04/08/2026: We came for dinner on a Saturday evening. It was quite busy, so I definitely recommend making a reservation! There's a good selection of seafood and typical Asian dishes, especially Chinese. However, I would have liked a better selection of vegetables. The sushi was okay—the rice was too watery and overcooked, giving it a strange taste. If you want something stir-fried, you can hand it to the server. Communication was difficult, as the server didn't speak German or English. The food preparation was also very chaotic. You hand over your plate and have to wait at the counter/cooking station until the server is finished. This quickly creates a long queue at the counter. Furthermore, the server—who was working alone—frequently mixed up orders. Other people ended up with my vegetables or meat on their plates. Very chaotic! Customer service leaves much to be desired! Otherwise, the restaurant is large and offers spacious tables for groups. It cost approximately €26 per person, including drinks. All in all, it's okay for buffet fans, but be prepared for very long wait times and chaotic food preparation.

22/06/2026: A very warm welcome; the owners are fantastic. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening, and the food was truly excellent, with very good service. The owner is the chef and uses fresh, seasonal ingredients. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive; nothing was missing. We will gladly return.

01/06/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to the restaurant. The Mother's Day menu, paper napkins, and the very limited meal for 40 euros were all very noisy. Good evening.

08/08/2026: The fish stew from the Grand Ried was absolutely remarkable. Serving the dish in two courses was an excellent idea, ensuring it was always piping hot. The dining room was very pleasant. The service was excellent and quite friendly. Reservations are recommended. Note that it's closed on Wednesdays. Bonus: a visit to the Abbey Church of St. Maurice, located just opposite the restaurant, is worthwhile, as it's remarkable for its Baroque style. Highly recommended.

29/06/2026: The ice cream was okay, but they mixed the flavors, so it wasn't great! And the service wasn't great either. They weren't welcoming or friendly. We asked them to refill our water bottles, and they told us to go to the restroom. It leaves a lot to be desired. What a shame.

And then they discovered they were missing a complete menu item, which caused another 15-minute wait. The staff were unpleasant and condescending, not even apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any compensation. Avoid at all costs!!!

19/07/2026: I'm a returning customer. This Sunday, July 19th, they advertised an all-you-can-eat buffet. We were ripped off; we were served greasy fries and cold sliced ​​ribeye steak. That's it! For €33, several other customers complained that it wasn't good, but there was no attempt at compensation. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend it.

08/06/2026: We took a boat tour with Vedettes du Pont Neuf a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's an excellent activity for tourists who want to discover Paris from a different perspective. The views of the monuments are magnificent, especially the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and other iconic landmarks. The route allows you to see several important sites in a single trip. The staff was welcoming, and the organization was excellent. I highly recommend this cruise to enjoy the beauty of Paris.

18/05/2026: The hotel provided a very warm welcome, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the housekeeper who kept the room well-maintained and even provided an extra towel. However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price and lacked vegan and halal options. I was also a little disappointed to find a cracked and stained bathtub/shower, rather than a walk-in shower as shown in the photos for the superior double room.
