07/02/2026: Everything was perfect, I think we ate the best tarte flambée in Alsace!!! Hot and with no long wait between each one. The staff was very friendly. We will be back.

01/02/2026: A regular customer despite often long wait times. The pizzas are good, no complaints there. However, today they refused delivery to my village, even though they've delivered to me several times before. The response: "We've never delivered to that village." Between the lack of consistency and the way they address customers, there are clearly things to improve. Some competition would be a good thing.

19/12/2025: The pizza was very good, sometimes there was a bit of a wait (that's life), and the person at the counter was very friendly. It's always fun to see the pizza makers doing live streams at the same time. And the pizzeria is remarkably decorated according to the seasons ;) And the Hawaiian pizza (don't judge me) is very good.

08/01/2026: Avoid at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed that I ordered from them. I waited over an hour, and this is the first and last time. I ordered two dishes. I was supposed to receive two chicken mafé with one free for the same price I paid. What I received from them wasn't even what I ordered. I received a bowl that was a measly tiny portion of sour salad that looked highly questionable, with hairs on top, and the meat was incredibly dry and very salty, in a small quantity, with onions cut into large, uncooked slices! The aloco were dry and tasteless, swimming in oil, not to mention the number of bones in the bowl… I had to give it to my dog! This is absolutely not Uber Eats' fault, I really want to make that clear, because the delivery driver only takes what's given to him. The Uber Eats driver, once again, has absolutely nothing to do with it and was simply doing his job. I called to explain that it wasn't my order and that I wanted them to find a solution, even if it meant sending me back my own food. They practically insulted me and told me to "deal with Uber Eats." They didn't even apologize and hung up on me. I tried calling again, and they told me to stop calling. I then suggested I come back another day so my food would be ready to go, and they told me, "No, we won't remake it at all, it won't be possible." They yelled at me and hung up on me again. Honestly, in the future, think about speaking properly to your customers and stop ripping them off! Your behavior is on par with your food and your management of the restaurant. I don't intend to let this go, and know this: you will continue to lose customers because customers are supposed to be satisfied, not disappointed, with the service, your food, and your complete lack of understanding. Never again, and I'd especially like to see your restaurant's hygiene standards because I'm afraid it's as greasy and dirty as your kitchen. Never order from them and run away!

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner, after a two-hour wait, only an aperitif was served. Water was requested several times, and the service was excruciatingly slow. Avoid.

31/12/2025: We had lunch at this establishment during our visit to Strasbourg. A real treat and the service was excellent.

09/01/2026: A wonderful discovery. The establishment exudes authenticity, as evidenced by its excellent flambéed dishes. However, the service could be improved: some drinks were forgotten, the knife wasn't quite right for cutting the flambéed apples, there were no water glasses, etc. Nevertheless, I think every lover of Alsatian cuisine will find something to enjoy despite these minor shortcomings. Special mention goes to the Grand Marnier flambéed apple tart, which was truly magnificent. I would gladly return and would highly recommend this establishment.

01/01/2026: Called in for coffee and cakes. Service was quick and the coffee hot. There wasn't a huge selection of cakes but those we had were good. The place was very busy with lots of people eating, although mainly tourists.

11/01/2026: We went to the restaurant today and the waitress was incredibly rude; we felt like we were bothering her. However, the burger was cold, which was a shame. I asked the waitress if she could warm it up, and she just rolled her eyes! Absolutely no manners. It's a pity.
