21/04/2026: Wonderful hotel next to Disneyland Park 😊 Very welcoming staff and all-you-can-eat breakfast

20/04/2026: Great hotel, friendly staff. If you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage and immediately take advantage of the extra Magic Time in the parks. Rooms are usually ready from 3 pm. It's clear the hotel is a bit dated. Nevertheless, everything is fine. The walk to the parks takes 10-15 minutes. The only annoying thing is the daily security check before you reach Disney Village. Breakfast is very plentiful and well-organized. It's extremely noisy in the breakfast room, but that's to be expected. You have to queue for breakfast from 8:30 am, as most people want to take pictures with the costumed characters in the lobby (from 9:30 am). The hotel has its own shop.

07/07/2026: A nice place, the food is pretty good. Dishes can sit on the buffet a little too long, which can make some items dry. However, the service is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and efficient. I go there regularly on my own for lunch and have no complaints.

09/07/2026: It's a real shame. There are plenty of options online to indicate the opening hours of the restaurant and the drive-thru separately. When we arrived, it stated that both the restaurant and the drive-thru were still open for plenty of time. Once inside (11 PM), it turned out that eating in the restaurant was no longer possible, even though they indicated that the restaurant and the drive-thru would be open until well past midnight. In the end, we just used the drive-thru, and after having had French McDonald's for 25 years, this was once again not a good one. I don't know what it is with McDonald's in France, but the quality provided is utterly pathetic. Fries cold, definitely reheated for the second time or more, nuggets cold. Fortunately, the burgers were warm. That's why, instead of 1 star, I'm giving 3 stars. I wonder if there is even a single McDonald's in France that is worth 5 stars.

08/07/2026: This is outrageous! My son ate a McMuffin, and the sandwich was full of eggshells! He choked. Do your job better! It's not that complicated. Just imagine, I would have had to take my son to the emergency room. All because you don't know how to do your job.

12/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, we had the couscous – it truly lived up to its name, a real treat! We'll definitely be back. The owner was super friendly.

11/07/2026: Honestly, it's absolutely delicious, and the change of chef has greatly improved the already good quality. It's excellent now. The welcome and service are perfect. One of the very few restaurants in Pontault-Combault worth supporting.

28/06/2026: This is a great spot if you are visiting Disneyland, as the A train takes only 20-25 minutes to get to the parks and costs only 2.55€ each trip (as of June 2026). Ibis has nice, consistent theming across countries, and great WiFi included with your stay. My room was small but had all I needed, except no kettle, as is common outside of the UK. The bed was okay, pillows a bit lumpy, and there was a separate sofabed for group travellers. The bathroom was small but serviceable, however it suffered from a problem I find common with Ibis hotels which is the water temperature constantly fluctuates - it doesn't matter how you set it, it will oscillate from scalding to cold and back again. Finally, I found the breakfast quite disappointing; it turned out to pretty much be £9 for some shop-made croissants and cold meat/cheese. On the first day there was a pot of scrambled egg, but it never reappeared, and I picked up a slice of bread that was stale on the third day. It left much to be desired, unfortunately, and I'd sooner recommend popping to the Aldi directly across the street for breakfast items.

30/05/2026: I'm a Doberman, but I ended up in the bathroom. I'll spare you the details. Honestly, it wasn't good. Not a smile. The sandwich had more salad than meat, and the meat tasted weird.

06/07/2026: The all-you-can-eat buffet was decent but lacked atmosphere and the selection was significantly less than what's offered at other all-you-can-eat buffets. The location was quiet and away from busy shopping areas.

08/06/2026: The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.

28/05/2026: We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.

11/05/2026: Went there last night. Full of flies. Had to leave after 10 mins. Fed back to the owner who did not seem interested. We have been here before and the experience has never been so bad. I wonder if here has been a management change? Wouldn’t recommend!!
