03/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Charaban restaurant. The welcome was very friendly and warm from the moment we arrived. The meal was excellent, with very good pizzas and flammekueche, generous and flavorful. Special mention also goes to the dessert: the lemon tart was delicious and the perfect ending to the meal. A lovely place where you feel comfortable, with quality cuisine and pleasant service. We will gladly return.

26/02/2026: Disappointed and frustrated, as regular customers of this restaurant, we're used to waiting a long time for pizzas, even when ordering by phone. When I called, I asked if the pizzas are made once you've confirmed your arrival, given how long the wait is. On the phone, they assured me they weren't and that the pizzas would be ready at 6:50 PM. It's 7:13 PM and I'm still waiting. Why lie? It's unfortunate and stupid! The pizzas themselves are still very good!!!

28/05/2026: 100% recommended! We ordered udon ramen (vegetarian), with extra gyoza. The soup was tasty, beautifully served (didn’t remember to make pics cause we were too hungry!). Delicious! Service was great, the guy was very friendly and helpful with our lack of French.

10/05/2026: Hello, After having avoided this restaurant since 2024, I returned today, May 10, 2026. Excellent welcome, the restaurant was cleaned, the current head waiter was very professional. It's nice to see that this establishment has made the effort to respect its customers by serving a decent meal in good conditions. Thank you. See you soon. Hello - It's been getting worse and worse for the last 5 years. Today was the last straw: the restaurant hadn't been cleaned, and used napkins were lying under the tables. There was no welcome. The young woman present had an unpleasant, mocking attitude and no self-control. The young man said, "I'm just a waiter?" Flammekueche with practically raw onions. The foie gras was deconstructed, grainy, and a very small portion for €23.50—that's a first. It's highway robbery. The other restaurants in the group, notably the Biblenhoff and the Tankstell, respect their customers by serving them professionally with decent portions and a stable, friendly staff. At the Auberge du Ried, the staff changes very frequently; what's the problem? I sincerely hope that the customers who booked the holiday menus won't regret their choice. 04/05/2026: Small, neat Italian restaurant. Had a delicious pizza (pizza with shrimp). Afterwards, dessert (Coupe Charlie Chaplin). The dessert was excellent. Cookie-flavored ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and (almond) nuts.

20/04/2026: The food was okay, but the ambiance for an Italian restaurant was rather sparse and uninviting. The waitress's unfriendly manner was abysmal; she seemed both annoyed and listless. Friendly service should be the bare minimum and has nothing to do with expertise, but judging by the comments here, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident… Serves them right if they don't leave a tip…

22/02/2026: What a disgraceful experience tonight. The person who served me (a man) was extremely unpleasant and rude from beginning to end. He touched a cleaning product right before preparing my sandwich, without any precautions whatsoever, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. When I pointed this out to him, he became arrogant and told me he'd rather serve another customer. This behavior was unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. As for the sandwich, it was practically empty, with barely any ingredients. Paying for that is a disgrace. Between the lack of hygiene, the rudeness, and the poor quality, my visit to Subway tonight was a disaster. I will never set foot in there again.

05/05/2026: We always enjoy going there to eat; the food is good and the service is excellent. There's a lovely outdoor terrace, the place is well-maintained, and the restrooms are clean. You can go there without any worries. As for prices, it's a touristy spot, so they reflect that, but they're still reasonable.

04/05/2026: Reservation for 9 pm I went there for dinner one evening and arrived a little late. A table was reserved in a nice little corner. The decor is typically Alsatian, and the waiter was friendly. I ordered a flammekueche with Munster cheese, which was delicious and a generous portion. Good establishment; the interior decor is typically Alsatian.

26/04/2026: Despite what some might say, this is the best taco I've ever had. I've been a customer and a fan of this restaurant for a few years now, so much so that even after moving further away, I remain loyal and make the trip to see it. The welcome is always warm, I've had some great times there, and I've had some good chats with our very own Sam. I highly recommend it; the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful!
