26/03/2026: This restaurant is clearly underrated; the dishes are very refined and mostly homemade. Furthermore, the value for money is excellent. This restaurant definitely deserves a major marketing and advertising campaign.

20/05/2026: I had the set menu (starter and main course) for €12.90. The atmosphere was pleasant, the starter wasn't amazing, but the main course was absolutely delicious and generously portioned. I recommend it for a quick stop!

29/05/2026: A lovely restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, most of whom also speak German. The tarte flambée was delicious and we felt very comfortable.

05/07/2026: We tried several all-you-can-eat buffets, and this was undoubtedly the WORST. The food quality was mediocre, the steamed buns were dry, and the food was dirty. However, we were pleased with the selection, which was a welcome change from some Asian buffets. Was it a children's play area? I'll share a photo that will speak for itself. The only thing you can't fault them for is the decor and the fact that the wok and grilled food is served at the table using tongs. Disappointed, we won't be back. I can't add the photo, but it's a 5m² empty room with dirty walls.

28/06/2026: Always recommend fresh products. The only downside is the noise level, but given how busy it is, that's the same in other all-you-can-eat restaurants. The waitress was very friendly. As for the food, there's something for everyone; it's even hard to choose.

18/07/2026: We had a fantastic evening at the Lounge. Delicious tapas, excellent cocktails, and super friendly service. Everything you need for a great night out in Molsheim!

14/06/2026: Ordered 3 espressos and 3 donuts on a Sunday morning at 10:15. Three people behind the counter were too busy throwing away boxes to come to the counter to take my order. Then it took 15-20 minutes to be served, even though the restaurant was almost empty. No apology. Everything was normal.

05/05/2026: Good value for money, the waiter is friendly! There isn't a huge selection on the menu, mostly pork dishes! Since my husband doesn't eat pork, that's a shame, and I don't think the seating is very comfortable; the furniture is old and should be replaced to make it more comfortable. We were also cold while eating! The dishes are very well presented, homemade, and very good; we'll definitely go back! 😉👍

01/06/2026: The food is really delicious, but for breakfast there were only two options: the dish in the photo or a few slices of bread with jam. I would recommend going there for lunch, as there's a wider selection then. I can definitely recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice, though – it's really juicy and delicious!

15/05/2026: Brassens didn't compose "L'Auvergnat" in this establishment... Looking for a place to warm up and have a coffee after a storm I'd cycled through, I wasn't exactly welcome inside. I was told the place hasn't been a brasserie for 15 years... otherwise, it's just an open invitation to people who just want... a coffee! I was simply asking to warm up, to find a cozy corner for five minutes, and have a comforting drink. Just basic hospitality. I sincerely hope my experience will make you reflect in the future on the pleasure of providing a service.

16/01/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Nothalten. Waegell offers generous and flavorful traditional Alsatian cuisine, prepared with high-quality ingredients. The dishes are hearty, authentic, and true to the recipes of our region. I particularly recommend the platter of potato pancakes with smoked salmon and salad. The setting is warm and typical, with an authentic atmosphere that gives the place its charm. The welcome is friendly and the service attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. 28/05/2026: Bland and utterly lacking in flavor for a so-called royal couscous at €35 per person! On a Saturday night... the place was empty. Far too expensive for what was served. No side dishes with the couscous. No generosity whatsoever. The service was soulless, provided by people who barely spoke.

28/05/2026: This restaurant is very well located in Sélestat with a large, shaded terrace. It offers many traditional Alsatian dishes as well as a wide selection of meats. Beef hanger steaks and rib-eye steaks are available in XXL sizes if you wish. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The prices are more than reasonable. Be sure to book ahead as the terrace fills up quickly.
