20/08/2024: The young people at the bar are not friendly at all. At least their motivation isn't there. Yesterday we arrived at 6 p.m. just for a coffee. A little young girl with glasses saw that there were people there and she started yelling, I'm warning you, I'm closing soon, I have work. This surprised me enormously. Normally it's open until 7 p.m.... She was really motivated but friendly.

21/08/2024: This little restaurant is a gem. The kind of place where everything seems sweet during a break with friends, it feels like home. The dishes are prepared with love and above all with good fresh products. The desserts are also homemade and are to die for. In short, the decor, the kindness of the owner, the friendliness of the place and the deliciousness of the dishes, I love everything about grignote. I also took several friends there who were all unanimous and we planned to return. Worth the detour!

Made us wait we were the only customers after a few minutes she installed us on the terrace She put the cutlery was very dirty the cutlery the water was not fresh at all we ordered a salty and sweet dish it had no taste very disappointed my companion went to tell her about the dirt on the cutlery she replied summer maybe being not vigilant enough we didn't eat anything and we paid 31 euros 50 cents She really didn't care, very disappointed with this vegetarian restaurant, I absolutely do not recommend it to avoid

13/06/2024: Les burgers étaient tout simplement succulents je ne peux que les recommander! De même les kombucha! Sans mentionner le dessert bien que je crois qu'ils changent régulièrement, il était également à tomber, bref si vous passez par Pau courrez vous y régaler!

24/11/2024: It has changed from the previous owner, the bread is no longer as good as before. Honestly it looks like old bread straight out of the freezer so much so that it was as hard as a rock.

20/10/2024: The “grand siècle” baguette was a killer at the time of the Soares house, the service always friendly and available to help us out, the new baker has visibly changed the flour and brought in new management. I'm less of a fan... so I'm heading to Les Halles now like my neighbors.

27/02/2024: Les plaisirs gastronomiques de la montagne dans ce petit restaurant convivial , bon accueil , très bonnes fondues , aux cèpes , truffée, ou savoyarde avec supplément de charcuterie de la ferme Elizaldia dont je suis client excellente (5 prix au salon de l'agriculture 2024) et pain bio de la boulangerie st Eugénie en face ! un pti génépi avant de retourner dans le froid ! mes 10 amis satisfaits ! nous reviendront , en épicurien confirmé ,je vous recommande ce restaurant . Pensez à réserver !

16/09/2024: Lack of staff and therefore Long wait to be served before during and after each dish. Lack of knowledge of the wines by the waitress, cannot name the grape varieties. Well presented dishes, a beautiful visual but lacking in flavors. Air conditioning too low, which is unpleasant. After two positive experiences two years ago, disappointed this time.

03/09/2024: I regularly visit this restaurant for lunch alone or as a couple. I have, on several occasions, observed that the "regular" customer is treated with more consideration than the occasional customer, both in the speed of order taking and in the service. Today, during a particularly long service where the customer I was had been impatiently waiting for his dish for quite a long time, I noticed that two people sat down at the table and were served instantly. I expressed my astonishment to the waiter, whose only argument was to tell me that these people were members of management and that they were in a hurry. Implied that I wasn't! The response is astounding as the status granted to regulars. It's a shame because the lunch menu offered by this establishment is varied and of high quality.
