25/01/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. I think you've chosen the wrong profession. When you're in sales, a smile, politeness, and especially a greeting are fundamental to the job. Not a glance, not a hello, glued to your phone, worse than teenagers. My advice: change careers.

09/12/2025: It had been two years since I'd been to McDonald's, and I understand why. The service at the drive-thru was absolutely appalling. The manager was incredibly unpleasant. All I did was ask to split the bill in half, and she even charged one of us more. Instead of politely asking us to place two separate orders next time, she reprimanded us in a very cold manner. No goodbye, no thank you. It was a very frustrating experience, and I certainly won't be going back. I should also mention that the young man at the drive-thru was uncomfortable because she was also cold towards him, even though he was very professional. This young man is very pleasant and helpful; I would have preferred to deal with someone else.

04/12/2025: I came to eat today. I paid for two orders with two separate bank transactions. They refused to deliver both orders I paid for. I can only get one of the two orders I paid for, which is unacceptable. They refused to deliver my Happy Meal. I showed the manager that my bank account had been debited for both orders. Impossible, even with proof of payment. No gesture of goodwill, no smile, just the most unpleasant person. So I'm stuck paying for an order I won't eat. It's unacceptable!

24/09/2024: In this dark and depressed bar, The bitter waitress didn't laugh, The nuggets, we wanted to savor, But it was forbidden, no right to eat them. A frozen look, no smile, I thought she was going to scare us away, If you just want to drink, this is the place. But for nuggets, forget it.

19/09/2024: I don't recommend smoothies... €6 for something that tastes like water with seeds, with ice cubes?? When I went to report this I was told that it was frozen fruit and fruit juice (you don't put fruit juice in a smoothie..) so I suggest that it must be the frozen fruit that gives the taste of water in search of the problem, I am told ironically that it is not that. After each one in turn we tasted (in a clean way I still specify by pipetting with a new straw) no need for 6 people to check if it tastes like water, all that to tell me that no, it tastes good. So as a smoothie fan, €6 for something cut with water/juice, I strongly advise against it.

13/12/2024: Worst experience of our life, the waitress forced us to pay for 2 beers without us wanting to. The waitress is unpleasant and speaks badly to us while feeling superior. Threatens to call the boss and looks down on us. Don't come, I advise you to run!!!

04/03/2025: The “restaurant” could use a good renovation. The whole thing is a little dilapidated and not very clean. As for sandwiches, it's Subway with all its extras.

28/09/2024: Dealing with a very unpleasant saleswoman who blows as soon as we ask her for something (in particular to pay separately which does not seem like the end of the world at first glance) I paid extra (on the largest formula at €9.75) to have a praline brioche. The saleswoman went to the back to give me a brioche that was ridiculously small compared to those on the shelves and extremely dry. I therefore concluded that it was unsold from the day before. It didn't seem unpleasant to me, it was quite a disappointing method.

17/09/2024: It's much better than a McDonald's, but the friendliness of the waitresses-saleswomen could be improved.

28/01/2026: We ordered a cocktail reception earlier this week after a funeral service. Thank you for the warm welcome we received. The service met our expectations, and the quality of the food was excellent. We don't regret our choice.

26/01/2026: A very bad experience at this establishment. We had a cocktail party for 30 people, and the quality was shameful! Most of the food served was very likely leftovers from the previous day, as it looked unappetizing and tasted awful. We really felt ripped off. It's a shame because the decor is actually quite nice – the only thing that deserves a star.

17/09/2024: Sad drive...A heavily dented coffee can whose lid was not watertight after opening the lid was slipped into the delivery! Shameful and disingenuous. An apology and a refund are the least we can do here. No customer appreciates being mistaken for trash! I had to decant everything before making my coffee. Really not a nice situation...

29/01/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed with this restaurant, if you can even still call it that! The waitresses spy on you, which makes you feel very uncomfortable! The menu is increasingly limited, the quality has dropped dramatically, while the prices have gone up, and I even witnessed an incident that definitively convinced me to switch to another Asian restaurant. A woman had kept some leftovers in a napkin for her small dog, and the waitress humiliated her by speaking loudly, demanding she come out and open the napkin, only to charge her a €6 surcharge in the end—outrageous! The Panda in Clermont Nord is a thousand times better; I highly recommend it.

22/12/2025: The buffet is too small for the size of the restaurant. It's practically empty; people pounce on it as soon as a dish arrives. Very limited selection compared to other restaurants.

16/12/2024: To flee! We had a wine that had everything but the taste of mulled wine. 2 hypotheses: either hot grape juice or hot sangria. In any case, it’s really undrinkable. And for 4 euros each, it’s shameful.

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!

18/10/2025: How to put it: Auvergne cured ham, it was indeed purchased in Auvergne in a supermarket. Piece of beef, meh, the fries 🍟 🍟 🍟 frozen. Knife marked with the action needle, impossible to cut the meat, which is a shame because THIERS isn't very far. Very dry cheese (Saint Nectaire and blue), Dessert, blueberry tart from the supermarket. At 27.50 the menu, it's clearly a steal. 4 customers in all... all on a Saturday lunchtime. You need to think about rethinking yourself. Really disappointed. No card payments, only check and cash
