10/07/2025: Big problem at this McDonald's. Bought 3 McFlurry sandwiches with caramel sauce. Unfortunately, no caramel. And it's not the first time.

16/12/2024: Food is such a letdown. You’d expect high quality food based on prices and the film but what I got was cheap steamed Fish and some of the worst soup I’ve ever tasted.

16/12/2024: Honestly: Very disappointed. If the setting is beautiful and the service good, the food is really disappointing. We had cod which was overcooked, and Rémy's 'ratatouille' didn't look at all like the one in the cartoon (a little frustrating when you go to his restaurant...) The prices are excessively high for the quality of the dishes. The toilets were dirty. Choose another restaurant

21/11/2025: New owner and... the pizzas are really terrible. There's practically no topping, just one extra merguez sausage and five pieces of regular sausage. Anyway, goodbye, I won't be back, and neither will many others. Very, very disappointing. P.S.: Half my pizza went in the bin because it was yucky.

15/11/2024: Damage! 4 coffees taken on the terrace, questionable dishes and the smiles of the staff forgotten in the changing rooms...a shame because the setting, in the heart of the pedestrian city center on a beautiful sunny October morning, is very pleasant, a shame because we could have had lunch there at midday.

29/09/2024: We went to eat at the Sequoia buffet with friends, I really don't recommend it, the food isn't crazy, limited in choice, then the worst part, the waitress at the checkout was wrong in the prices with our reduction being 9 people 7 paid 45€ and the other 2 paid nothing at all because we paid for something that was not planned... When I pointed this out to the waitress the manager arrived and clearly kicked us out of the restaurant while we were there. saying I site "the bill is settled between you and leave". Which I find unacceptable for a Disney hotel buffet. I'm really disappointed, I really don't recommend it.

29/09/2024: Excellent service, good choice of varied product to suit everyone's tastes. Only problem: a manager (?) not honest who instead of taking responsibility for the mistake of his colleague at the checkout who had not applied the cast-member reduction on our menus (perfectly human error), said "well we are table is 0 so you are good to go”. In short, we paid full price not because of the mistake of the very friendly waitress, but because he refused to reimburse us for the excess. Thanks for the honesty <3

28/10/2024: Notre pire expérience : 45 minutes d’attente pour deux steak frites et un hot dog à un prix déraisonnable. Un « service » lamentable - personne ne nous indique le temps d’attente (des familles avec enfants sont au bout de leur vie…), la personne qui fait les frites fume et tousse… Difficile de comprendre comment ce lieu est encore ouvert.

29/06/2025: Had a nice buffet meal with a couple of friends. But the highlight was most definitely the character meet and greet. Meeting Mr. Smee, Captain Hook, Tigger, Eeyore , and Geppetto. Absolutely heartwarming. Warmly recommended.

17/12/2024: good. It was not excellent, the stay there was pleasant. The hotel is large and clean. The family rooms are large and spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. It is beneficial for families and their children. Good deeds: - The spacious and luxurious lobby at the entrance and nice seating areas. There is coffee. The bus service to and from Disneyland every 20 minutes is wonderful, but when you get off at Disney, you must memorize the location because when you return from Disney at night, you must go from the station and the gate where you got off. And you must memorize the color and shape of the bus. -Uber service is available from the hotel. -There is a bus that goes to Outlet and the mall for 6 euros per person. -There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. -Breakfast is large, excellent, varied, and luxurious, with the room number and an organized queue. -There is a swimming pool, spa and gym in the hotel. And the garden is beautiful. -All employees are helpful and kind. -Security hotel, high security, babysitting, and games in the lobby. Bad deeds: -There is no bellboy service for carrying bags. You must carry them yourself to and from the room. - The breakfast chairs need to be replaced, they are dirty, stained and disgusting. If you replace it with chairs without fabric. -There is no slipper, you must order from the reception. There is no free drinking water in the room. -The receptionist does not respond quickly when calling.

06/12/2025: The worst sushi of my life. Why serve coleslaw with sushi? It came with rice and instant miso soup. Not recommended. However, it's suitable for those in a hurry. We finished our three-course meal, including payment, in 25 minutes.

15/01/2025: Amazing that people manage to leave positive reviews. Having a room right next to catch a plane the next day I book for the evening. This is the only positive point being next to the hotel. It's not good, it's expensive and the service sucks. Basically go your way
