22/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 21 at 9:30 p.m. I ate there and got sick during the night. I vomited everything. I got sick. I had food poisoning. Just avoid that. In case, I'm posting photos of everything I dropped in my bathtub!
25/09/2025: I would like to know if they have reopened. I went in August and it was closed, but I often go to this restaurant and it is really very good, there is a lot of choice and it is very good.

My order was delayed by 45 minutes, and after I got home, I realized they had ordered the wrong pizza.

30/04/2026: The table service is truly unbelievable; every time I go here, there are always problems.
Today, I tried the table service, ordering directly from the QR code. The wait was over 30 minutes (ordered at 3:52 PM, received at 4:30 PM). I had to complain at the counter, and they claimed the order was already ready, but the staff didn't know you could order directly from the QR code. The items were left on the side for over 30 minutes, not to mention the missing items.
They served me cold food. I asked if they could heat it up, but they refused! It's outrageous! As if it was our fault!
The order was marked with the table number. We waited 30 minutes, and then they forced us to take cold sandwiches and fries.
I asked to see the manager, but he said he was busy and I should come back later (around 6 PM).
Seriously, that's ridiculous!
30/04/2026: No staff, the manager refuses to hire, you have to wait an hour, the whole of Claye-Souilly is complaining. This McDonald's is a horror

09/05/2026: The welcome was extremely cold. We were seated as a group of four and asked three different servers when we were ready to order, but they ignored us and served other customers who arrived after us! One of them even told us they were out of menus! Meanwhile, menus were being brought to the next table… The service was mediocre; we didn't order anything, got up, and left… This place shows a blatant disregard for its customers and should be avoided.

05/06/2026: Big thanks to the saleswoman who served me on June 5th at the end of the day.
She was smiling, kind, and took the time to show me the vegetarian options.
The brioche was perfectly toasted, and to top it all off, she kindly pointed me to the restrooms in the center.
All this with a smile.
It's nice to see that there are still professional, kind, and not grumpy people out there.

26/05/2026: I'm always satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff, despite the difficult working conditions. Thankfully, the air conditioning isn't leaking anymore, but it's incredibly noisy—a real headache for the employees! And I've noticed that the dishwashing area still hasn't been repaired, as we're still drinking from cardboard cups, and have been for over a month now. Today is May 26th; we'll see if the air conditioning and the dishwashing area are fixed.

04/05/2026: I came to eat with my friends, not knowing that drinks were included. I ordered water, and they told me it was included in the price. I asked to change my drink, and they huffed and puffed... not pleasant, lol. Later, I wanted to pay with restaurant vouchers, and they told me I was being a pain in the neck, super welcoming... but apparently, "it doesn't work in the village" (it happened at all the restaurants: Rosalie, Royal Pub, etc.). They spoke to me rudely and condescendingly.
Otherwise, the buffet is very good, but some of the staff need to be re-evaluated.
03/05/2026: I'm hesitant and agree with several other comments already posted.
Considering the price, the buffet (starter, main course, dessert) offers a good variety of choices (even if it quickly deviates from Tex-Mex).
Plates are systematically replaced as soon as you finish, which is annoying. Refilling a plate doesn't require a new one.
I had a stomach ache immediately after leaving the restaurant, so I can attribute that to the food. It remains partially warm, however, it's unclear how long it's been under the heat lamps.
A special mention for the gratin dauphinois, which I found very good.
I don't recommend this restaurant; you'll find other options in the park or at Disney Village.

30/04/2026: Tasteless and tiny burgers compared to the photos, limp and practically cold fries.
Cold place, gloomy atmosphere, and high prices.
Avoid at all costs.
Record broken today.
I had to go to the counter to check on my order placed 20 minutes earlier.
The server seemed overwhelmed.
The order finally arrived without the Happy Meal toy.
The burger was lukewarm and the fries were cold and soggy.
Impossible to find space to put down trash because there was so much dirty dishware. My experience is over. I'll go to Burger King from now on.

17/05/2026: The sandwich is indeed full of vegetables. 11 euros for three tiny pieces of chicken in a 30-centimeter sub. It's a shame it was takeaway, otherwise I would have returned it.

23/05/2026: The place has been very nice since the renovations.
However, the food could be much better. The sausage and mashed potatoes were attractively priced: the mashed potatoes were very good, the sausage was average and too salty, and why use a processed sauce that ruins everything? They should have left it out altogether. The coffee was really not great.
In short, not great.
