07/02/2026: Beautiful store that’s warm and welcoming! You can go in and choose fresh made items everything from salads, meals and dessert! Make sure to get the chocolate cake! Everything is made fresh by the owner and you can tell! It also has great wine and gift selections! They can even make a beautiful gift basket for you filled with great local and French selections! Make sure to stop by and meet Lou the owner!! Great experience and representation of French cuisine!!
27/12/2025: Wonderful rillettes, delicious wine (served by the half bottle) to accompany the cheese; and for dessert, homemade chocolate mousse. All this with very friendly service (in Fontainebleau, by no means a given). Highly recommended!

12/06/2026: Fantastic suite for 3 people. On the ground floor, bathroom, walk-in shower, table, fridge, TV. Perfect for a person with a disability.
Just 10 minutes from CDG airport.
The owner is very accommodating.
I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back on our next trip.

The kitchenette is a really nice touch.
And the grounds are lovely.

25/05/2026: We are an English speaking couple visiting France from Australia. It was Whit Monday so most restaurants were closed. Le Smile was open and though we arrived quite early the staff were welcoming. We ate in their open courtyard and enjoyed cocktails and our evening meal with wine. The waiter was friendly, helpful and patient. We enjoyed the food and drinks and the price was reasonable.

The service was incredibly slow; I waited 40 minutes to be served. My colleagues had already finished their meals by the time I started eating. The spaghetti carbonara was okay, but the fruit salad wasn't great.

27/05/2026: The three of us ate at Arôme restaurant and we all had a wonderful time. The dishes were truly excellent, beautifully prepared, and delicious. You can taste the quality and care put into the cooking.
The service was also fantastic: the staff were smiling, friendly, and welcoming from beginning to end. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you feel very welcome. A great place that we happily recommend!

The portions are generous. Parking isn't always easy. Prices are reasonable, with the option to order just the main course for €16. The dining room is tastefully decorated, and the noise level is perfect for a romantic dinner.

28/04/2026: Good value for money, very friendly waitress, however the waiter didn't seem happy to be working... he barely said hello and we got the impression we were bothering him.

We had the same thought with other customers.
If he's not happy to come to work, he should stay home. Thank you to the young woman who was very pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. The meal itself was very good.
