04/07/2025: No customer service. I've been referring clients to this hotel for 8 years. Exceptionally, I had to reserve a room for a client who ultimately canceled, and no action was taken. This is very disappointing, and I would no longer recommend this establishment.

03/07/2025: This review concerns the restaurant exclusively. A dinner organized as part of a seminar and billed at 55 euros (excluding drinks). A so-called seafood casserole with 2 shrimp swimming in a tasteless broth with 2 pieces of zucchini and 3 slices of mushrooms, followed by a sea bass fillet (very industrial) accompanied by a pseudo risotto, all still without taste or seasoning. And to conclude, a pavlova with a meringue as hard as a rock... A festival accompanied by service at the level of the meal. Avoid...

04/08/2024: Sunday 2:00 p.m.: Kitchen in a distressing state! Visible from the counter I clearly wondered about the hygiene of my food.. 1/3 of the tables were dirty too..

28/07/2024: An excellent fast food from the United States and not yet sufficiently established in France. Yes, it's a lot more expensive than traditional fast food, but it's definitely worth it once in a while. You will make your tailor-made burger by choosing from ten sauces and ten side dishes (onions, pickles, salad, tomato, mushrooms, etc.) The Cajun fries are really, really good, and a little spicy. The milkshakes are quite expensive but are made with real pieces of fruit and cake, and above all you can compose it to your taste by mixing Oreo, vanilla etc... Several flavors can be mixed in the same milkshake. No drive-thru service, but that's normal because it's inside the shopping center.

19/12/2024: Breakfast is absolutely foul. Dry scrambled eggs, dehydrated cardboard-like pancakes, insipid sausages. Gone are the days of rollerblading waiters and juke boxes (they’re on some tables simply as decoration). Another disappointment of the Disney restaurant scene.

19/12/2024: Very good time, I came Tuesday at 7 p.m. closing of the park, a lot of people arriving at the same time and one waiting just 20 minutes to enter, once inside we had a waiter "Sébastien", a very smiling person, pleasant and friendly, thank you to him, he contributed greatly to our good evening there, and otherwise we had a great time with the burgers and milkshakes.

07/12/2024: Very average. The charm of the old yes but it must be well maintained. So I didn't understand at breakfast there are cups on the table normally in all self-respecting hotels the waiter comes to serve hot drinks except here where there is an automatic machine with bad coffee. The waiters are there but don't do anything, they wander around and are absolutely not there to serve the customer. I didn't understand their presence for what purpose. In short, a lot of things to review, especially from a 4-star standard.

05/12/2024: Le cadre et la décoration ne font pas tout, malheureusement... Le goût n'y est pas du tout, les produits sont de qualité très moyenne, le brunch n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu comme de nombreux détails d'ailleurs. La quantité (juste correcte) se fait au détriment de la qualité. Le chapon était extrêmement sec, la sauce forestière très lourde à digérer, les verrines au "soit-disant foie gras" étaient insipides, le risotto réchauffé et pâteux, l'aïoli inmangeable (d'ailleurs non stipulé par écrit, je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une mayonnaise), les fruits de mer fades, la tartiflette bien trop grasse... bref une catastrophe! De plus si vous avez des intolérances, allergies, restrictions alimentaires, il manque pas mal d'inscriptions devant les plats et vous ne savez pas ce que vous mangez. Le personnel est agréable, malgré leur nombre insuffisant et le manque de reconnaissance. La responsable de salle (je suppose) est souriante mais manque d'élégance et de compétences. Les attentions doivent être les mêmes pour tous les clients et si ce n'est pas le cas, qu'elle le fasse discrètement. C'est la dernière fois que nous mettons les pieds dans cet établissement, une véritable masquarade! La direction essaie de noyer le poisson à l'aide de nombreux artifices qui fonctionnent auprès de certains clients, mais qui ne sauraient tromper les vrais gourmets.

12/12/2025: A true delight from start to finish! Frédéric Cassel restaurant offers refined cuisine, bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the service is warm and professional. You can taste the genuine passion in every plate. Special mention goes to the desserts, absolutely sublime and a signature of the house. An address to recommend without hesitation.

11/12/2025: Nothing exceptional except for the price.

03/12/2025: At 12:30 PM, the line was quite short. No printed menu was available upon entry; we had to rely on the TV screens and the app to browse the menu. The pulled beef sandwich on the menu was too small for the price. The Yassa chicken and the Chamalaka vegetarian curry were worth the price, but were a bit cold. However, the service was very quick.

25/11/2025: For a quick meal, this place is perfect: plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options, made-to-order food, and relatively affordable. If you find it available, don't miss the dessert: plantains wrapped in shredded coconut to dip in chocolate! So good!

30/08/2024: Excellent value for money. On the RER A line, 3 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes from Disneyland and 35 minutes from the center of Paris.

29/08/2024: Not very warm welcome, dilapidated room with a bathroom in a pitiful state. The only thing that works for this hotel is the location.

02/11/2025: I came here hoping to have a fun Halloween evening, and everything was fine until I was forcibly removed because I refused to leave my small Adidas bag in the cloakroom. Knowing that I always come here with my bag (it's practical for dancing and keeping my essentials close at hand, and it's never been a problem before!), I really didn't understand. I'm sad; my evening was ruined, and to think I drove an hour to get here, plus the queue... I used to love this place, but it's inhumane to force a woman to expose herself like that in front of everyone just to justify keeping her bag! (Yes, I was asked to show proof that I had feminine hygiene products in my bag, and since I'd used some before coming and forgotten to refill it, naturally I was accused of lying and kicked out!) But even so, now you have to show such intimate things just to keep your bag—what's with that?! It's truly shameful! It's awful; you feel like you're worthless being thrown out like that, and I sincerely wouldn't wish it on anyone!
