27/12/2023: Since opening I have been dining at Bon Amis and I highly recommend it whether for every day or for special occasions. True to form, the meals there are generous, delicious and with good products. The welcome is always impeccable with kindness and professionalism. To try without hesitation!!

03/09/2024: The rooms. First choose carefully. If you want a view with a balcony ask for one that faces to the back not one facing the front car park. Book many months in advance as the hotel is very popular and fully booked in August! It is one of the nicest in the area. We had room 6 (as a post booking requested upgrade from a window only room if a balcony room became available). The view was over the front and car park. When sitting on the balcony it was ok with 50% scenery the rest the dining room roof.

29/08/2024: Adorable and welcoming staff, in a truly sublime, natural and soothing setting. A very gourmet restaurant and quality cuisine. The rooms are simple, pleasant and clean, well soundproofed and with a nice view (depending on the room I imagine).

24/02/2025: Arrived at 2 p.m., warmly welcomed, excellent dishes, very generous, excellent fries. Lots of choice, a children's menu. Excellent bread. Good value for money. And clean toilets 👍🏼, large parking lot not far away and beautiful view.

18/09/2024: Les plats servis sont loin du discours de présentation qui est fait. Le choux farci n'a rien de la recette de nos anciens qui eux n'utilisent pas les 1eres feuilles, après effeuillage et cuisson dans une premiere eau on s'applique à reconstituer le choux en interposant la farce entre chaque feuilles avant un passage au four dans une terrine. Là on a fait grossièrement une boule de farce entourée des 1eres feuilles qui auraient dû être retirées, le tout plongé dans un vulgaire bouillon sans aucune saveur car sans assaisonnement. Sincèrement ce choux qui nous a été servi est indigne d'un menu à 44€ , le reste n'est guère mieux c'est donc la dernière fois que nous irons dans cette auberge. A titre de comparaison à l'auberge des Moneaux un menu du jour à 20€ avec 3 plats fromage dessert et café compris eux sont fidèles à la réputation de l'Auvergne. Au lac de Guery prenez la beauté du lieu mais laissez la table, il y a tant mieux à faire dans la région.
