22/02/2026: A warm welcome from two waitresses. Comfortable space and a veranda opening onto the outside. A menu featuring ingredients worthy of the region. And the Munster and Gruyère-type cheeses are meltingly delicious and have a floral aroma.

24/11/2025: Beware of the order and the bill; the staff is dishonest. They charged us extra for adult dishes and desserts instead of the four children's menus we had ordered, which included desserts. Not an apology, not a gesture of goodwill; the owner is determined to meet her sales target at any cost and refuses to listen, even though a waitress admitted her mistake. Having worked in retail and customer service myself, I must say I have never witnessed such a lack of consideration and honesty. I strongly advise against this place for anyone wanting to enjoy a pleasant meal with friends. PS: Even when dissatisfied, I never leave negative reviews to avoid harming businesses, but this is unacceptable.

05/04/2026: First time at this establishment. We had a very good meal; the tarte flambée was exactly to our liking, a real treat! 👍 A minor drawback was our table: it was located near the door and next to a dog, which made the experience a little less enjoyable. Between the comings and goings, the seating wasn't ideal. However, the service was excellent: a discreet but pleasant young woman with a smile, and a gentleman (probably the owner) who was very attentive and welcoming. Overall, a good experience.

16/02/2026: We were there in December after a quick visit to the Haguenau Christmas market. The welcome was cold, with little empathy towards potential new customers… a shame, because the tarte flambée is really good, the main course my husband had was very good, and the desserts were too. It doesn't make you want to come back. As a customer, I believe that a warm welcome and good service are paramount (as is the quality of the food), legally speaking.

12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

31/03/2026: We love this all-you-can-eat restaurant, and my son especially does. So what could be more natural than celebrating his birthday there? A big thank you to the very friendly young waitress, who was very witty; we had a great laugh and absolutely loved this cherry moment 🍒😉

24/03/2026: The food was very good, the beef steak was tender, tasty, cooked exactly as it should be. I gave it 4 stars because there was only one waiter for the terrace and he was clearly overwhelmed by the situation. There was a lot of chaos. I asked for the bill about 3 times, the waiter kept busy with other things and forgot.

24/03/2026: As a regular at the République restaurant, which is always excellent, this one was a disaster. The Welsh rarebit was dry and must have been sitting in the oven for two hours, and the fries were a tiny handful. We had to ask three times for drinks we ordered that weren't served, and then we got freshly baked bread. Not a single smile, and the waiter was smoking a cigarette right next to us, blowing smoke in our faces while we ate. Honestly, this is the worst broth I've ever had. They really need to improve their service.

01/02/2026: A wonderful first experience with seafood at this family-run establishment. The cuisine is traditional and of high quality, made entirely with fresh ingredients. The service is impeccable, and all dishes are served with a cheerful atmosphere. The aperitif and coffee are served with thoughtful, homemade touches, which is quite rare in this type of establishment.

21/02/2026: We ordered two doner burgers with two portions of fries tonight. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing: • The chicken was completely tasteless. • The sauce was bland and flavorless. • The fries were half-raw and unsalted. • Some pieces seemed slightly burnt. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed. We hope these issues can be addressed. For now, we do not recommend this place.

12/04/2026: A truly beautiful place; if you're traveling in Alsace and want to relax after a hike up Mont Saint Odile, this is perfect. Sauna and spa enthusiasts will find everything they need. The brunch is also excellent.

28/03/2026: Very disappointed, we were waiting almost an hour for our food, the place is really understaffed. Was hoping the food would save the place but no, the lasagne was very mediocre and the pizza had a strange taste off it. Will not be returning
