and incredibly expensive.
