13/12/2025: Longest delivery ever! Order your pizza at least 4 hours in advance to have any hope of receiving it on time. Unsure about the delivery time? No problem, just give us a call and we'll confirm we'll be there in 30 minutes. There's probably too much going on, or a demonstration, or something to excuse the delay. 30 minutes later and still no pizza? Another call and guess what? Don't worry, the pizza will be here in 30 minutes!

19/03/2026: It opened a month ago and there's already no more table service... you have to queue outside in the cold even though there are about thirty self-service kiosks but only six are open. And then you have to wait crammed together in front of the counters because table service is clearly no longer offered. You then have to climb several flights of stairs to get to the upper floor, which has closed doors. So convenient to open the door with a tray full of drinks and food! Brilliant McDonald's!

19/03/2026: The worst McDonald's ever. Too long a wait, poor organization, incomplete orders, cold or undercooked food. Take pictures, have a quick look around, but definitely don't stop there to eat!

01/04/2026: The meals were disappointing; the food was piping hot, the meat undercooked, and the pasta was the same. I learned from the town hall that they closed due to a lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchens, as inspected by the veterinary services.

17/02/2026: The owner gives us dirty looks when we eat too much, she follows us around to see what we're going to eat, it's unacceptable! It's supposed to be an all-you-can-eat wok, we should eat as much as we want!! And at the register, if you don't check the amount, she doubles the price!! I saw mice in the toilets and behind the kitchen

06/03/2026: We've been ordering from Wave Sushi for years and are always very happy. For takeout, we always receive our order in 20-30 minutes max. The food is good and fresh. I'll be ordering from Wave Sushi for a long time to come.

31/01/2026: Second order delivered in a month, and both times more than forty minutes late. What should have been a hot day isn't, which isn't normal.

17/02/2026: Today I went there to order chicken curry and it was really bad. The meat, besides being yellow, was nothing like chicken curry and was burnt to a crisp. I also ordered fried chicken, which was edible but not good.

04/02/2026: I tried the tandoori sandwich and honestly, I wasn't disappointed! They put a lot of fries on it, which is pretty cool. It's quite small though, but otherwise, the food is good! I'll definitely be back soon!

26/02/2026: Horrible! I received orders with pistachios in them twice, even though my 8-year-old son has a nut allergy! They have no idea what you're ordering. I wasn't the only one. A woman with a milk allergy got the wrong coffee. The team stared and laughed at me. Disgusting! We, true Starbucks fanatics, will never see them again! Yuck.

13/12/2025: Very disappointed with this Campanile hotel. First, the reception wasn't great. Then I was told my room was in another building just behind the main building. Okay, fine, but the receptionist didn't mention that we had to go down some stairs and then up more, and never once asked for help. With two suitcases each, my wife and I found this very inconvenient. Upon arriving at the building's entrance, there were no automatic doors, just old, heavy doors that wouldn't stay open. And this happened twice because it's a vestibule with two doors in a row! Again, with suitcases, this is really inconvenient. Finally getting to the room after this ordeal of carrying suitcases and holding the door open with one hand to have them passed to us one by one was a disappointment. The bathroom tiles were blackened, the floor didn't look very clean, and the whole room in general was in dire need of a major renovation. During the night, the light from the hallway, which remains on, shines into the room through the door frame, which offers little to no soundproofing. There is absolutely no soundproofing. So, with the light and the noise, we really didn't sleep well. For the price, it's a disgrace. We will definitely never return to this hotel, and you should avoid it as well.

11/03/2026: Royal bacon without bacon, very original and it's the first time that's happened to me at McDonald's. And the woman at the drive-thru was unpleasant.

17/02/2026: Small McDonald's, friendly staff, fills up very quickly but does the job well.

13/03/2026: Staff were chatting amongst themselves using unprofessional language. The bread was served by hand without tongs or anything else, and I don't understand why religious symbols are being displayed in a bakery.

22/03/2026: Shameful tuna and vegetable sandwich: two slices of egg, three small slices of tomato. A word of advice: check your sandwiches! It's a real tourist trap. They sell them quickly, but it's truly scandalous. I pointed it out to the cashier, who was shocked herself. I asked for a refund. What is management doing? It's incomprehensible. Avoid at all costs.

23/11/2025: The staff clearly enjoy their work. The chips and cookies are delicious. There are restrooms. Coffee machines. Perfect!

11/03/2026: Really disappointed… I've been a Disney annual pass holder for several years and I generally love their restaurants; I've never been disappointed. But I went to Victoria yesterday and it really wasn't great… The decor was very nice, the waffle and the chocolate mousse were good, but the service was terrible. We waited almost 20 minutes for our order to be taken, while the servers literally did nothing. They were standing three meters away from us, laughing amongst themselves while we waited, and they glanced at us occasionally, knowing full well that our orders hadn't been taken. I got up to ask if we should order at the counter (I'd never been there before, so after a 20-minute wait, we were starting to wonder), and I received a particularly curt response from the woman at the counter, telling me that her colleague would come and take our order. It was as if they were overwhelmed and we were bothering them, but honestly, seeing them laughing their heads off and doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes is a bit much. I'll continue to come to Disney and try the other restaurants, but never this one again.

31/03/2026: Too long, too many dirty tables, poor service. Three years later, I tried again. Unfortunately, nothing had changed, except perhaps that I didn't remember it being this bad. Really bad, and very poorly made; it was nothing like the burger picture.

29/03/2026: I've been to this McDonald's several times. The service is interminable. The servers offer no explanation for the wait time, even though the restaurant is almost empty. There's no apology either. I recommend going somewhere else.
