18/08/2024: It was an excellent and warm surprise that welcomed us to Coude. The restaurant is worth a stop. The bistro menu is perfectly balanced, combining local and other specialties. Everything was perfect. The decor is good and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the place. The service is very efficient and attentive, the dishes are homemade and it shows. The whole family had a great time. I can only recommend this place for a stopover at a very affordable price. This is a big credit to the team in place. Thank you for this moment.

09/09/2024: We discovered this restaurant which is near us..we took the menu for 30 euros..simple but copious cuisine, very good, I think everything is home cooked (except the fries) the service is top, the restaurant with familiar decor but which makes you feel at home

24/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, very good food (have the homemade ones), very professional service, more than reasonable price. The only downside, but not prohibitive, is the busy road with slightly crazy cars a few meters away. Be careful of children.

28/08/2024: Two stars is already too many. I support people with disabilities, I had a disabled couple with me. It was known that I would be on the 1st floor and them on the ground floor. Except, she put me on the top floor without notifying my agency. A struggle to get up and down, even with an exterior glass elevator, where it was at least 40°. We stayed for a week on half board. We once had to eat there for lunch, not included in the half board. I didn't warn that we wouldn't eat there, we went to visit a volcano for the day, and that didn't bother us at all, since very few people ate at lunchtime, people left in the morning, and the new arrivals in the afternoon. It's just a stopover hotel. She started to slip up over the last 3 days towards me... Reproached for not having warned that we would not eat there on Wednesday lunchtime, because she had put 3 plates, 3 glasses, knives and forks for nothing according to her. Reproached in the evening in the middle of the restaurant that I was poorly parked, except the hotel is on the side of the road, and no private parking spaces, and I was well parked to be able to bring down my vacationers as close as possible. She was watching us. On Thursday evening, at the restaurant in front of everyone, why did I put "luggage" in my vehicle, seeing as the departure was for Saturday and not Friday. How did that bother her? It was harassment and abnormal surveillance. And the day before departure, scandal at reception, I ordered the cleaning lady to change the sheets in my vacationers' room on the ground floor, except that I never saw this person. We left at the end of the morning and when we returned at the end of the afternoon the room was made, and yet we found a big spider in the folded towel, a centipede walking around, and towels not always changed, and I "ordered" a young girl to vacuum my room. I only met this little girl from upstairs once, and I politely asked her if she could vacuum my room, because it was dusty. The manager continued to yell behind me in front of her employees to threaten to make me pay for the mattress pads and washing the sheets since my very disabled vacationer had left traces of me in the bed on two occasions. However, there were no mattress pads in their bed, and it was a minor incident. I asked her to stop attacking me, she planned to make a report to my agency, and threatened to make me pay the laundry bill if it happened again the morning of our departure. I went to the pharmacy to get protection, and it was demeaning for my vacationer who never wore any. There were two minor incidents between them. We left at 6am on Saturday without lunch because it was unbearable to see her again. We had a leisurely lunch on the highway. Last 3 horrible days, and yet my vacationers left a nice bill paid of course in this hotel, half board, souvenir purchases on site, and duo massage at 150€ which had to be paid in cash, because it suited them .. no dignity or respect for this manager, unacceptable harassment. As for the cleaning ladies who lied, it's shameful. I strongly advise against this hotel for people with reduced mobility. With other people passing through, she was kind and provided impeccable service, always with a smile and little care. Not with us...on the other hand, her husband was full of kindness, human warmth and help. I thank him for that. No photos... Impossible.

03/08/2024: A spot outside was spontaneously made for us. Take potluck. 4 courses including cheese and dessert. What a fun way to celebrate my birthday. Worth the detour more fan!

16/08/2024: Aie aie aie !! Déjà les verres étaient sales, on demande à les changer, la serveuse nous dit qu'elles ont pas me temps de les laver correctement !!???? Je vais aux toilettes, catastrophe un.manque d hygiène..abusé ! 1h30 d attente pour une planche de charcuterie..normal la serveuse nous dit que le cuisinier arrive à 19h... Il n assume pas la notoriété de la place qu'ils ont, c'est dommage !! A fuir !!!

11/08/2024: I recommend you avoid this place! my boyfriend and I had a very bad experience, starting from the fact that no one served us for 40 min... when I tried to speak in English to the manager (heavy guy, he looks like a short and rude Viking), to ask for honey with the cheeses, he shouted at me... in a threatening manner he went to my (French) boyfriend shouting why he hadn't spoken to him in French and had sent me who spoke in English. in short... we sat in this bar in the hope of being able to relax in front of an aperitif and we found this sort of hobbit who allowed himself to shout at us and threaten us! shocking!!!! worst experience in France ever…! without any respect!

30/07/2024: Very good family hotel where we spent an excellent night on the road to vacation. Far from the hotel chains that flourish in industrial zones or the fast food restaurants that serve in 3 minutes, this boutique hotel is managed by a family and you have to take the time to savor the moment. Ideally located, you can visit the city center on foot without any problem.

29/12/2023: Working menu with great value for money. The food is excellent, it's a shame not to offer anything other than a little wine. We asked, but either they didn't have time, or they don't have anything other than the lousy liters that are on the table when you enter. Buffet system for starters and dessert, only the main course is served at the table.

12/08/2024: Excellent restaurant! The portions are very generous, the dishes are delicious. We tasted the lasagna, killer. I also asked the chef to make me a salad without ham, which he kindly accepted by giving me a nice dose of Fourme de Rochefort. The crème caramel is also delicious! The waiter is very nice, filled the bread basket for us several times and was very pleasant. Go for it!

21/09/2024: Nous sommes arrivé à 19h15 et reparti à 21h00 ! Il ne faut Pas être presser car ilya du monde. Nous navons paz eu de couteaux donc pour manger un burger cetait pas mal compliquer , l’eau est aussi en option apparement car il nous as fallu la demander. Bref Nous avons pris chacun une entrée Avocado Toast, qui était bonne sans plus puis nous avons pris nos plats un Burger au bleu et un avocado carpaccio. Le Burger était chaud pour le pain mais la viande était plus que tiède avec beaucoup trop de sauce Roquefort ce qui enlever tout le goût du bleu ! Pour le carpacchio 6 tranche de viande super fine er cru avec de la batavia et des frites c'était bon sans plus Repas mitigé apart pour la sauce béarnaise qui est toujours excellente ! A noter qu'on a pas failli etre accepter car je cite " ilnya plus de table pour 2" Mention spéciale au serveur qui n'a Pas dégainer un sourire de tout son service C'est dommage car l’enseigne n'est pas si mal mais c'est très moyen.

29/09/2024: Nous avons pris 2 salades auvergnates, copieuses, servies avec le sourire d'un jeune serveur attentionné et très sympa. On reviendra !
