The staff said nothing when dogs came in with their owners. It's always the same old people, old folks who think it's perfectly normal to bring their dogs. €9.50 for a small galette for two! For obvious hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside food stores. Can a baker tolerate customers' pets entering their shop? The answer to this question is simple and clear: no, you must not allow your customers to bring their pets into your establishment when they come to you. " Hygiene Issues Establishments handling food must comply with strict hygiene standards (EC Regulation No. 852/2004). This prohibition is not intended to be unpleasant for these customers, but rather to uphold basic hygiene principles. Indeed, pets can carry germs (or microbes) that could settle on food and subsequently contaminate consumers. This prohibition, which is not new, is also enshrined in law. For example, paragraph 9 of Article 125-1 of the departmental health regulations concerning food stores specifies that "animals, particularly dogs, are prohibited from entering the premises, with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired persons. 24/10/2025: My wife and I were looking for a place to eat (it's complicated on a Sunday). Le Hazard guided us to this place, which from the outside wasn't very appealing. It's an Asian restaurant, so we went in, and the inside was much nicer. Ha, there were a few tables occupied (which is reassuring), we were seated, and we ordered. Lots and lots of choices, it all depends on your appetite. From what we ordered, it was truly delicious, from starter to dessert. Not to mention the owner, who served us with extreme kindness and offered us plenty of sake. Quality for the price, nothing to complain about. €70 for 2 people is more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

28/11/2025: It's hard to believe the positive reviews for this restaurant… Some people have made the same observation as us but are "drowned out" by the rave reviews (???). I should have read all the reviews before going to La Rainette. Only one dish out of ten on the menu is available, and when you resign yourself to accepting what's left, you're told there are only three left… When we were astonished, the response was, "We're changing the menu, so we have to finish what we have"… How reassuring… The salmon arrived half-raw and with a taste typical of something that had been in a freezer for a long time, a dessert was advertised with caramel but had no caramel, a colleague got sick from a burger… After being told "no" to everything we said, we gave up on expressing ourselves, especially since the owner, with his ladybug glasses 🤨, shouts to anyone who will listen, "When they're eating, at least they keep their mouths shut." It's supposed to be a joke, but he's the only one who finds it funny. Of course, he didn't ask us if everything was alright. This restaurant may have been good once, but it clearly isn't anymore.

07/05/2025: Warm, friendly and even family welcome, this small restaurant which doesn't look like much is at the top. The dishes are varied, delicious and very well stocked, even for the desserts, I didn't manage to finish mine! Beyond the meal which was a real pleasure, we very quickly feel at ease as this restaurant is so welcoming! The two waitresses are super caring, kind and super smiling. The boss who is also the cook is not left out since he is very nice too. I loved this little restaurant. And we're not going to lie, it's super affordable!!!!! To do again without moderation

25/04/2025: A friendly place, without fuss, where the staff is jovial and dynamic; the service is efficient and friendly, the background music is pleasant and reinforced according to the festive mood of the Chef who knows his way around flavors and uses of spices and aromatics (I recommend tasting the "homemade" terrine).

22/10/2025: I recommend this establishment 100%. It's really a pleasant discovery, the meal was delicious and well-stocked. We had the menu of the day and really nothing to complain about, whether it was the meal which was very good or the price which is not so high for a starter, main course, dessert. Everything was perfect, it's nice to find restaurants that are still affordable in our time and what's more, we are offered an alternative if we are allergic or if the menu offered does not suit us and that is really a plus. In short, you can go there and enjoy yourself with your eyes closed. Bravo to the manager for this beautiful establishment.
