21/09/2024: On y était en premier service , (heureusement, à notre sortie il y avait une queue d une trentaine de personnes) invité par des amis, tarte flambée correcte... Je suis sur la ligne des avis négatifs concernant le système absolut,de la direction très hautaine du lieu, de 2 services dans la soirée. On y allait plus ,pour cause l entassement des convives, ce lieu est incompatible avec l envie de passer une soirée relax. Cela n a pas varié depuis plus d' une décennie. On a constaté les nouveaux prix Champs Elyséens notamment des boissons. Pas recommandable.

05/07/2025: A fan from the very beginning, always well received until now, my wife had the unpleasant surprise during her visit today of no longer being taken care of by a salesperson, nor even being offered a small coffee... Times are for authorization and economy.

15/06/2025: A store that leaves its entire space lit in the evenings and on Sundays. It's just one element, but it's increasingly encouraging me to abandon this once-loved brand, which seems to have no ethics or respect for its ecological commitments.

10/07/2025: I was a little hungry, so I ordered through the drive-thru because apparently the registers were already closed. After a long line, I placed my order. A double cheese sandwich, a potato wedge, and a McDonald's toastie. What a surprise when I got home to find that instead of my double cheese sandwich, they served me a Chicken McNugget. Even though I didn't eat the nuggets. So, I can't return the order because the restaurant is closed. What a waste, I wish I had ordered from another restaurant.

07/07/2025: This McDonald's is a disaster. The drive-thru wait time is mind-boggling. The word "fast" is in the French word "fast." The three times I've been to this McDonald's, I've always waited over 30 minutes, and it wasn't necessarily crowded. The first time, they forgot my sandwich; the second time, they hadn't properly sealed the drink lids, so everything spilled into the bag. When I got out of my car, everything fell to the ground, and nothing could be saved. The last time, which was tonight, for a meal, I waited exactly 44 minutes. When I got home, everything was cold (I live 5 minutes from McDonald's). The drink lid wasn't properly sealed, so there was a little drink on my potatoes, which, incidentally, were halfway mixed with fries. Paying 10.30 euros for such service is very frustrating. It's a shame for this McDonald's image. In the end, I won't go back.

11/01/2025: I wasn't expecting anything and I'm still disappointed, I just gave my whole family a case of gastro, hair in my kebab, dust in the plate where the fries are placed and also soaked in oil, horrible! Go your way 🤢🤢🤢

20/12/2024: Cuisine can only be judged by breakfast. Disappointed with how little is offered for a 4 star. Others do much better in terms of choice Then disappointed to have been fired like trash. A person in a weak situation noted by the team following the wheelchair that we had, access to the room was blocked without considering the risks that this could cause for this person left alone in the room. . Take possession of the room at 3 p.m. with obligation to vacate it before 12 p.m. In other words, we actually pay for 3 days of room but only stay there for two days. 3 days as paid would have given arrival at 3 p.m. departure at 3 p.m. not before 12 p.m. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Otherwise overall a good stay. Additional service: sauna hammam swimming pool. Perfect !!!

01/10/2024: Feels more like a Grand Café. A large round table in the corner where patrons drink and chat loudly. Furthermore, a fairly business atmosphere (there is nothing wrong with that) and a menu with not too much choice. Dishes are not seasoned enough for my taste, with the exception of a more than excellent fish soup. Fine for a quick bite to eat, but don't expect haute cuisine

29/09/2024: Wissembourg is a very nice town with many opportunities. In “Du Saumon” you can eat regional food and it is very tasty 😋. The beer garden is also nice but it was too cool for that today. But the interior is also cozy.

15/07/2024: I really like fresh and delicious pastries! The service is great and fast, I just find that there is a little lack of organization in certain cases 😅 but that’s understandable 🥰

29/06/2024: Real scam supposedly at 7 p.m. -50% there wasn't much at -50, just a few things, everything was at normal price, don't move, it's really not worth it.

12/08/2024: I booked at Mekane for my mother's birthday to mark the occasion and it was a success! The food was very good, the service very pleasant and the exchanges with the owner of the place were fluid. I have already participated as a guest in several events at Mekane and each time the results were great. The room is very beautiful and is sufficient in itself for decoration. We were provided with some decoration material, the owner and his family are very helpful and kind! Thanks again for everything ☺️

10/09/2024: Just the food itself wasn't very good. There was a smell of meat which was not pleasant, so I didn't like it. Even though I was very hungry, I left some food.

02/12/2025: This Tuesday evening, fleeing the kitchen after a long day, we found refuge at La Calabria, and mamma mia… what bliss! My lasagna, melting in your mouth like a sunset on the Italian coast, was accompanied by a fresh salad that seemed to say, “Welcome, make yourself at home.” As for my two boys, they each chose a pizza… and gave them 9/10, because 10/10 “would be too much of a fanboy,” they said! Suffice it to say, they were divine. The short wait, just the right amount of time, almost made us feel like we were in a southern village, where you savor the moment even before the first bite. And what can I say about the lady who served us? A real gem! Smiling, gentle, a bit like an Italian aunt who makes sure no one leaves without a full stomach and a happy heart. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu's wonderful offerings that are already making our mouths water just reading about them. Thank you so much to the whole team! 31/08/2024: I have just been disappointed or even disgusted with the commercial behavior of the super u Molsheim at reception, I had done big shopping for more than €280 and when I got home I realized that I was missing an item but that it was good on my receipt about €12, I had to leave it at the checkout as it was a small item, I went to reception twice with my receipt to collect my item, after my first visit they had to do research but no news after 2 days I returned and was told that the security guard saw that I had put the item in the shopping cart after several checks in the car trunk...I didn't nothing and I'm sure I didn't put it in a shopping bag

05/09/2024: Discovered randomly, while we were looking for a bar to have a drink. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the setting and the beers. I was able to taste draft beer from the Intenables brewery. The flame was good too. Special mention to the service, smiling people, very welcoming and warm.

18/12/2024: The food is of very good quality and is plentiful.

16/12/2024: We won't come back again. We were very poorly received, we had the impression of being a nuisance. After an hour of waiting for our order, we asked if the waitress knew if we had to wait much longer. 5 minutes later the owner almost threw the plates in front of us and reproached us loud and clear. We tried to justify to ourselves that it was a simple question, but she cut us off. Haughty and she spoke to us without looking at us. If we hadn't been so hungry, we would have left. The only consolation is that the dishes were good.

20/09/2024: I just got attacked by the reception because I was looking for a trash can to throw away a tissue and the receptionist took exception to me and said that it was forbidden even though I am a guest of the hotel. Then he followed me everywhere. Dangerous behavior.

18/09/2024: I recently had an excellent stay at Ciarus Youth Hostel in Strasbourg, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. A special shoutout to Deborah, who went above and beyond when I accidentally left my wallet in the locker. She arranged for it to be delivered back to me in Hong Kong promptly and efficiently. I was so relieved and grateful for her help! The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The counter staff were incredibly friendly, providing me with helpful directions to various sites, including the European Court of Human Rights. Their local knowledge made my visit so much easier and more enjoyable. The hostel itself is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to get around. The beds and overall environment were impeccably clean, which is always a plus for a solo traveler like myself. I wholeheartedly recommend Ciarus for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Strasbourg. Thank you once again for sending back my wallet!

24/07/2024: Good service and good quality/price ratio. Recommended is the pork knuckle, flame art and cordon bleu. About €20-22 per menu
