11/12/2025: Worst McDonald's in Strasbourg. The staff are incredibly unfriendly and always annoyed as soon as you ask for anything. The fries are always cold and consistently worse than at other nearby McDonald's. When you simply ask them not to put something in your burger, they put it in anyway, and if you tell them, they don't care, you just get turned away. And on top of all that, it's always dirty.

10/12/2025: Shocked!!! I ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, the box was empty, 10 bland pieces of potato – I've never experienced that before! I paid for a Coke with extra tax, and I received watered-down Coke! Considering the price, you're better off going to the corner store!

18/12/2024: Received with a smile. The waitress honestly let us choose our place. We enjoyed the dish of the day. Fresh and in quantity. Without much culinary pretension but frankly good! Nice place in summer but nice in winter. When visiting “little France”, honestly think about it.

16/12/2024: Very good, cozy little restaurant with good food. Very warm welcome from the waitress with good advice on places to visit. I highly recommend it 👍

08/12/2024: The service is terrible. People are slow, mean and evil. We were the only ones in the establishment and they took 45 minutes to give us an average pizza. It was cold when we got it. Terrible service.

08/12/2024: I changed my mind. It's been two months since everything was fine but recently it's been a disaster. Two orders and both with a problem. The delivery man did not come, he made an attempt to call and I underline the word "attempt". I called back straight away, no one was at the door and then I received confirmation directly that it had been delivered and the “gentleman” could not be reached. Afterwards he said he was in front of my door even though I can see directly if anyone is there. Anything !

29/09/2024: If you pass the almost impassable test of the front door, the icy atmosphere will take over to make you listen to reason: to satisfy your hunger you are on the wrong path! Unpleasant welcome, misunderstood order, food thrown on the ground, missing products, nothing stops these standard doors of mediocrity. Their motto: always less good, always less effort. The only merit of this establishment is that it will whet your appetite at a lower cost! A sign to visit for any future franchisee who will see it as the perfect example of the worst ways of running a restaurant. Something bad is good...

11/07/2025: We thought we were buying dessert, but instead we received a lesson in contempt. The "owner" clearly preferred to watch over his precious Audi R8 rather than respect customers who were, in fact, properly parked. Apparently, our car wasn't of the necessary standing to park so close to his ego. The result: we turned tail. In Obernai, at least, shopkeepers still know how to greet people politely, no matter what car you drive. Thank you for this reminder: true luxury is respect. — Claire B.

25/05/2025: For cycle tourists, this is the perfect place to stop after the Champ du Feu. The manager is lovely and the pastries are delicious—we couldn't have found a better place to recharge our batteries before continuing our journey! Thank you!

16/12/2024: In such a beautiful city you don't expect to find a miserable airport.

16/12/2024: It's small, there are 2 Cafés, 1 in the entrance hall and another very small one on the 1st floor of the waiting room

17/05/2025: A great concept for a small restaurant inside the chocolate shop. The focus is on the dessert section with a small buffet. The main course selection is very limited (three Dampfnudel dishes and one daily special). The location is unique; there's even a former dining car for events with more than 20 people.

23/06/2025: The service seemed adequate to me, but the menu has shrunk considerably. And it must be said, the sangria is really not great! It's almost shameful to sell it under the name sangria. As for the food, I don't know.

06/12/2025: The worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We're still waiting for our food after 30 minutes, and they still bring it all wrong. We keep waiting, and then they make us fill out another receipt for €0 because they brought it wrong and we had to reorder. Unbelievably bad. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

26/11/2025: The system for reusing cutlery and plates is interesting. They hardly throw away any cardboard. Everything is washed and reused. They should export this system to other countries.

27/09/2024: Great discovery in Petite France, the menu is simple with quality products The nice surprise was to have a beautiful Hélène pear served with excellent hot chocolate on the side, I appreciated it is rare. Nice view of the square

21/08/2024: Truly the worst flunch in France and I weigh my words paying 22€ to eat rice as raw as when you take it off the shelf. The tasteless puree, not to mention the children's chairs with lots of leftover food. No carafe of water. But the worst part remains the hygiene of the cutlery and the floor. Too little choice and what little there is is honestly almost inedible. We really should bring this up higher because it's clearly a complete mess

12/01/2025: I reserved a table for dinner today, Saturday January 11th. I received confirmation by email. I show up at the restaurant at the indicated time (8:15 p.m.) and it is closed. They could have warned. We had dinner in the restaurant across the street (Chez Yvonne) fantastically good. I'm glad for the mistake

03/01/2025: To flee! Very unpleasant and uncomfortable reception. The prices of the aperitifs are outrageous, €18 for a kir. The waiter watched us the whole time as no one else was in the restaurant. No cheese present in the cordon bleu and no breading on it and 2 mushrooms in the mushroom sauce. A munster shank without munster, a kidney soup. Frozen meals. We hear the sound of the microwave running. The disgusting toilets make it impossible to relieve oneself. Some people came in and settled in and then left having received the card at an exorbitant price and we understand why!
