30/07/2024: Connoisseurs and lovers of fine dining, we have nothing to complain about the quality of the cuisine. Fine, inventive, original and creative, a pleasure for the taste buds. The service is also impeccable. Very professional, attentive, very good knowledge of the menu, force of suggestion, we let ourselves be charmed... and this is where our only criticism comes in which is more of a big regret, Warning: If you don't know wine and castles like the back of your hand Don’t forget to ask the price because your bill could soar: a small glass of white Burgundy for 14 euros, even very good, will make you regret having indulged in an aperitif. Ditto for the Sprit at more than 10 euros. The food and wine pairing at 32 euros will take you on a journey, the quality is there, not the quantity. The choice of bottle is essential in our opinion to find the right balance. In conclusion, we recommend the b2k6, It’s very good value for money for the kitchen part. For wines. 25/08/2024: Too bad we take advantage of the discussions at neighboring tables because of the resonance in the room. The cuisine is fine with a good dosage of seasonings and the plates are well prepared. Everything is made from fresh, seasonal produce.

13/08/2024: Very good original cuisine. Very friendly service without overdoing it. Just the situation, neighborhood but for probably a first business for this young couple it's a nice start. We wish them good luck. I highly recommend a visit to La Loggia.

28/09/2024: Crazy restaurant!!! Excellent homemade terrine quality food at will. The waitresses are really very pleasant, smiling, very responsive, even when the Restaurant is full, they keep a smile and a good mood!!! I really advise you to go there!!!!

20/08/2024: Superb address for a good meal! Not against it, I find the salad at 17e super expensive! Because looking at the plate it's clearly not worth the price but everything else was correct paying 44 e for 2 salads and 2 desserts is a shame

24/09/2024: Came this evening for two Nutella pancakes, what a surprise! Very warm welcome despite the late hour, the waiter is a real gem, good energy and very smiling, we will come back only for him! Excellent and generous crepe, the setting is very nice, decorating for fall, it feels good! Close to the city center, it is the perfect address for all occasions. I RECOMMEND!

01/09/2024: For a Michelin-starred restaurant we were surprised to see that the restaurant had no air conditioning, sliding open result, heat and flies on the program. Added to this was the background music that was too loud. Interesting culinary discovery but the cook had a heavy hand with the spices, too bad. Accustomed to large tables, we came away with mixed feelings about your establishment.

29/08/2024: Nothing to say about the meal, original and succulent. Nothing to say about the service. Take care On the other hand, one thing bothered me: the flies... open windows it was hot but there are mosquito nets which also prevent flies from entering. In view of the quality of the restoration it is a shame to go hunting...

02/09/2024: Plats délicieux et copieux. Produits du terroir. A fréquenter les yeux fermés. Le personnel est très chaleureux, sympa, authentique. Le cadre est superbe même à l'intérieur. Nous y retournerons pour manger en terrasse dont l'atmosphère est particulièrement agréable. Un vrai délice.

30/08/2024: La nourriture est bonne, cependant le service est long et les serveurs discutent et boivent entre eux au lieu de nous servir !! Les attentes en devienne donc très longues et les coupures entre les entrées/plats/dessers. Décevant !!!

12/08/2024: Restaurant gastronomique, j'ai apprécié tous les plats, dignes, dans le raffinement et la présentation, d'un restaurant étoilé, alors que les prix sont bien modérés. Une excellente cuisine avec un excellent rapport qualité prix ; bravo.

12/08/2024: Without doubt the best gourmet restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. A rare quality, the kitchen is open to the room and you can see the chef at work: what better guarantee of eating “home”? The ingredients are fresh, the Saint-Pierre market is just a stone's throw away... The dishes offered depend on availability and inspiration. I have been going there for five years with my wife and we have never been disappointed. For a price three times lower, the cuisine at the Comptoir des Saveurs easily compares with that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Lovers of fine wines and cozy service may not find what they're looking for here, but gourmets won't be mistaken.

16/07/2024: IN THE TOP! 👍🏾 I have been a local guide for Google for 10 years now and frankly I am more than delighted with our visit to MAISON LASSALAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Upon our arrival we were cordially welcomed by Florence whom I thank for the quality of her listening, her professionalism, her kindness, her benevolence, her wise advice AND HER HUMOR!. Bravo to her and to the quality of the store's products. Obviously I will follow all the other opinions on: 1- The famous blueberry treat!!!! Unmissable and so good! We enjoyed it outside and I brought some back to enjoy again at home. 2- the ham croissant! My god they were good!!!! A delight ! 3- the Chicken puff pastry - Morels....mmmm a treat! 4- the sausages: I took the classic and I don't regret my choice, well recommended by Florence. 5 - cheeses: For my part, Salers Saint-Nectaire and Fourme de Rochefort delighted our taste buds... So this 5 out of 5 is more than well deserved! Bravo once again to Florence (like the city 😅😉) and its team we will not fail to return 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 And as promised, the bottle of Salers gentiane that I already had in my possession With your respect, Nicholas

04/08/2024: Very good restaurant. Ideally located at the foot of Puy de Dôme. The busy road next door cannot be heard at all, even on the terrace. The dishes are very good and plentiful. Very good value for money too.
