18/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming restaurant. The waitress was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. Allergens are listed for each dish. The Thai coconut soup is truly excellent, as is the spring roll. The green tea with condensed milk for dessert is very good and refreshing. We highly recommend it!

22/10/2025: Upon entering this little bistro, you're transported back 60 years... the vintage decor is exceptional! A true journey through time with the added bonus of super-friendly service. The hot chocolate is divine.

29/04/2026: No bread with the salad, twice in a row! The first time was Tuesday at lunchtime, Caesar salad without bread or cutlery. Luckily, I wasn't far away, so I went back, and the young man apologized and fixed it. This morning, Wednesday, it happened again, this time with a woman. Still no bread. I'm glad I checked as soon as I left. So that makes two times in a row, two different days, and two different people. Given how often this happens, I'm starting to wonder if there aren't some internal policy to rip people off: if the customer complains, they fix it, and if not, well, all the better, that's a bonus... The portions have already shrunk considerably; if you also don't give out the full amount, don't be surprised if people flock to Blachère!

14/05/2026: I happened to arrive while waiting for my car to be repaired at the neighboring garage. I was warmly welcomed by a lovely blonde woman. The place is clean and offers several different services. Special thanks to this lady who brightened my day with her kindness, and it was encouraging before my departure. Thank you 🙏🏻

17/04/2026: Nice bar for a quick coffee on the terrace or inside. Easy parking. Also offers tobacco and games. Friendly waitress. I'm not rating the food as I didn't eat there.

15/03/2026: An absolutely incredible stay! A true gem. The staff are exceptionally kind: welcoming, warm, and always ready to chat and share their invaluable advice about the region, hikes, and activities. You immediately feel at home and truly pampered throughout your stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are pure bliss. After a great day of hiking, you sleep soundly and recover perfectly. And the restaurant… a true marvel! Delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. The portions are substantial, so come with a good appetite. A must-visit in the area. Be sure to ask for the local verbena digestif—a wonderful discovery! A huge thank you for this warm welcome and superb stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! The Breton :)

29/03/2026: We came as a family and received a wonderful welcome from the owner. He was very funny and had a great atmosphere; it was light and pleasant. We ate incredibly well! The portions were generous and authentic, from appetizer to dessert. And the restaurant's decor was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant, which also offers takeout ✨

08/01/2026: A very disappointing experience at Auberge du Piory (Joserand). Upon our arrival, while it was snowing and freezing outside, the waitress made inappropriate remarks, offering a cold welcome and an irritated, disillusioned attitude. When I asked for the menu, I was told there was only one set menu, without the waitress being able to explain what it consisted of. The most shocking incident was a hygiene-related one: a customer entered with a dog that urinated right next to me. The waitress downplayed the situation, saying "it wasn't a big deal," and the urine was left on the floor, in the middle of a walkway. Several people stepped in it, and it was spread all the way to the kitchen. Between the lack of professionalism, the unpleasant welcome, and the clearly inadequate hygiene, this was a very bad experience. I will not be returning.

19/11/2025: I discovered this little inn, with its magnificent and very generous family menu. Two truly unique starters, followed by a main course, cheese, and dessert. I visit this unusual place once a month. I booked a weekend for a friend's surprise birthday party—the frog legs and fried food were fantastic! Thank you to the management.

02/04/2026: A very warm welcome both for the reservation and upon our arrival. The room was small, which was a shame, but we're not fussy, and frankly, we don't need a palace for sleeping. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the morning staff member was very pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel.

10/04/2026: Great Vietnamese restaurant!! The satay beef was amazing!! The Mission Bamne was perfect. It's fresh and a nice change!!

05/04/2026: We ordered takeaway food. The coconut rice was very basic and lacked flavor, especially considering the price of a container at €6 per person. The starter and main course were also quite bland. We were rather disappointed with the value for money.

09/05/2026: They're pathetic, they can't even manage to send an Uber Eats order without forgetting a sandwich. We ordered a buy one get one free offer, but we only received one sandwich in the end, and of course, their phone number doesn't work.
