17/02/2026: The location is great for getting to the Zenith in Strasbourg. However, our room had a strong smell of paint, and we had to sleep with the window open (with the temperature outside at 2 degrees Celsius). The company across from our room had an alarm that went off from 11 PM until 5 AM. It went off every 7 minutes for 5 minutes at a time. The receptionist told us they couldn't do anything or provide earplugs. So, it was impossible to sleep all night. It's shameful that we couldn't contact anyone to turn off the alarm.

17/02/2026: On February 16th, we attended the Eros concert at the Zenith. We stayed in a room at this hotel, a 10-minute walk from the venue. The welcome was very friendly, the staff very pleasant and smiling, and the room was clean. The breakfast was plentiful. I recommend it. Jpaul and Olga

29/01/2026: First time in my life I've left before the main course. Not a smile, slow service, toilets in a deplorable state, and the starter was a sauce made with grated Gruyère cheese. In short, I can't wait for a change of ownership.

02/02/2026: I went to Bowling Palace this weekend with some friends. Everything went very well. A pleasant atmosphere, good food, and a relaxing time. The staff are excellent. I recommend it.

30/01/2026: The experience could have been decent, but unfortunately, the decor really ruins the atmosphere: it's very clumsy and frankly unpleasant. At this point, it would almost be better to have nothing at all. Another important point: it was extremely cold. We spent nearly an hour shivering, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. As for the food, it was frankly mediocre: the pizzas and tarte flambée were a no-go. Not very good, and to top it all off, they gave me a stomach ache afterward. Aside from these issues, the rest was fairly acceptable, but overall, it could use some serious improvement.

When I arrived for a room, the receptionist, who is also the owner, was so drunk he didn't know what he was doing! He couldn't even stand up! And as for the food, even though I'm not picky, I can tell you it was really bad. The only positive point is the view of the castle...

20/01/2026: A vintage hotel, exceptionally clean. Comfortable, with very pleasant and attentive staff. The meal was delicious, a truly delightful surprise. Unbeatable value for money.

03/02/2026: My friends and I have been going to this restaurant for over a year and we've never been disappointed. However, yesterday we had a very bad experience. Each of the four of us ordered a different sauce, and none of them had any flavor. In fact, there was hardly any sauce at all. We each paid €9 for pasta with butter... We noticed that the staff was different than usual. We don't know if it's related, but we were very, very disappointed. We won't be going back.

23/12/2025: Ordered two pizzas (Cannibale and Di Parma) and it was a disastrous experience. First, the delivery was late. Then, the pizzas arrived completely cold, forcing me to reheat them in the microwave… unheard of! The Cannibale was ridiculous, with few ingredients, the chorizo ​​was awful, and the overall quality of the ingredients was appalling. No flavor, low-quality ingredients, frankly inedible. I strongly advise against this pizzeria. Money down the drain. My first and last order was €30 for two very low-quality pizzas.

29/08/2025: We came for lunch with the family. We were seated and asked to be moved because there was a draft, which we noticed was bothersome. The lady who was looking after us looked everywhere to find us a table as if it were crowded, even though there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant. Once we were seated, the knives were disgusting because dirty isn't enough, and the glasses were covered in fingerprints. We asked for a carafe of water, and that was another look that spoke volumes. For our meal, we specifically asked for an Alsatian salad without Gruyere cheese; it was brought to us with Gruyere cheese (thawed). The other salads had such strong seasoning that every bite felt like we were eating spicy candy. For the price we paid, I find what we had on our plates shameful. Once we were served, the same woman sat down at a table to roll a cigarette. Everyone was free, but I didn't find it great. In short, a very bad experience, a place I would never recommend.
