10/08/2024: Visite un samedi soir d'été en terrasse, suite aux conseils d'une amie qui apprécie le restaurant pour son rapport qualité/prix. Beaucoup de monde donc un temps d'attente relativement long (plus d'1h entre notre installation à table et l'arrivée des plats), mais c'était logique au vu du monde. Malheureusement le serveur s'était trompé dans la commande et nous avons donc reçu le mauvais plat. Il s'est excusé et a corrigé son erreur. De plus, nous avons dû demander de l'eau à 3 reprises, ce n'est pas dramatique, mais en plus de l'attente et de l'erreur de commande ça fait beaucoup... Pas geste commercial proposé, alors que l'autre serveuse en a proposé à la table d'à côté. Dommage car les plats sont pas mal. Peut être mieux en semaine quand il y a moins de monde ?

29/12/2023: En visite à selestat pour 5 jours et arrivé le 24 décembre, nous avons pris nos petit déjeuner tous les jours à emporter Les croissants , pains au chocolat et baguettes sont délicieux . Le seul bémol c est la sympathie et l amabilité. Un sourire ne coûte rien. c est pourquoi j ai retiré une étoile

27/12/2023: La qualité des produits achetés n'était pas suffisante afin de pouvoir supporter l'absence d'amabilité et de politesse de la vendeuse. J'ai toujours été mal accueilli mais j'avais au moins du plaisir gustatif.

19/08/2024: On a Sunday evening, the welcome and the service are not very warm, you immediately feel that you are being disturbed. Few customers seated, yet the wait is long whether to order or receive the dishes, which are ultimately not great. Lots of things to review in this restaurant!

10/08/2024: We politely asked if they had a table for two and they said that they were full with 3 tables free . 3 minutes after they let a couple in who looked a bit older... Not so smart as we were still on the same corner...

17/08/2024: Non lasciatevi ingannare dai locali tipici nel graticcio sono una fregatura per turisti. Andate qui, a lavorare c’è solo marito e moglie , solo 6 tavoli, il saper fare della cucina semplice ma di gran valore. Ha il suo costo ma ne vale ogni euro. Provare per credere

21/09/2024: My boyfriend and I went here for dinner for the first time this evening. The food was really delicious, the prices were quite reasonable and the service was super friendly and funny. The next time we're here again from Germany, we'll definitely come by.

I order two pizzas and a box of mozza sticks for delivery, the delivery man arrives I give him a €50 note he tells me I have no change on me and no card machine, so I tell him I'm sorry I don't know how to do it so he calls the boss and the boss offers to come back with cash but to let the delivery person go again with the ticket so it's normal that I refuse especially these days really a shame no management we don't send a delivery man without money especially when on the site we are asked how we proceed with the payment and that we specify in cash, and once I tell the boss that I refuse and I send back his delivery man with the pizzas the only thing he knew how to do was hang up on me without respect for any commercial know-how

05/09/2024: I had a great time in this restaurant and hotel. The cuisine is a real discovery, the dishes are as beautiful as they are good. The servers, with their good humor, helped to create a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!

04/09/2024: We stopped at the terrace of this restaurant to have a drink and were greeted with a genuine smile. We could return there during a future trip to discover the regional gastronomy of this establishment. Worth a stop

28/08/2024: We went to eat last night in this very nice restaurant! The service is impeccable and the food is very good. The plates are very generous. The only downside would be the choice of music, which consists of 5 or 6 songs that play in a loop. We will return there for sure!

29/08/2024: I am a very big fan of their hamburgers but this is the 3rd time I have ordered and my steak is not cooked even though I asked for it to be cooked to medium-rare plus the hamburgers arrive frozen due to the fact that it is middle of the cans cold and dripping with their condensation I noticed for some time that the quality of the products was no longer there disappointed I will no longer repeat the experience

20/08/2024: Excellent dishes and desserts, especially the miso soup which is found on all of the restaurant's menus.

27/08/2024: A super nice restaurant, with an unusual atmosphere. The music is not too loud which is nice since you can hear yourself talking while enjoying a unique mood, between music and lighting. In terms of food, everything is very good, special mention to the poultry roll with grison! The cocktails are also very good. Afterwards you have to plan a budget if you want to have fun. The servers are nice but there were a lot of oversights that we had to restart (afterwards we forgive you given the rush 😁) I will come back with pleasure!

25/08/2024: To flee. Rib of beef for 93 euros (on the menu it says "47€ and in a small "p.p"... invisible especially with the lights of the restaurant! We would never have had it if it was visible! 93€ a rib of beef for 2 ???? But where are we going?) ... to have only fat on one of the two plates? 0 gesture from the waiter when I had two small edible pieces and in view of the plate which left It was obvious. Drinks received half an hour later, one every 5 minutes. "A surprise awaits you" on one of the desserts... 0 surprise.. Lipstick on the glass.. In short. Apologizing at the end but that's nothing compared to the scam that happened.
