31/08/2024: 25 min wait on a Friday at 10:30 a.m., for 2 quiches and pastries. It's my turn, I move forward but the other customers pass in front of me to order and pay at the same time. An incomprehensible number of salespeople who mix and everyone talks to you. The prices are exorbitant for basic quality. Almost €20 ticket for 4 items… I don't find the staff to be smiling and friendly, but rather cold and there to make money. Not to mention the mess in front of the store for parking… I won't set foot again until the changes take place.

14/09/2024: Ideally located on the “Sancy 60km loop” hiking route, we stopped for one night with my cousin in May. Very well received by the hotel manager even though we arrived a little early. The hotel is well located, close to the historic center, everything can be done on foot. We slept well, as noted in other comments, the bathroom is dated but functional and that's the main thing! Breakfast was very good, perfect for a good day of hiking.

20/09/2024: Petit hôtel familial très agréable, au calme, où nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Olivier et Emmanuelle. Notre chambre (double) était confortable. Les plats, cuisinés par Olivier sont très copieux (cuisine de terroir), et servis par Emmanuelle ou la serveuse, avec humour et sourire. Nous avions choisi cette auberge pour sa situation permettant de sillonner facilement les sites touristiques de la région. Merci

11/09/2024: J'y étais allé le weekend d'avant j'avais mangé une super potée j'amène donc mon amie manger la super potée le dimanche manque de bol je pense que la potée était réchauffé de la veille une vraie saumure dommage en plus comme les plats sont très copieux nous nous voulions qu'une potée pour deux personnes cela nous a été refusé il fallait absolument prendre un plat chacune je trouve que c'est pas normal et en plus ils vous prennent 2 € pour le mettre dans une barquette vous avez payé votre menu et en plus vous payez le transport 2 € ce n'est pas correct

My husband, my 2 children (10 and 11 years old) and I have the habit during our holidays of treating ourselves to the best restaurants, the day before we were at Pamoja, a delight! So we went to the restaurant a monkey in winter there were tables available I specify and not a lot of people. The waiter of a certain age asks his boss to seat us or not and he comes back to us, takes us to the corner of the street of his restaurant, telling us, I quote, “to go to another restaurant there instead!… .our dishes are too tasty for you! you won't like it! “I should point out that my husband is West Indian so we are used to spices and tasty dishes! So I ask myself several questions: were we too “tan” for them? Are the children bothering? (Yet they are big and I didn't know that with children we had to eat at Flunch) are we people not good enough? maybe you don't have a fine enough palate for this restaurant? (not the impression that we were at the Ritz either) Apparently in terms of reception given the comments this is a habit of the house. So a deplorable welcome we were unable to judge the food. Besides that, the people arriving and who knew the restaurateurs had no problem for them. It's a shame to judge people on some criterion to know whether people have the right to dine there or not!

23/08/2024: Many flavors in their dishes perhaps too many. In any case that shouldn't stop you from going there because everything is very good. We had a good time and the service is attentive to customers.

28/05/2024: Superb to do with family or a group of friends! In addition, the animals seem in good health, with the possibility of booking an activity with certain species! We will come back for sure!

30/08/2024: Super déjeuner dans cette crêperie en plein cœur de Thiers. Nous étions 8 avec 4 enfants, pas de souci. Très bien accueillis, les crêpes étaient excellentes, service au top du serveur. Ambiance chaleureuse
