16/12/2023: I highly suggest a visit to this restaurant, we were totally satisfied, even the children.
Warm welcome and top service despite the crowds on the day of our visit.
The dishes are plentiful.

14/08/2024: Awesome little place! I came here seeking a good, artisanal coffee and they did not disappoint. I went two separate days. The first time, I had a cappuccino, which was made perfectly and with a decent espresso bean. The second time, I had a delicious V60 drip. The barista helped me choose the right roast - I was tired, so I just told her my preferred tasting notes and she knew what to make. Everyone was really friendly, and the breakfast I had with my coffee was swell. Thanks for one of the best coffee experiences I had during my three weeks in Europe!
11/08/2024: Nice restaurant, nice staff, but worst espresso ever, ever. Pure acid, unfortunately you couldn't drink it :(

Very fluffy base and super creamy crème fraîche - and the dried meat also tastes better than in Germany.
Roger & Arianne and their team are really into it. BRAVO!!!!
P.S.: don't forget to take a bag of flour home with you (2.5 kg or 5 kg)...much better than the fumigated flour from the supermarket :-)

16/09/2024: We are always satisfied. We are happy to accommodate our guests here. And they are thrilled too. The rooms are bright and you can sleep well. The breakfast is sufficient, the coffee is very good. We also like to eat in the restaurant. Especially on Mondays, as most restaurants are closed. Thank you very much, we will continue to be loyal to you.
07/09/2024: Anyone who loves nature is in good hands at the Hotel le Cleebourg.
Very nice modern rooms (with air conditioning). Free parking. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is recommended (everything was very tasty)

20/05/2024: Having bought 2 boxes of chocolates already made in January 2024, I realized a few days later that by purchasing it the date had already passed. I wrote to customer service 4 times, no response.
Not seriously, for the sake of fame I expected something else!
And the quality wasn't necessarily either.

Après un accueil pourtant charmant nous avons été très déçus
Carte minimaliste avec essentiellement du poisson
2 personnes sur 4 souhaitaient le menu à 98 euros ! Refus catégorique…c est pour les 4 ou pas !
Choix limité au niveau des plats à la carte …
Aucun produit « noble » à part le foie gras qui lui était excellent
Pour le reste , aucune surprise…c était bon sans plus
Décevant pour un étoilé !
08/07/2024: We discovered this hotel through a wonderbox that was offered to us and stayed there for a weekend. The staff is very friendly, smiling and welcoming. The restaurant is very pleasant and the wellness area (sauna hammam and hydromassage bed) is just appreciated after a good day of walking. The restaurant is well worth its star and with two dinners, they were able to adapt and serve us different dishes in order to vary the pleasures! the wine list honors the Alsace wine route. Breakfast is amazing with crepes or scrambled eggs made to order. I highly recommend this establishment for its calm, romantic and relaxing character in addition to being well located close to the main roads and the wine route.

D'une insolence rarement égalée dans le commerce de bouche.
Avons trouvé facilement de quoi les remplacer.
14/06/2024: Nous venons juste de rentrer du restaurant.
C'était un vrai délice pour les papilles.
Ça fait longtemps qu'on n'y avait plus été en raison du covid. C'était pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. La cuisine est excellente.
Félicitations au chef et le personnel très agréable.
C'est certain nous y retournerons.
