18/11/2025: Reservations for a christening: zero organization, catastrophic service. Upon arrival, there were no drinks on the tables. During the service, the main courses were served at 11:30 PM and were even raw. The children's menu was served at 10:00 PM... Imagine being invited to an event and your child doesn't eat until 10:00 PM, while your main course is served between 11:30 PM and midnight. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm ashamed in front of my guests; some left without being able to eat. I chose the €110 menu per adult and €50 per child—really... It's a real shame because the managers were very kind and professional, but the staff were not at all.

26/01/2026: During our recent stay at the hotel, we unfortunately encountered several negative points that deserve to be highlighted. We had booked a room with spa access included. The room did not meet our expectations; it was very small, and we were even more disappointed to learn that bathrobes were an extra charge for guests staying on the first floor. This difference in treatment is difficult to understand and clearly gives the impression of discrimination between guests, especially since spa access is supposed to be included for everyone, given that we booked through Staycation. Another disappointing point was the television in the room. The quality was poor, it was impossible to share a phone screen, and the selection of channels was very limited (fewer than 15), offering little of interest and making us not want to turn on the TV with its mediocre programming. Despite these negative aspects, several positive points fortunately balanced our experience. The welcome was simply extraordinary: warm, professional, and very attentive. The bar was also excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast was of very good quality, varied, and much appreciated. In summary, the hotel has real strengths, particularly in terms of service and dining, but some important details related to the included services and facilities deserve to be reviewed to offer an experience that truly lives up to expectations.

23/01/2026: This is the fourth time my partner and I have stayed at this hotel. The first three times were quite good. But this fourth time, we were rather disappointed… We booked a room, were told that bathrobes and slippers would be in the room, arrived, and there were none… We went down to reception to ask for them so we could have our first massage of the weekend… we were refused. Oh well, moving on. The evening was great; we went bowling! The next day, breakfast was quite substantial. The only downside was that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold, even though they were in containers meant to keep them warm. We went back to reception to ask for bathrobes and slippers for our second treatment at the spa, but we encountered a different receptionist who also refused our request. I politely explained that we had booked two couples' treatments over the weekend, and that it would have been nice to have bathrobes… Still nothing. In the evening, we wanted to sit at the bar to have a drink and a bite to eat, like the other three times. We went to the bartender and asked for the charcuterie boards, and he told us, "Tonight there are only chips to eat, otherwise go to the restaurant." We were surprised because it said "7/7 snacks." We went to reception, who told us they didn't have any in stock, but I'm sorry, but the charcuterie is the same as what's on the breakfast tray… Anyway, we went to the Imprimerie restaurant! Excellent service, great meal which we ate in our room because it wasn't possible to eat in the common lounge (a shame, as we wanted to have a few drinks…). We're not sure we'll come back…

31/12/2025: Discovered by chance, a super welcome and a warm atmosphere 😊. Giant pizzas at a very reasonable price, delicious homemade tiramisu... A great experience to end 2025 on a high note. Thank you so much 🙏😊

21/12/2025: The service was okay, but the wait was long. As for the food, oh my god, it was a joke—tasteless, bland, I should have eaten at home.

17/01/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats. I don't know if it's the delivery that's the problem, because when you read most of the reviews and see most of the photos, you expect something decent, even good. Well, it wasn't to my liking, even though it was "edible." The miso soup is very salty, the coleslaw very sweet. The rice isn't bad, but it's undercooked. As for the maki, I think it takes a lot to mess up avocado maki. The skewers are very dry. And they're small portions. Everything, I suspect, is mass-produced and not very high quality. I left feeling unsatisfied. I can't recommend this restaurant, unfortunately.

17/01/2026: I ordered €25 worth of maki through Uber Eats, and they didn't even bother to provide chopsticks or sauce. First and last time I'll order from here. Edit for the owner: Too bad for you if you blame customers for not taking the time to specify things that should naturally be included in the bag. It's common sense. Your competitors don't make this mistake. You didn't even put a napkin in the bag either. Do I have to specify everything in the order? I pay €25 and I have to specify that I want at least one napkin? Do I have to specify that the order should be bagged next time?

07/12/2025: The staff were unfortunately disrespectful. I was also disappointed by the service; the quality and quantity were neither good nor poor! And the taste was awful. I wouldn't recommend it; it's just not what it used to be.

10/10/2025: I've been coming to eat at this institution since I was very young, and unfortunately, I have to admit, I was terribly disappointed... The quantity of meat, the cooking of the fries, the taste of the chicken—nothing was done right, and excuse the language, but it really wasn't good; it even disgusted me a little... Not to mention the carafe of water, which must have been sitting on the counter for a long time, given its plaster-like taste. @lvs.kid

03/05/2025: I loved it! It's rare to be able to eat crispy chicken this good. The Cantonese rice was just as good, I will come back without any hesitation. The other dish (cooked on the stone whose name I don't remember) was incredible. The restaurant is clean, a good smell catches our attention from the outside. The waitress was kind and attentive. My meal was a moment of culinary relaxation, thank you.

23/12/2025: Just stick to the pizzas! Between the long wait, the ravioli wasn't good! I ordered Mexican-style ravioli with chicken and ended up with ravioli (probably from a bag), sour cream, and bacon. As for the cocktails, they clearly lack skill in making them. The price is excessive and the quality is lacking!

08/11/2025: Great restaurant! We received a very warm welcome, there was a wide variety of choices on the menu, the food was really good, the pizzas were excellent and generous, the burgers were amazing with an excellent ground beef patty, and the burger bun was just as good. The plates were beautifully presented and very full, with a wide selection of ice cream and desserts. We will definitely be back!

14/04/2025: Short break on the road one afternoon. Nice discovery, resonant price although a little expensive for lunch, no special of the day specified by the manager when I arrived. I enjoyed myself. Homemade meal formula with coffee and sweets for 22 euros.

22/10/2025: Before our flight, we had dinner at this restaurant with our two children. One of the best cocktails we've ever tasted and the kids loved their meal. It was very good.

02/07/2025: Avoid!!! We are tourists in the area and I made the mistake of googling this place without checking the ratings first! The buffet was not good - the food did not look fresh - not much choice for a buffet - but you have to pay the same price as for a large buffet - the restaurant equipment seems old and dirty - no working air conditioning when it is +35°C, which is dangerous in the heat for raw foods like salmon, etc. ...The service was friendly

26/12/2025: The manager of this restaurant is rude and discriminatory. This is the second time I'm feeling discriminated against for reasons I can't fathom, either it is our ethnicity or age, but he certainly makes one feel unimportant and beneath others through his clearly unprofessional and biased conduct. I am sad to see him running an "Indian" restaurant and leaving this impression on behalf of Indians. Despite being one of the only 2 "Indian" places in Fontainebleau, I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. I will not be returning.
