19/03/2026: A charming Auvergne setting where you won't get cold! The wood-burning stove provides excellent heat. As for the main course, the Charolais beef (unfortunately not Salers) was cooked perfectly to our liking. One drawback was the Auvergne stew; the cabbage was practically nonexistent. A shame. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness, especially upon arrival.

15/03/2026: A truly DIVINE experience! I would go back every day without hesitation. The traditional ambiance with the wood-burning stove made us feel warm and welcoming from the moment we entered the restaurant. The waitress who looked after us all evening was attentive and met all our needs. Thank you again! We ordered a fondue that transported us to heaven, the appetizers were truly exceptional, and the desserts were all perfect. I would be so grateful to find another establishment as wonderful as yours. Thank you so much for this truly special moment!

25/11/2025: Great little family restaurant, homemade food, and their pear poached in wine dessert is to die for, better than the one we had in Portugal. If you haven't been, then you can go without hesitation.

We were served by a very kind, friendly, professional, and above all, polite and courteous waiter, unlike the staff at Buffalo Grill. To this day, I recommend this restaurant and the waiter.

26/03/2026: An excellent experience from start to finish! We had a wonderful time at Léon in Clermont-Ferrand. The welcome was warm, the team was friendly and very professional, which immediately put us at ease. The dishes were truly delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate, with a focus on fresh and expertly prepared seafood specialties. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant, perfect for a meal with friends, family, or even as a couple. I highly recommend this place for great food and a wonderful time in Clermont-Ferrand! 👍

11/03/2026: We've been there several times and returned with friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The meal was very generous. The welcome and service were extremely friendly. Always fantastic! I 100% recommend this place for those who enjoy eating in a setting typical of our Livradois-Forez mountains. Thank you, Madam and Sir! 05/02/2026: Who opens their door at 5:15 pm to two wandering, hungry, and exhausted women during the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival? L'Extrême-Orient... A haven away from the endless queues, delicately flavored cuisine, a warm welcome, and as a bonus, a friendly dog. Push open the door, you won't be disappointed!
