16/07/2024: THE BEST! 👍🏾 I've been a local guide for Google for 10 years now, and I'm honestly more than delighted with our visit to MAISON LASSALAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Florence, whom I thank for her attentiveness, her professionalism, her kindness, her thoughtfulness, her sound advice, AND HER HUMOR! Bravo to her and to the quality of the store's products. Obviously, I'll follow all the other reviews on: 1- The famous blueberry treat!!!! A must-try and so good! We enjoyed it outside, and I brought some back to enjoy again at home. 2- The ham croissant! My god, they were so good!!!! A real treat! 3- The chicken and morel puff pastry...mmmm, a real treat! 4- The sausages: I went for the classic and I don't regret my choice, which was well recommended by Florence. 5- The cheeses: For my part, Salers Saint-Nectaire and Fourme de Rochefort delighted our taste buds... So this 5 out of 5 is more than deserved! Congratulations once again to Florence (like the city 😅😉) and her team, we will definitely be back 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 And as promised, the bottle of Salers Gentiane that I already had in my possession. 16/08/2024: Terrible! I went to this restaurant for a group dinner relying on the good reviews found on the internet... What a mistake!! I had never eaten in such a bad restaurant, nothing was good except the cheese... And since when do we blame our customers for not finishing their plate...?

17/07/2024: I spent a pleasant, quiet week with my daughter in this hotel. The owners are adorable people and always caring. We had half board, the breakfast was very good and the evening meal delicious [kudos to the cook]. The room was comfortable, we slept like babies. I highly recommend this hotel.

26/04/2024: Un hôtel de village, bien agréable, nous étions dans la grande chambre Himalaya, propre, spacieuse, dans son jus. Comme on aime. Soirée étape avec une terrine de saumon frais et fumé excellente et avec la traditionnelle truffade composé de produits locaux .

16/06/2024: Quel bel endroit magnifique village très bon restaurant très bon accueil des plats originaux magnifiques fraîcheur assurée présentation au top du début à la fin franchement j’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation. Très bon repas de fête des pères et amabilité du personnel. Un plaisir de vous revoir .

24/09/2024: Very nice welcome by the boss 👍 Delicious pancakes and very beautiful presentation 👍 I recommend this creperie in Ambert if you like good crispy and garnished crepes 😀 We enjoyed ourselves accompanied by a delicious perry cider 👍

31/08/2024: We found the door closed. Closure for vacation not reported on the internet. Very unpleasant when we were accompanied by a 96 year old person!

20/08/2024: Very good restaurant. For years, the wood fire has been an address to recommend. I have never been disappointed in the more than 15 years I have been coming here.

03/08/2024: Hotel room ckean and tidy, no coffee or tea making facilities, no air con, lift service to floors but small and cramped, not for the clostrophobic.
