17/06/2026: I went to this restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand, and it was a complete disappointment. I simply asked for a change to my order, and I was served a completely different dish. The service was rushed, the food was cold, and I paid a hefty price for absolutely no effort. I won't be going back.

03/06/2026: A comfortable, simply furnished hotel, perfect for a stopover from May 28th to 29th for two couples. We enjoyed a good evening meal featuring melted cheese and a good breakfast with local products. There's a private, gated parking lot opposite the hotel, and we were very pleased with the advice we received about visiting the menhir in the park via the path behind the hotel, and about finding the farms in Beau-le-Froid that sell delicious farm-made Saint-Nectaire cheese. 03/03/2026: I ate at the Auberge du Tilleul and, contrary to Hysteria BMX's claims, I completely deny their statements about the origin of the products; they are utterly defamatory. This gentleman seems dissatisfied everywhere he eats, while I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

16/06/2026: Disgusting, avoid at all costs, appalling service. A scandalous and deeply disappointing experience. The welcome was icy, contemptuous, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. After simply saying hello and asking where I could wash my hands, I received no response, only a haughty and rude attitude before being asked to leave. I have never encountered such deplorable, appalling, and inhospitable behavior in a public establishment. The lack of respect for customers is shocking and unacceptable. This experience leaves the impression of an establishment with catastrophic service, completely unworthy of the minimum standards expected in the restaurant industry. I strongly advise against this place for anyone seeking even a modicum of courtesy, respect, and consideration.

20/06/2026: I just took a kokedama class, it was really fascinating, the teacher was very kind, but I didn't understand why some participants left the class 25 minutes before it ended? The teacher gave us tips on how to make them at home, and I would have liked to have more of that and benefit from her experience. In any case, it made me want to take other workshops at this place where I used to practice calligraphy a long time ago.

13/04/2026: We came for lunch on a Thursday. The service was excellent and the value for money was superb. The dishes were well-prepared and the portions were generous. If you're passing through Arlanc, I highly recommend it!

05/12/2025: The owner himself was blasting Vichy songs ("Marshal, here we are..." a propaganda song glorifying Marshal Pétain and the Vichy regime) over his shop's loudspeakers on a Friday night during peak hours (8 pm), all while snickering... it's disastrously ridiculous. Let's not forget that this regime was responsible for the deportation of 76,000 Jews (children, women, and men) and 60,000 members of the Resistance... supporting, condoning, or laughing at it isn't an opinion in the sense that the freedoms of our country allow us to have; it's simply a clear sign of significant intellectual deficiencies and ignorance. Just stick to baking pizzas and saying hello with a smile. The rest seems to be beyond you.

08/07/2026: We stayed from July 1st to 6th, 2026. We were a group of 15 people. Excellent establishment; the staff were smiling, friendly, and attentive to the entire group. The dinners were excellent, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. Breakfasts were plentiful. The hotel is well located for visiting the region and the town center of Besse-Saint-Anastaise, a charming medieval town.

20/01/2026: I bought a pack of Marlboro cigarettes at this tobacconist. They were very dry, irritating to the throat, and clearly unfit and dangerous to smoke. I went back to report it, but the shopkeeper offered no solution whatsoever—no gesture of goodwill, no interest whatsoever. When you sell products you pay for, the least you can do is take responsibility when there's a defect. Avoid this place; I do not recommend it.
