21/07/2026: Hello We went there with friends. The waitress, the owner, and the new chef were all incredibly friendly. The duck breast with vegetables was simply excellent! Very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: The restaurant has fast service, perfect for lunch breaks. However, the burgers and fries aren't great. The burger bun is mediocre, and the filling is basic. The fries have very few potatoes, are very soggy, and covered in oil. They're brown. The dessert is okay. I'd like to try other dishes.

21/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in the heart of Old Antibes! Nicolas, a former sommelier with experience in prestigious restaurants in Burgundy and on the French Riviera, has taken over this restaurant with great passion. There's no set wine list: he takes the time to chat with each table to find the perfect pairing for the dish and the wine. We sampled the cherry tomato tarte tatin with smoked pimentón oil as a starter—a delight—followed by an original stuffed duck neck and beautiful prawns in a pepper purée. On the wine front, a Pét'nat from Domaine Serol, a delightful off-the-beaten-path choice, and a Chartreuse to finish the meal for those who appreciate it. The service is provided by Nicolas himself, who is warm and attentive. A must-visit for lovers of natural wine and generous cuisine in Antibes.

21/07/2026: Walking by, saw that there happened to be a table. Owner, can't recall name. But was so friendly, and fun chat with. Tasted wines and had a zucchini shrimp dish that was light and delicious. Small intimate, Will return.

27/07/2026: A wonderful experience! I'd known this place for three years. The welcome was fantastic, thank you to the whole team. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, which was delicious with its bread-like crust. And the coffee was excellent, among other things.

01/04/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm used to waiting in line with other indecisive customers and a fairly... laid-back staff. But today, I had the incredible experience of having to wait over 10 minutes in the store, with only two customers and two sales assistants. One of the assistants was serving the customer while the other was preparing the charcuterie platters... right in front of me. I left after 10 minutes without having been served. Your products are delicious and reasonably priced, but the customer service needs improvement.

L'Instant offers original and generous cuisine, a fusion of French, Niçoise, Asian, and Creole influences. You'll find everything from perfectly executed brasserie dishes to delicious accras, samosas, spring rolls, achards, and rougail. Everything is homemade, using fresh, high-quality, and carefully selected ingredients. The owner is lovely, welcoming, and passionate. The portions are generous, the prices very reasonable, and the desserts excellent. The atmosphere is family-friendly, convivial, and relaxed. Between the neighboring cocktail bar, the other shops on the square, and the quality of the food, this is an address we highly recommend. A true gem of Nice, where we always return with pleasure!

06/08/2026: Laurent and his team are awesome. I called because we were late and I had heard this place had amazing GF and celiac friendly options and pizzas. Laurent said he would keep the restaurant open 30 minutes after closing and prepare everything for takeaway. Boy did the food delivery!!! Merci Laurent! Merci merci merci!!

06/08/2026: We had two "regular" pizzas and one gluten-free one for our daughter who has celiac disease. And this one was by far the best gluten-free pizza we've ever eaten! The crust was fluffy and the dough in the middle was perfect too! Even the leftovers were incredibly delicious the next day. Highly recommended! 😍🫶🏼

04/08/2026: Disappointing experience – poor value and bland menu I visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Firstly, the menu is extremely limited. There is a distinct lack of hot main courses, and the "dish of the day" options were repetitive and uninspired. Given the quality of the food, the prices are completely unjustified – this is not a case of "you get what you pay for." To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. The waiters seemed disinterested and took far too long to take our order and bring the food. The most disappointing part was the main course. On the waiter's recommendation, I ordered the steak for my children. Unfortunately, the meat had a distinctly off smell and was not fresh. This was a huge letdown, especially when dining with family. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

16/08/2026: "An unforgettable meal and the absolute culinary highlight of our two weeks in France. The Iberico ham was a standout; the fat was incredibly nutty, easily rivaling—if not surpassing—a premium 36-month 5J. The steak was juicy and expertly prepared, and the owner kindly adjusted the portioning to include three baked bone marrows for our table, rather than the standard two. The grilled king prawn was fresh and massive, only missing a 10/10 score due to being slightly overcooked. Overall, a highly considerate staff and an exceptional dining experience."

16/08/2026: A very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. However, the crab toast at 19 euros remains a mystery to me; I still don't know if it was bad or simply too salty.

23/05/2026: The best place I know for Asian food. The sushi is absolutely amazing and rivals any I've had in Japan. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and accommodating; I highly recommend it.
