08/03/2026: A bit disappointed by the fried chicken with lemon juice, which was too dry because there was hardly any juice at all! The quality of the chicken wasn't great either, considering the price; it tasted like refried frozen chicken! The other dishes were acceptable. The service was okay, and the atmosphere was normal.

21/03/2026: The concept is interesting and allows you to sample different dishes. However, there's a real imbalance in taste and flavor between the dishes; clearly, some dishes need improvement and better preparation. There were three of us, and we tried several dishes, ultimately reaching the same conclusion: some dishes weren't great. The welcome and service were perfect. Overall, a good experience. We'd go back.

22/09/2025: We had a great meal. The setting is very pretty. Unfortunately, disabled access is only partially accessible. There's a ramp to access the courtyard from the terrace, but no access to go inside. A small ramp to get over the step to access the interior would have been more than useful. It's a shame that disabled access is only partially accessible, so there's room for improvement. We'll be happy to return.

30/12/2025: An evening with friends, everything was wonderfully delicious, the owner enhances the ingredients with exquisite skill and beautifully presented dishes that we discovered while mopping up the sauces. We recommend it 500%! Top-notch service!!!

28/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant yesterday and the experience was very positive. For my starter, I had a cauliflower velouté with a perfectly cooked egg: it was excellent, very well seasoned, and perfectly balanced. For my main course, the steak with fries was also delicious. The rare cooking was perfectly executed; the meat was tender and melted in your mouth. The glass of Côtes du Rhône paired very well with this dish. To finish, the chocolate fondant was very good, a sure thing. The setting is pleasant, in a style typical of traditional bistros, with a friendly atmosphere. The welcome was also very warm. A very good place that I recommend.

05/01/2026: My Sunday favorite ❤️ L’Auberge de Ceilloux offers a modern take on traditional Auvergne cuisine, featuring local and seasonal produce. The wine list is small but perfectly complements the dishes prepared on-site. Terrines, poultry, roasts... everything is cooked in the restored wood-fired oven, and the bread and pastries are also made and baked there. Everything is homemade, from appetizer to dessert, using fresh, local ingredients. Excellent and very generous portions. Set menu at €32, including appetizer, main course, cheese, and dessert. Vegetarians, please let us know when making your reservation; the chef will be happy to prepare alternative dishes, as the menu is set. Parking is available near the restaurant. Reservations are required due to limited seating. Highly recommended.

19/01/2026: The welcome was absolutely perfect, the waiter and owner were very friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was excellent, nothing to complain about.

16/01/2026: The reviews were good but I was disappointed, we were not given a menu, and on leaving there was a large menu advertising truffades which were not offered to us, in short by default we took frog legs which were passable and the crème brûlée which in my opinion had gone bad.

27/02/2026: Very good value for money for this restaurant. We were concerned about the waiter's insistence on ordering drinks and the somewhat long wait for our food. The waiter was working alone, which can quickly make the wait feel tedious. The food was delicious.

21/03/2026: Disappointed by this place due to the service (the waitress didn't say hello, the waiter seemed annoyed when asked for the menu or for a spoon, which he forgot). Furthermore, the drinks are expensive for the quality offered. As for hygiene, it's so-so; they take the crepes without gloves and then go to ring up customers without washing their hands. I do not recommend it.

18/03/2026: Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The welcome was cold, with very little eye contact. A greeting was practically nonexistent... in short, nothing like a salesperson's attitude. The service was unprofessional and not customer-focused. A shame.
