We ate very well, the food is really excellent and the service is top notch.

06/09/2024: Restaurant typique d’Alsace, avec du choix pour tous les portefeuilles et une cuisine extraordinaire qui peut se mesurer avec des étoilés. Du plat du jour à €14,- jusqu’au suggestions à €35,- il y en a pour tous les goûts. Je conseille le menu découverte à 3 plats pour €39,- qui fait plaisir de l’entrée au dessert et qui réserve des surprises inoubliables (je n’ai jamais mangé de la glace au poireau, du suprême de poulet ou un vacherin aussi délicieux !). Très belle découverte à Sélestat!
06/07/2024: We stopped there on the recommendation of the backpacker,
We were disappointed, we found a hair in our dish, they replaced it without really apologizing or any commercial gesture.
The choice is very limited and really expensive compared to the quantity on the plate.
So I don't recommend this restaurant at all.

10/08/2024: Visite un samedi soir d'été en terrasse, suite aux conseils d'une amie qui apprécie le restaurant pour son rapport qualité/prix.
Beaucoup de monde donc un temps d'attente relativement long (plus d'1h entre notre installation à table et l'arrivée des plats), mais c'était logique au vu du monde.
Malheureusement le serveur s'était trompé dans la commande et nous avons donc reçu le mauvais plat. Il s'est excusé et a corrigé son erreur.
De plus, nous avons dû demander de l'eau à 3 reprises, ce n'est pas dramatique, mais en plus de l'attente et de l'erreur de commande ça fait beaucoup...
Pas geste commercial proposé, alors que l'autre serveuse en a proposé à la table d'à côté.
Dommage car les plats sont pas mal. Peut être mieux en semaine quand il y a moins de monde ?

17/12/2024: Great I came and the master made me feel very comfortable, the spring rolls are great the salad is fresh and he even puts mint with it, I recommend ❤️
12/12/2024: Homemade spring rolls and samosas, very well garnished. The shrimp spring rolls are fresh and delicious!
I also recommend the Bo bun, it is excellent 🙂 And thank you to the waiters, the atmosphere and the service are great 👍

17/11/2024: Accueil chaleureux. Viande sur pierre parfaite. Les fleischkierlas aussi étaient très bons pour ceux qui en ont pris. Nous étions 10 et tout le monde était satisfait A recommander.
27/10/2024: Suite à un avis défavorable laissé sur the fork sans commentaire, le restaurant m’a contacté via sms le lendemain me demandant les raisons, après leur avoir répondu, je n’ai eu aucun retour et comme par surprise mon avis a été supprimé sur the fork. Ils ont comme technique d’annuler la réservation qui avait été bien honorée et payée sur the fork pour ainsi supprimer les avis qui ne leurs conviennent pas.
Concernant mon passage chez pierre et gamelle, le restaurant a largement anticipé les -50% proposé sur the fork avec une augmentation préalable des prix de la carte pour être très rentable. Ne connaissant pas et n’ayant pas était informé par rapport au concept de la pierre, quelle a était ma surprise.. de devoir cuire ma propre viande pour 34€ avec des frites non frit d’une quantité minime et pour ma compagne un plat rempli de graines de poivre rendant la sauce trop forte et donc la dégustation compliqué.
Pour le service, nous devions être 3/4 tables avec maximum 6 personnes dans la salle pour un délais d’attente beaucoup trop long.
L’ambiance ? Je la cherche toujours.

12/01/2025: I reserved a table for dinner today, Saturday January 11th. I received confirmation by email. I show up at the restaurant at the indicated time (8:15 p.m.) and it is closed. They could have warned. We had dinner in the restaurant across the street (Chez Yvonne) fantastically good. I'm glad for the mistake
03/01/2025: To flee! Very unpleasant and uncomfortable reception. The prices of the aperitifs are outrageous, €18 for a kir. The waiter watched us the whole time as no one else was in the restaurant. No cheese present in the cordon bleu and no breading on it and 2 mushrooms in the mushroom sauce. A munster shank without munster, a kidney soup. Frozen meals. We hear the sound of the microwave running. The disgusting toilets make it impossible to relieve oneself. Some people came in and settled in and then left having received the card at an exorbitant price and we understand why!

I ordered a menu and it was hard to finish because in addition to the amazing taste the portions are also very big. Fortunately I had my friends to help me with the desert.
If I come back to Strasbourg again, I'm so gonna visit it!

19/08/2024: Fresh and tasty dishes in a calm atmosphere. Pleasant service. We have lunch there regularly, an address to recommend.
We were having lunch on the terrace with friends when we witnessed the person passing on the sidewalk and on his scooter who almost ran over the waitress and took the liberty of expressing a negative opinion when he was at fault, very aggressive and rude instead of just apologizing.
08/07/2024: This restaurant (which is a restaurant in name only) employs very aggressive waiters and waitresses. In fact, I am very surprised to have been physically attacked by one of the employees of this “establishment” who took the liberty of hitting me following a different

08/09/2024: PERFECT: the welcome was extremely kind (especially thanks to Fatya), the rooms comfortable and clean, the well-equipped spa, the ideal location, the magnificent view and the succulent and varied breakfast. A very successful surprise, a big thank you!
08/09/2024: We spontaneously decided to travel to Strasbourg for two days and booked an executive room at the Hotel Pavillon Règent Petit France. Our dog was also very welcome! Our room was very nice (soundproof) and modernly furnished. A big thank you also to housekeeping!
A great hotel with valet parking! The whole hotel team is so friendly and helpful, you just have to feel comfortable! We had dinner on the terrace in the evening! So delicious, even the greeting from the kitchen was the best thing ever! For the starter we chose vitello and squid and then the veal fillet! A dream! Accompanied by a bottle of Alexe - Corton how pleasant! Fine friandise was then served with the espresso.
Next door is the bartender who serves the best cocktails! What more could you want!
Unfortunately, there is still a small drawback! You run out of bread very quickly at breakfast! You have to wait longer for it! Such a shame!! Everything was so great and then....as the saying goes, the last impression a guest takes away from the hotel is the breakfast...afterwards he leaves!
But the congierge made it up to us when he brought our car and provided us with bottles of water (also for the dog) for the journey home!
Many thanks to the entire Pavillon Règent team! We felt very welcome and comfortable!!
