27/10/2025: A regular address! We always enjoy ourselves there, the owner Nathalie is adorable and always attentive to the customer. Recently we privatized Saturday evening for an evening with friends (40 people), the service was top notch with a smile, the dishes delicious and with a great atmosphere! We recommend it without hesitation!

26/10/2025: Lunch for two on October 18, 2025. A warm welcome from the owner. The decor is understated and you feel right at home. For starters, we had grilled chorizo ​​and an assortment of homemade doughnuts. For our main course, we opted for the cod à la braz, which was excellent. And for dessert, a Molotov cake that was simply divine—so light and creamy! All accompanied by a carafe of chilled vino verde. A wonderful discovery that makes us want to return!

04/05/2026: We ate at the all-you-can-eat restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. The spicy chicken was really delicious, there was a great selection, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the waitress was very friendly. We had a really enjoyable time.

07/05/2026: I went twice in two weeks (lunch and then dinner) and it was a wonderful experience each time. The staff is helpful and everything is delicious! There were a few minor mistakes with the sushi, but they were resolved immediately without any problems. :) I highly recommend this restaurant!

12/04/2026: My wife got food poisoning the evening of her visit there. Two days later, a coworker didn't come to work because of food poisoning after eating at the Sushi Grill in Servon. I haven't wanted to go there for a long time.

20/04/2026: Great hotel, friendly staff. If you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage and immediately take advantage of the extra Magic Time in the parks. Rooms are usually ready from 3 pm. It's clear the hotel is a bit dated. Nevertheless, everything is fine. The walk to the parks takes 10-15 minutes. The only annoying thing is the daily security check before you reach Disney Village. Breakfast is very plentiful and well-organized. It's extremely noisy in the breakfast room, but that's to be expected. You have to queue for breakfast from 8:30 am, as most people want to take pictures with the costumed characters in the lobby (from 9:30 am). The hotel has its own shop.

22/02/2026: I definitely won't be going back. It's a restaurant I really like, but today I was very disappointed. There were two of us, we ordered the same dish (rigatoni Genovese), and we both found a hair on our plates. They apologized and, of course, asked if we wanted to change it, which we agreed to since we were already seated, but that was it. They did nothing more, no gesture whatsoever to address the situation.

24/05/2026: Despite a slight misunderstanding about our reservation time, they made sure to accommodate our group of 15 as soon as we arrived. The staff is very friendly. Despite the crowd, one of the waitresses took the time to play with our one-year-old daughter for five minutes. And most importantly for a restaurant, the food is really good. Much less greasy than at many other buffets. The restaurant is clean despite the crowds, contrary to what a comment below tries to suggest with an eyelash in a bowl. We had three young children with us who were a bit of a handful, but we didn't receive any disapproving looks or unpleasant remarks; quite the opposite, in fact.

14/05/2026: A very nice restaurant. The food is good, and the staff regularly replenishes the buffet. There's a huge selection. The welcome is friendly, and the waitress is attentive. The place is crowded, so it's difficult to have a conversation, but you know that going in. The best we've had so far!

09/05/2026: It's a shame; the mayor of Provins had recommended this place to us. It would be good if the opening hours were changed. It says the restaurant is open until 1 a.m. As the author, I was coming from a book signing in Provins, and I arrived with a friend at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, and they were no longer serving. Or rather, they refused to serve us.

02/12/2025: Good evening, I'm very disappointed after reporting to the cashier at reception that the emergency exits were locked. The response was, "They'll stay that way." I couldn't believe it! All the emergency exits are locked in case of panic, fire, or anything else. What happens then? Even the police told me, "Not our problem" (crazy world!). They said, "We're waiting for victims first." This is completely unacceptable and illegal. Emergency exits are clearly labeled as such and must remain open for evacuation in case of an emergency, not locked.

25/04/2026: The atmosphere was good overall, however, the bespectacled waiters were a bit moody; they didn't say hello and served drinks and food without even looking at us. It didn't make us want to come back. And yet, we come every week with your mother. I think we'll find a different place to have a better time.

23/04/2026: Lunch break at L'Ecu de France for our annual ASL hike/restaurant, held this year in Nemours. There were 22 of us and everything was perfect: the welcome, the meal, and for dessert, an excellent tarte Tatin! A great find. A sure sign of its quality, the restaurant was full!

27/05/2026: Fantastic hotel!!! The welcome was 5/5, and the hotel as a whole is well-maintained. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and well-soundproofed for a good night's sleep! The gym and pool are also excellent. The hotel also has a bowling alley 🎳, a bar, and a great Italian restaurant 🇮🇹. Thanks again, I'll be back!

26/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay. We were truly surprised that this was a 4-star hotel given the experience offered. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was neither particularly warm nor up to the standard one would expect from this category. The room was adequate overall, but an unpleasant odor in the shower quickly spoiled the comfort. Regarding the amenities, several pieces of information provided before our arrival were completely inaccurate. We had called ahead to ask if baby equipment was available for the pool, and we were assured that everything was provided. However, once we arrived, we discovered that this equipment was not free. We had the same problem with the pool hours: those listed on the website did not match the actual hours. Furthermore, the pool is far too small for the number of guests present. It was extremely crowded, which made the experience unpleasant, especially with a baby. Breakfast was adequate, but very basic and not really up to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Fortunately, the cocktails were good; this was probably one of the only real positives of the stay. We had also mentioned that it was a birthday. A small token of appreciation was left in the room with a note, which was nice, but it was rather minimal and unfortunately didn't make up for the rest of the experience.
