Every time we go there, we have memorable moments that will remain engraved in our memories. The ambiance at Fracass Club is one of a kind - warm, welcoming and lively. As soon as you enter, you are enveloped by a festive atmosphere that immediately puts you in a good mood. But what really makes Fracass Club special is its incredible boss, Olivier. 14/09/2024: Icy welcome and aggressive manager: a culinary experience to avoid" Deplorable experience in this restaurant. The staff is not very accommodating, and the attitude of the manager is unacceptable: The welcome was frosty from the start, and she ignored all our requests, without even giving us a glance. She locked us outside during a cigarette break where we were in front of the restaurant door claiming to want to preserve its heating (in the middle of September). When we ask for the bill, no response from her as she looks at us, we decide to go and pay, stating our dissatisfaction with her behavior and she literally starts yelling at us. As for the food, it was sorely lacking in finesse

Le lendemain,mon amie a eu mal au ventre, dès le matin, le midi, a peine installé dans un autre resto, pas bien du tout, a dû repartir à la maison,sans manger,20 minutes après, vomissements, impossible de se relever,, ambulance, hôpital. Verdict.samonellose. rentrée chez elle, après examens,traitements, docteur, toujours pareil,des semaines durant. Il y a eu un gros soucis je pense. Je n irais plus.

True to form, the meals there are generous, delicious and with good products. The welcome is always impeccable with kindness and professionalism. To try without hesitation!!

05/12/2024: On Wednesday, December 4th, I had the opportunity to enjoy a pizza made by Tino. How terribly disappointed I was to find that the pizzas were so sparsely topped with meat that a vegetarian would have eaten them without hesitation. Furthermore, the salmon tasted like soap. This clearly indicates a low-quality topping, clearly intended to keep prices down. Not to mention the Auvergnate pizza, which was missing potatoes. Did we order a Breton pizza? And let's not forget the hairs found on the pizzas (see photo). Does the owner have a personal hygiene routine while working? It makes you wonder if the owner is really Italian as he claims; could he be an imposter? To top it all off, these pizzas were edible, but the price of €12-13 is absolutely not justified by the lack of toppings.

30/09/2024: I came at lunchtime during my break. I discovered the restaurant completely by chance, even though I work right next door. What a pleasant surprise! There were three of us. We ate very well, and very quickly. The welcome was very friendly, the dishes were homemade and very generous. I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant.

15/09/2024: We were passing through, I recommend this establishment. Clean and pretty room. Friendly staff and very good cuisine. We will go back.

08/09/2024: A little more visual communication with customers would be welcome. That being said, eat very well at the restaurant. The rooms are very good and the staff is top notch.
