26/08/2024: Recommended by the restaurant Le Mansart closed this Monday evening, reservation via The Fork for this brasserie facing the town hall of Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome and brasserie dish on the menu. The herring and potato starter was perfect and then foie de vaux impeccably cooked. I recommend this brewery. AMEX card accepted.

04/08/2024: Lunch with a friend, Saturday. Friendly welcome. Very good food, except for the chicken breasts which we would have expected to find soft but which were, in fact, very dry. Too bad, it spoils the dish a bit. The atmosphere is friendly but a little too noisy. As for the service, the only criticism I have is putting known customers before others (example: customers who arrived well after us but were served before because they were known by the boss and the waitress). So for all these little downsides, I'm removing one star. Fair price.

Our guests gave us nothing but compliments, whether it was the meal, the decoration, the fireworks and this superb evening.
Jonathan and his team reassured us, supported us, and allowed us to be calm on the big day and we are very grateful, we were able to enjoy our wedding until dawn!
