21/08/2024: Nous sommes restés hier soir. Apéritif frit mixte très gras, réchauffé parce qu'il était mou. Beignets de morue, mais où était la morue ? Très gras ! Lorsque nous avons demandé du pain de manière impolie, ils nous ont dit d'attendre parce qu'ils n'avaient que deux mains. Les moules au roquefort et la salade César étaient discrètes. Prix élevé par rapport à la qualité.

Because that’s what it’s all about… I had scheduled a duo massage and spa session for us at the “La Lune de Mougins” establishment during a romantic weekend, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience and I will never be able to express all the well in view of an exceptional staff who made this experience so pleasant. As soon as we arrived at “La Lune de Mougins”, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, the Spa Manager and Jade, smiling and attentive. Their professionalism and kindness immediately put us at ease and I knew we were in good hands. The 80’ duo massage, for which I had given my preference, was simply divine. The therapists were extremely competent and were able to adapt their technique according to our needs and preferences. Each movement was executed with incredible precision and smoothness, creating a feeling of deep relaxation and total well-being. The SPA establishment itself is a true haven of peace. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, combined with elegant and refined decoration, which has helped to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation with appropriate musical background. The facilities were impeccable and I was impressed by the attention to detail to ensure guest comfort. 20/09/2024: Access is a little complicated, you have to walk through the hinterland to get there but it's worth it. Quite typical Provençal decor, warm and efficient welcome and service. The home-made cuisine is excellent, well prepared and generous. Don't miss the assortment of starters and the real Provençal aioli. To do again? Oh yes!

07/09/2024: Besides the amazing food, Le Chaudron boasts the nicest staff that i have encountered so far in the south of France. Ordered the pate, duck and mussels - best I have had on my trip. Will definitely be back!

01/10/2024: Ah..Okay..SO the hotel itself was amazing. We stayed only one night since we were travelling constantly but our hotel room was quite beautiful. Great view of the harbour and fantastic beds. But my only problem was the restaurant. The food was dry. Flavourless. And up-mostly bad.

The homemade pasta of the day was a treat, as was the seafood fritas. Excellent wine menu. An overall delightful evening and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Menton.

20/09/2024: Updated 09/24 OMG, cold ramen!!! A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation. Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me. --- 2023 Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.
