21/06/2024: Pensant me faire plaisir pour mon anniversaire, mon compagnon a réservé chez Bath's ce mercredi 19 juin 2024. Malheureusement, ce qui s'annonçait être une bonne soirée a tourné au fiasco. Dès les apéritifs, nous demandons une carte, carte que nous n'aurons jamais, la serveuse nous la citant de tête. Nous commandons 2 kirs royaux, un à la mûre, l'autre à la framboise. Cependant, on nous sert des kirs classiques dans des flûtes. On demande à la changer, seul un sur les deux l'a été. Pour la suite, avant de prendre le menu, je demande une précision au serveur concernant une entrée. En effet, à la carte il est précisé "avec mayonnaise épicée" et dans le menu avec "de la passion". N'aimant pas la mayonnaise épicée je demande si l'entrée au menu comporte ou non la mayo. Il répond par la négative. Cependant, surprise !!, l'entrée servie est à la mayonnaise épicée. Mon compagnon interpelle, le serveur et il se contente de me retirer l'assiette sans proposer d'alternative. (Ex: la même assiette sans mayo sur le dessus ou une autre entrée). On décide donc de partir. Pour seul geste commercial, nous avons un "et j'en fais quoi de mes rumsteaks". Bref 41€ pour 2 apéros, une entrée au menu et un verre de blanc pour accompagner l'entrée. Je vous déconseille vivement cet établissement.

Lunch outside, very warm welcome and wonderful dishes imagined by Raphaël, today a board with 3 mezzés as tasty as they are original! And sublime meadowsweet cream dessert. With the plants, flowers growing around the buron! Thank you to Sandra and Raphaël for sharing their daily lives with us and opening up their living space! 20/08/2024: To share with friends or family, surrounded by magnificent landscapes and eat an excellent typical meal, washed down with a local wine, and dessert of fruit or berries from the mountains....look no further, you have found the right buron. Very friendly owners, and the doggies welcome you with their beautiful voices. Remember to book as there is limited space. In winter, you can even sleep there in the dormitory for around 12 people.

06/09/2024: Whether for lunch, dinner, on site or to take away, I am each time delighted to savor the cuisine of Les Sources (this must be the 6th time and I intend to enjoy it again!!). The blanquette is very tasty and wonderfully tender, and today I discovered the duck leg with chanterelles which is simply sublime with small vegetables so well combined and tender and the generous light sauce with chanterelles is fantastic. Thank you for making me so happy! And I am each time surprised by the amount of attention and thoughtfulness shown by the waiter and waiter to make this moment as good as possible. Thanks to the whole team! The shaded terrace is very pleasant and I really like the artists' paintings which decorate the 2 rooms where the space preserves the intimacy of the table. The 'starters and desserts' buffet is very fresh and generous, special mention for the fruit salad, the small dessert without feeling guilty, simple and refreshing. And finally, tablecloths and fabric napkins! It's so rare.

18/09/2024: Les plats servis sont loin du discours de présentation qui est fait. Le choux farci n'a rien de la recette de nos anciens qui eux n'utilisent pas les 1eres feuilles, après effeuillage et cuisson dans une premiere eau on s'applique à reconstituer le choux en interposant la farce entre chaque feuilles avant un passage au four dans une terrine. Là on a fait grossièrement une boule de farce entourée des 1eres feuilles qui auraient dû être retirées, le tout plongé dans un vulgaire bouillon sans aucune saveur car sans assaisonnement. Sincèrement ce choux qui nous a été servi est indigne d'un menu à 44€ , le reste n'est guère mieux c'est donc la dernière fois que nous irons dans cette auberge. A titre de comparaison à l'auberge des Moneaux un menu du jour à 20€ avec 3 plats fromage dessert et café compris eux sont fidèles à la réputation de l'Auvergne. Au lac de Guery prenez la beauté du lieu mais laissez la table, il y a tant mieux à faire dans la région.

14/09/2024: Very good restaurant for a quick break or not. Excellent and super plentiful cuisine. Be careful, very generous. Impeccable service. No fuss but we enjoyed it. Excellent value for money. Little extra for the waitress who hadn't been there for a long time, but very professional.

15/09/2024: Rediscovering this restaurant after a mountain bike ride was superb :-) The staff is super friendly, the discussion is cool, the cooking and quality of the meat has been as good as ever for years. !

30/08/2024: The quality of veal liver does not change despite the years that pass. Special mention to the rum baba. Sore point: the noise because the restaurant is full at lunchtime.

22/08/2024: This restaurant was warmly recommended to us and we quickly understood why... A unique menu, family cuisine and products coming directly from their own farm: a real treat from starter to dessert including aperitif. Absolutely everything was homemade and it shows. A MUST visit.
