07/04/2026: Honestly not sure what went wrong that evening. The restaurant itself has a lot going for it — **the dining room is warm and full of Alsatian character**, exactly the kind of setting that puts you in a good mood before the meal even starts. Which made the experience that followed all the more disappointing. The restaurant was half empty, so I wasn't expecting to wait **an hour and a half for three mains** — but there we were. What really bothered me was the kids' menu showing up **after we'd almost finished eating**. My son got a burger with a bun so dried out it was basically a cracker, and fries that were way too dark — sweet potato or not, that's just overcooked. The veal kidneys were actually nicely done, you could tell there's real skill in the kitchen. Just a pity they came out lukewarm. And the kir at the start? Full of sediment at the bottom — felt very much like the last pour of a tired bottle. Not exactly the vibe you want at the beginning of a meal. To top it off, with a completely exhausted child ready to fall asleep at the table, we still had to **wait over 10 minutes just to get the bill**. In a half-empty room. At that point you just want to go home, and even that simple ask felt like too much to manage. Maybe it was an off night. I'd like to think so, because the setting is lovely and the kitchen clearly has potential. But between the timing, the temperature, and a string of careless details, it's hard to recommend right now .

31/12/2025: We came as a family to spend three nights in this cozy and clean hotel. What a wonderful place surrounded by vineyards! The restaurant is superb and the food is delicious, not to mention the warm welcome from all the staff who are so attentive to their guests. An unforgettable stay and we're already looking forward to returning. It's an excellent place; I highly recommend this beautiful, magical spot.

26/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (and even 10 stars if that were possible!) I really wanted to share my experience with Pizza Factory in Lingolsheim. Honestly, I'm more than delighted! At first, I was a little hesitant to order from them, even though I live practically next door… like neighbors 😊 And now, I can say that I have absolutely no regrets. The pizzas are always very well made, generous, and delicious. You can feel their genuine kindness and commitment to service. The whole team is smiling, pleasant, and helpful… You can feel a great atmosphere and true professionalism. The owner can be proud of his team and should continue to be, because for me, it's one of the best pizzerias in terms of service and customer care. Whenever you need help, they're always there. 05/01/2026: We expected something much better since it is housed in the Gallerie Lafayette building. A real disappointment. The wait to order... was quite long. although in fact one person was serving. Prices are comparable to the city but for a small quantity. The space is suffocating and comparing it to the building in Paris, I really think you only go there out of necessity. The toilets, let's emphasize that they charge you €1 per person but at least they are very clean.

24/02/2026: I've been eating here for years. With family, friends, on romantic dates with my sweetheart, and for every birthday for the last six or seven years. The quality hasn't changed at all, and despite the ambiance or exterior not being everyone's cupboard, the value for money is the best in Strasbourg for a Japanese restaurant. And a major plus: the fish is incredibly fresh, always easy to digest, and I've never gotten sick, unlike at other restaurants! This restaurant deserves so many more customers...

14/01/2026: I had it delivered, so I'm only judging the food, and I have to say I'm disappointed considering the price. I ordered three types of maki, gyoza, and a coleslaw for €26. The maki were uneven, clearly pre-made, and rather bland; the shaping looked like it was done by a beginner… it wasn't bad, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it 😕

29/12/2025: The coq au Riesling was delicious and perfectly cooked, accompanied by excellent spätzle. Generous and authentic cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.

19/12/2025: Large and spacious, well-decorated location, perhaps a little dark. Service is average, but a loose puppy roaming the tables isn't the best. Tartiflette is one to forget.

17/01/2026: The sauerkraut was generous and delicious, and the homemade raspberry ice cream (you can really taste the fruit) and vanilla ice cream were excellent. We always receive a warm welcome and great service at this restaurant. You can also take the opportunity to do some shopping at the butcher's counter.

05/01/2026: Fantastic experience at this restaurant for a family celebration. The owner is absolutely lovely. The Christmas decorations were incredible, and the meal was simply amazing, a truly authentic Alsatian experience. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it.
