15/03/2026: It was our first visit.
The appetizer was presented carelessly and tasteless, and the raw vegetables seemed processed.
The cordon bleu was good.
The service was adequate, but as soon as the restaurant is full, the staff is overwhelmed.
We weren't asked if we wanted dessert, and we waited a very long time until we asked for the bill. It's a real shame.
The restaurant lacks a certain warmth and friendliness.

28/12/2025: The lady was super kind and nice, and the hotel in general was good. The room was big enough and clean, and there is a backyard where you can park your car. There were two small things we didn’t like, however:
1. Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, you may sometimes hear dogs barking during the night.
2. There was no trash bin in the toilet, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, which was a bit inconvenient.
11/12/2025: I went to lunch at the Notre Dame restaurant and ordered a Bibelesskas. I was frankly disappointed; it was just a small bowl of potatoes, two pieces of ham that were mostly fat, and two pieces of Black Forest cake. It's 5 PM and I'm already cooking because I'm so hungry.
A dish like this should be much more substantial.

04/05/2026: Everything is much more expensive (on average €3 more than elsewhere). Are we on the Champs-Élysées? No, in Haguenau, but you pay €3.20 for a can of beer, €16 for a plate, and almost €10 for all the sandwiches. Elsewhere, you get a plate for €13 and a can of beer for €2, so €15, or a kebab meal for €11. It's a shame, it used to be much better, and it was right across from Megarex.
26/04/2026: I ate a kebab, there was hardly any meat inside, very expensive for the price, and on top of that, I got stomach pains. Never go back there, they're profiteers.

24/05/2026: First time in Strasbourg, we decided to stop by this bakery. We were very warmly welcomed by the attentive saleswoman, Sauhanne, who listened carefully to our requests. The cashier was also very pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend this bakery; the pastries and viennoiseries are excellent! We'll be back.
17/05/2026: The food was delicious. The service was very unfriendly. We would go back again just for the food, though.

19/02/2026: Pastry chef, chocolatier, and caterer: a true delight for the palate and a great place for those with a sweet tooth, offering fine and original pastries to enjoy in the tea room or to take away, homemade artisanal ice cream, and even some savory items in the deli section for lunch... Prices are higher than elsewhere, but the quality justifies them...

Very pleasant welcome
The saleswomen are very friendly
The tea room is very clean
And well decorated
Nothing to complain about
The meal was very good, the pie was very fresh
And very tasty

22/05/2026: Upon arrival, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned... Immediate room change! No discount, not even a gesture of goodwill, no complimentary drinks or aperitif! We ordered at the bar, waited patiently because no one was there, and even had to clear our own table while they found a waitress... Furthermore, we had booked two rooms but only one was upgraded, which was nice, but not mine. Two upgrades would have been better than none at all...
19/04/2026: Visited hotel with a tourist group from Slovenia and we were satisfied with everything - rooms are big, modern, clean and cosy, breakfast is very diverse (...it would be nice if they had more of fresh vegetables) and good (loved the bread and cheese selection), parking space was enough for 55 seater. I highly recommend.

02/04/2026: It's not pleasant when talking to her, she's cold, it doesn't make you want to have a drink on the terrace.
12/03/2026: Two waitresses this evening. One very professional, the other inhumane.
The waitress who greeted us and took our orders on the terrace was perfectly suited to the job. As for the other girl who yelled at her and told her to hurry up, it was a disaster…
I wouldn't say she was doing her best, but honestly, she was doing much better than her "supervisor/manager." A good place overall, but perhaps a couple of things could be improved… Thank you to the brunette waitress.

01/05/2026: This is a traditional cake shop that has been in business since 1873, and they also have a cafe inside. The cakes aren't too sweet, the decorations are lovely, and the homemade macarons were delicious.
30/04/2026: Our breakfast experience was unsatisfactory. We ordered hot drinks and pastries to go. However, the service was unfriendly, the muffins were grainy, and the croissants were dry.

08/03/2026: The tarte flambée was okay. In addition to the tarte flambée, which already had mushrooms and melted cheese, we also ordered bacon. We should have asked how much that would cost beforehand. Five euros seems too much. The service was alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, you don't feel very welcome. It's just a business establishment.

21/03/2026: I am absolutely furious with Taksim Halal.
The food arrived after a two-hour wait, it was bland, dry, and totally underwhelming for the price.
Honestly, I would have been better off starving... and it would have been less painful!
I deeply regret ordering from here.
Everything was awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
12/03/2026: Takssim is a good man and he has a very fraternal spirit with everyone. I have known him since 2014 and he always makes good meals, especially the glass of Turkish tea.
