15/08/2026: Since I was with my family, I wanted to introduce my younger cousins ​​to Alsatian cuisine. We tried the sauerkraut and backeoffe: it was delicious. The setting itself was really pleasant, as was the service. Lun gave us a very warm welcome, always with a smile. Furthermore, the service was very smooth and quick. I'll be telling everyone about this restaurant and I'll definitely be back.

17/08/2026: Multiple errors in the order, even though I corrected the drive-thru server twice. Every time I told him my drink, a different one appeared on the screen, and he kept insisting, "No, no, I didn't make a mistake." When I got to the end of the drive-thru, sure enough, there was another order error. Seeing the server completely overwhelmed, I told her to forget it and paid. When I got to work, I opened my order and discovered that the salad on my burger was blackened, clearly not fresh, and inedible. So I went back to the restaurant, showed it to the manager, and he told me, "No, no, that's normal!" No refund. Surprisingly, the errors themselves increased the bill: a double-meat burger instead of a single, and a new drink with sprinkles in it, charged €2 more than the one I originally ordered. Judging by the other comments, I unfortunately don't think I'm an isolated case, a victim of disastrous service. So, Mr. So-Called Manager, since you prefer to nitpick rather than refund a measly, inedible burger—and I'm not even mentioning the other order errors—we're simply going to bypass you and address this directly to your superiors.

17/08/2026: A 45-minute wait for cold sandwiches and cold fries. You're definitely a fast-food place! And don't even get me started on the rotten salad in the burgers! Reported to the health department for inspection. This restaurant should be shut down.

17/08/2026: The half-pizza, half-salad option was very nice. The order was poorly routed; the pizza took a very long time to arrive, while a table next to us received theirs in 10 minutes. Very disappointed in the end that we ordered a burger 😑. The fries were industrial and not great 😢

10/08/2026: I really enjoy going to this restaurant. The welcome is excellent, the waitresses are friendly and smiling, the dishes are generous and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

27/03/2026: I was out for a walk when I saw what looked like a deer coming out of a truck. I don't know about you, but seeing a dead animal like that traumatized me a bit; it was disgusting. I completely lost my appetite.

The courses arrived in perfect timing. Everything was refined. Bravo to the entire team. I know what it takes to create this experience for us. Thank you. I will be back.

06/09/2026: On the terrace, you're now penned in behind barriers; the terrace has become ugly (not to mention that the atmosphere under the giant parasols that remain open regardless of the weather is deafening). The terrace/sidewalk combination used to be lovely; it made you want to stop; that's much less the case now.

28/07/2026: I ordered delivery through Uber Eats, so I can only rate the food. The tuna looked strange and smelled bad. Clearly overcooked. The salmon wasn't bad, but it wasn't fresh either. The maki rolls were clearly made by someone very amateurish and careless. Irregular, rough cuts and poorly sealed with seaweed. The rice was also too sticky. Even the ginger leaves had a strange, slimy color. The tempura was soggy, indicating it had been fried a long time ago. We expect to get sick. I don't recommend it. Anyone who handles raw food should be responsible to their customers.

29/08/2026: Great for chocolate lovers, not an unlimited selection, but since chocolate is heavy, it's more than enough. I'm taking off one star because the melted chocolates (not from the fountain) were solid and rather empty.

24/08/2026: For €20 (2 people), we bought tickets that included a visit and a snack, and we weren't disappointed. The all-you-can-eat buffet isn't huge, but it's sufficient; you get full quickly (drinks are not included). The place is nicely decorated, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The museum visit is an interactive experience with explanatory videos, tastings, and games. We stayed for an hour, but we'll definitely be back soon.

The restaurant staff is very professional and the service has been exquisite, friendly and always with a smile on their faces, despite the fact that there were groups of tourists, which did not make it easy. If we return to Strasbourg, we would go back! They speak sooo many languages..

10/08/2026: A truly excellent traditional Alsatian restaurant! Whether it was the foie gras, the cordon bleu with Munster cheese, or the beef fillet with pepper sauce, we loved and enjoyed everything. The food is prepared with quality ingredients and passion, and it shows in every bite. We also appreciated the professional and attentive service on the terrace. In short, I highly recommend this place!

03/03/2026: Hello, We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

08/08/2026: A very special place, with unique decor. A table set with exquisite care, beautiful cutlery and tableware in themselves. Attentive and refined service. The food has distinct but perfectly balanced flavors. A superb wine selection. In short, if you want to break away from the usual dining experience, this is the place for you. Of course... quality comes at a price.

Looks like a concerto, four hands, seafood best quality, flavours mixed that make your brain remembering travels, life moments, far from your day-to-day.
