Les meilleurs restaurants en Puy-De-Dome

08/08/2026: It's gone downhill. The meat was definitely undercooked because 5 minutes after ordering, our dishes arrived already. A ribeye steak full of gristle and fat, and a hamburger with a cold slice of Saint-Nectaire cheese in the middle, all served with lukewarm fries. That was our last time at this restaurant, which we used to like, but lately we've been consistently disappointed.

12/08/2026: Excellent and generous croque-monsieur. Perfect ice cream. Friendly waitress. Well-located brasserie with parking available thanks to the shopping center.

22/08/2026: Disappointed… The terrace was noisy due to the road and people shouting (groups waiting for their pizzas), but perhaps that was a one-off… anyway, moving on. My wife didn't get the pizza she ordered. The waitress noticed but said nothing. I mentioned it to the owner, who offered to change it, but my wife refused because we would have eaten at different times. I asked for a carafe of water with our dessert, but it was never brought to us. The welcome was rather cold. And to top it all off, we didn't receive a discount on the bill because of their mistake with the pizza. In short, given the glowing reviews, it was a disappointment for us.

13/08/2026: We happened to be in the area and were looking for a place for a family dinner (with 3 kids). Every dish we ordered was excellent!! The meat was excellent, the kids enjoyed the kids menu and the ice cream at the end and we also ordered a salad with warm goat cheese which was excellent! The staff is very pleasant, friendly, patient and relaxed and we had a perfect time. Thank you very much. The restaurant is located right on the road and sometimes there is noise, but there is also plenty of space inside. Highly recommended!

26/08/2026: A wonderful reunion, not with a person, but with a place. After about ten years without visiting this tea room, what a pleasure to find such friendly staff, such high-quality chocolate, and truly melt-in-your-mouth chocolate fondants. This time, I'll try not to wait so long before returning 🙃

09/08/2026: The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. However, we were moved to a different table in the middle of our afternoon snack. We were given a dirty spoon. Furthermore, the value for money wasn't there. I don't recommend it.

30/05/2026: The campsite looks like it's about to be shut down. The back section is completely neglected, the sanitary block there is out of order and ready for demolition. Next to it are a tour bus and a motorhome; the police drove through in the evening – why? And next to that, a "hoarder" caravan. Not a pretty sight. Next to the campsite in the evening, there was extreme noise pollution from heated discussions, so we moved at 10:30 pm. The functioning sanitary block (3 showers, 3 separate toilets for men and women for the entire campsite) was cleaned in the morning, but looked exactly the same afterward. The children's pool was closed, and swimming in the lake was prohibited. The woman at reception was unfriendly. We wouldn't come back. €26.80 per night. No electricity!

22/06/2026: The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is polite. I recommend it to anyone passing by on the highway who is hungry. We went there and we weren't disappointed. We were satisfied and full.

13/04/2026: One of the best kebabs in Clermont!! Despite the price of €10 with fries, the meat is unbeatable. Generous portions and clean service. I've been going here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

20/06/2026: I just took a kokedama class, it was really fascinating, the teacher was very kind, but I didn't understand why some participants left the class 25 minutes before it ended? The teacher gave us tips on how to make them at home, and I would have liked to have more of that and benefit from her experience. In any case, it made me want to take other workshops at this place where I used to practice calligraphy a long time ago.

20/06/2026: I came to take a Japanese pastry class and it was a wonderful discovery!! I highly recommend it!
