21/09/2024: This day, I bought at the Marie Blachère bakery in Oloron, 2 hamburgers with minced steak (€13.90) when I was ready to eat them, neither salad nor sauces.......( minced steak, 3 slices of cheddar, 3 small slices of tomatoes all placed in bulk) So I called the said bakery which answered me with confidence "we do not put salad in this recipe and as far as the sauce is concerned, it does not There was more this morning so we didn’t add any.” Not notified at the time of purchase and sold at the same price. GREAT 😡😡😡 While in Pau Bizanos or Lescar "salad and sauces are part of the Burger. You've seen me, you won't see me there again........

29/08/2024: Cadre parfait, c'est indéniable. Au bord de la plage, pieds dans le sable sous les paillotes. Le serveur est sympa. Mais les prix s'envolent. Cocktails bons mais chers. Idem pour les plats , la planche mixte à 19 euros est avalée en 30 secondes ( nous n étions que 4). L'assiette de chipirons à 14 euros, engloutie encore plus vite... Addition à 70 euros pour un petit apéro en famille de 30mn, ça pique...

20/09/2024: Fresh, local products for excellent burgers and poke bowls! I had been looking for that rare gem in Pau for a while, then I found Simone and I plan to come back! My taste buds thank you.
