24/05/2026: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is accessible and clean. However, they sold us a so-called "butcher's cut" for €27.90, supposedly weighing 250 grams. That must include a plate and cutlery... if there were 150 grams of meat, that's a lot. Very expensive for something that's mass-produced.

17/05/2026: We had to wait 15 minutes because it was so crowded. But it was worth the wait. The food was excellent.

30/04/2026: I'm forced to give one star because zero isn't an option. We arrived at noon and were among the first three tables. We had to ask several times for our order to be taken while the waitress was busy with all the tables that arrived after us. At 1 p.m., we finally left without having eaten. I don't recommend this establishment unless you have time to waste. A serious lack of professionalism.

The welcome is warm and the service is top-notch. For me, it's clearly the best Italian restaurant in the area. A must-try!

14/05/2026: Our order took forever to arrive... A Royal Deluxe and a cold cheeseburger. An employee in a shirt, who I assumed was a manager, brought our order but then took it back because we weren't happy to pay for cold food served at the table. He went to reheat them... instead of giving us more. He forgot about them and didn't bring them back... so we had to go ask for them again at the counter... everyone had finished eating when my husband was just starting on his burgers... very disappointing

13/05/2026: My daughter was eating her fries, and what do we find at the bottom of the container? A lid from a cream sauce stuck to the bottom. I went to a member of staff and asked if they cleaned the dishes, showing them the bottom and telling them it was a bit of a hygiene issue. She looked at me and said, "There's nothing I can do, it's the dishwasher, it happens."

12/04/2026: The rooms, the restaurant, the spa, and especially all the staff—from reception to the restaurant and the spa—were absolutely perfect! I have rarely seen such attentive staff. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

12/04/2026: A truly beautiful place; if you're traveling in Alsace and want to relax after a hike up Mont Saint Odile, this is perfect. Sauna and spa enthusiasts will find everything they need. The brunch is also excellent.

16/05/2026: An excellent choice if you have the budget. The prices may seem high at first glance, but everything becomes clear after the first bite. I personally opted for the chicken tagine, and it was a fantastic discovery. An absolutely delicious sweet and savory combination, and very generous portions. High-quality dishes in generous quantities. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the waitresses are very pleasant thanks to their gentle service (you'll understand why). I highly recommend it.

09/05/2026: Bland and utterly lacking in flavor for a so-called royal couscous at €35 per person! On a Saturday night... the place was empty. Far too expensive for what was served. No side dishes with the couscous. No generosity whatsoever. The service was soulless, provided by people who barely spoke.

03/05/2026: After-work spa day with the girls. Special mention to the hostess at Kaly's Bar, who was smiling and very attentive despite the presence of a group.

03/05/2026: Spa Le 1767 – Saturday, May 2nd, €99 for a huge disappointment Visited Saturday, May 2nd. €99 for the spa + meal package: disastrous value for money. The spa: The outdoor pool on the ground floor is tiny, no bigger than a private pool. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop, but it's the only one upstairs and it only holds 8 people. No privacy whatsoever; you're practically on top of each other. For a 4-star hotel, this is very inadequate. The service: 6 pm, I wanted to have a drink at the bar. No one was there. I was sent upstairs: "On break, wait 20 minutes." I waited almost an hour for a drink. Unacceptable. The meal: I asked for rosé, and they brought me red without any apology. The "meal" platter? Raw vegetables + 3 pieces of charcuterie. Not as good as a pop-up bar where it's not even their specialty. Mass-produced desserts. No wonder there's always room... We were so disappointed that we left at 9:20 pm even though it was open until 11 pm. For that price, head to Ribeauvillé and go to a proper restaurant afterward. Or wait for a slot at Spa Chez Julien. I absolutely do not recommend it.

17/02/2026: We had a wonderful time there on Sunday, February 15th. The welcome was very friendly and, above all, the meal was excellent...pork cheeks with mirabelle plums for him and salmon and spinach ravioli for her. We highly recommend this place. We will gladly return.

20/01/2026: "A truly excellent culinary discovery! We enjoyed the vegetarian ravioli and the homemade späetzle gratin with green salad, as well as the mushrooms, bacon, and Gruyère cream sauce. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Sylvie, the owner, gave us a warm and attentive welcome. The cuisine, prepared by the chef (who is also the owner), is of remarkable quality and exquisitely refined. A place to recommend without hesitation for a truly successful gastronomic experience!"

11/05/2026: Nice to make for someone who doesn't bake chocolate cakes; pleasantly surprised to have learned how to make little treats to enjoy with coffee, or small sweets.

08/05/2026: I didn't like the buffet. There's a very limited time slot for snacks, and you have to eat quickly, otherwise the buffet is removed at a specific time. The hot drinks were cold, and the place wasn't very clean. The room wasn't pleasant, and the experience was disappointing. Very disappointed.
