Les meilleurs restaurants en Puy-De-Dome

20/05/2024: Très déçus de notre soirée au Vigosche. C'est un restaurant dans lequel nous allons depuis plusieurs années mais cette fois-ci sera bien là dernière ! C'est le seul endroit où l'on peut déguster une rondelette qui est devenue sans saveur. Le st nectaire n'avait pas beau de goût. Le dessert inclut dans la formule était très très sucré... Et hormis le goût du sucre, il n'était vraiment pas bon. La serveuse était débordée, toute seule pour gérer une grande salle... On ne reviendra pas !!!

18/05/2024: LE VIGOSCHE, une BELLE DÉCOUVERTE ! Surtout ne vous trompez pas d’Auberge, comme nous le jour de Pâques, à Chateaugay !!! Attention aussi, la notation du Gault et Millau concerne les anciens gérants ou propriétaires ! Excellent accueil du patron Mickaël, bel établisement, salle spacieuse, table confortable, ambiance reposante, clientèle de connaisseurs, ... Personnel de service parfait, performant, efficace, … Une direction et une organisation de vrais professionnels. Une cuisine exigeante, un Chef Thierry qui aime son métier, sa cuisine et la clientèle qu’il régale. De très belles assiettes, certaines d’un niveau « gastronomique ». Un foie gras mi-cuit, à qui j’attribue la médaille d’or sur la région. Une assiette, qui pourrait paraître légère, de grenouilles décortiquées « grouillant dans une mare » sublime et goûteuse, un velouté et un Sabayon, dont mon palais gardera longtemps le souvenir. Une présentation non traditionnelle, mais combien recherchée et novatrice. Chapeau ! Des plats principaux de haute facture (noix de veau, filet de boeuf). Un dessert gourmand copieux, une grande diversité, un bouquet de saveurs, de goûts, de couleurs, … Quelle assiette ! Autant de produits frais travaillés sur place par une équipe méritante et compétente ! Absence de congelé en provenance de Métro, distributeur en France dont la gestion et les investisseurs sont étrangers à 100 %, lequel nuit à la cuisine traditionnelle locale et à l’économie française. Les prix sont ceux que méritent la qualité de votre travail et le contenu de vos assiettes. Surtout, ne changez rien, continuez de penser à nous, votre clientèle, qui grandira et reviendra aussi longtemps que vous conserverez le cap. Mickaël, toute votre équipe, de la cuisine aux assiettes, peut être fière de la réalisation de tout ce que nous avons vu défiler ce jour au Vigosche de Chateaugay. Bravo ! 20/05/2024: Excellent cuisine, at a more than affordable price. Typical decoration worthy of a pretty little farmhouse. The dishes are generous from starter to dessert. Only two downsides, due to the fact that the room is not too big, a table of 8/10 people is enough to no longer hear each other talking. Also I regretted seeing the waitress welcome the customers in a cold and distant manner, people without reservations, did not have time to cross the door, that from the other end of the room she asked relatively loudly "do you have reserve?" (Without a hello, without any particular interest...). Likewise when we arrived (with reservation) she asked us from the other end of the room our name, which we did not appreciate because we had to say our name loud and clear in front of all the other customers. This welcome is for us the big downside of the time we spent in this establishment. Don't change anything in your recipes, but add a little human warmth to this lady. Otherwise the young man present at the service was also very pleasant, which saved the overall rating a little.

14/05/2024: Bravo for the excellent menu that we enjoyed on Saturday evening, May 11! as part of our NyonNyons outing. Everything was perfect: green salad, simple and fresh, tasty, lamb like I have never eaten, with a balanced taste, fine and tender, the 5-star cheese and a fresh strawberry dessert with a little crunchy side: yum!! Thank you also for the approach and the wines of the region! A detour is worth it! wb

10/04/2024: ne pas ce fier à l'aspect extérieur de la facade qui ne paye pas de mine mais la salle du restaurant est pas mal et nous y avons bien mangé , c'était très bon et bien copieux , nous avions une smartbox et avons été bien reçu par les patrons , personnes bien accueillantes

01/05/2024: Homemade Sri Lankan cuisine. Family cooking. Excellent value. The management couple is very friendly. With friends we honestly ate very well. The blend of flavors is perfect, not too spicy, very balanced. I recommend the prawns with curry and coconut milk! Remember to book!
