02/06/2026: A lovely room with a view of the vineyards. Excellent dinner featuring authentic Alsatian specialties. A fine selection of wines, including those from the family. An excellent stopover or base for a longer stay.

Very good value for money. A place I would gladly return to.
A superb view of the valley from the terrace.

06/07/2026: Hoping to please my father, who had long wished to try this restaurant, we were unfortunately disappointed by the overall experience.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the service lacked precision and could be improved. As for the food, its quality didn't seem to live up to the setting and the establishment's reputation.
It's a shame, because we had high expectations for this visit.

The portions were generous, with beautiful cuts of meat that were perfectly sauced and served with a generous amount of fries. The desserts were also very generous. The prices are high, especially for the desserts, but they are justified by the quality and quantity of the food. We will be back.

03/05/2026: I love this place! I've been four times already. Every time I go to Strasbourg, I eat here. It's very peaceful and not touristy. The food is typical of Alsace. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had, and the desserts are delicious.

25-minute wait before our order was even taken.
60-minute wait before we could eat two (fairly good) flammekueche.
Table not cleaned between customers. Waitress walking back and forth... with empty hands.
Side salad: processed ingredients and pre-made dressing. Avoid at all costs!
14/05/2026: Pleasant setting and atmosphere, and good quality cuisine. Everything is done calmly and at a leisurely pace.

The crusts were very hard and the toppings lacked flavor. Overall, we found the pizzas quite bland.
We honestly expected much better.
05/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Casa Père et Fils. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious; we ate incredibly well!
The setting is beautiful, with a lovely, well-appointed terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny days. To top it all off, the service was absolutely impeccable: the team was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

There were six of us, each ordering according to our tastes and preferences, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Alsatian specialties, served in generous portions. And what can I say about the atmosphere and the staff? They were so pleasant. In short, go without hesitation… We'll definitely be back.
25/05/2026: The dish was cold, the cooking time was off, and the fish was definitely overcooked... Not to mention the exorbitant price.
I do not recommend it.

01/07/2026: I come every week, but it's still the worst McDonald's I know.
I love it, the burgers are always fresh, they're just made, and the kids' area is great. However, the wait is incredibly long, the staff is nonchalant and not very polite, and they don't seem to be in any hurry despite the queue at the counter.
