21/05/2026: Noisy hotel!! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but a little compassion for your customers would be appreciated. I was woken up early this morning by a door slamming every time someone passed by the breakfast room. I asked reception to please hold the door open to stop the noise, but no one bothered to do it!! So imagine my surprise when I looked at the reviews and saw several complaints about this same problem, some dating back more than a year. A door spring can be adjusted, and if it's broken, it should be removed. As a result, I've cancelled my next reservation at your hotel. On the Logis Hotel app, you can add certain establishments to your favorites; it's a shame you can't blacklist them.

01/05/2026: My review concerns a relaxation massage with Mélanie: The massage was simply magnificent. Every movement was fluid, enveloping, and deeply relaxing. I have rarely felt such a complete disconnection; it's a treatment that soothes both body and mind. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. The movements were precise, rhythmic, and incredibly gentle. It is without a doubt one of the best treatments I have ever received. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

11/06/2026: About a week ago, a friend and I wanted to go there. Not a single greeting (even though it was practically empty). We went to the till to let them know we were there and to order directly if they wanted. The whole team walked past us, looked at us... NOTHING. Well, almost nothing. Someone ordered an iced chocolate, and we heard the servers grumbling happily in front of us. We left after 5 (real) minutes. YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, another person I was with brought me back. I explained what had happened last time. This time, there were more people inside. We were seated. My friend hesitated when ordering, and clearly, he wasn't happy. Completely unprofessional. The drinks were decent. The pastries were quite good, according to my friend. Anyway... I gave this place two chances, and there won't be a third. Being in the restaurant business myself, I know it's sometimes a tough and complicated profession. But the customer shouldn't feel that, especially when you're dealing with polite and pleasant people. Have a good day.

22/07/2026: The waitresses were very nice, however the owner was really unpleasant and impatient with his staff. He would yell at them as they came back from the restroom. The food was okay, except for the calzone which was very soggy.

06/05/2026: This little restaurant in town is really nice. The burgers are excellent (the Royal Funny is perfect). The fries are absolutely perfect. The place is very clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. In short, flawless. 👍

01/07/2026: Upon arrival, I was greeted by overflowing trash cans (both inside and out), a dirty floor, and half the self-service kiosks out of order. My order was simple: a meal deal, a burger, and some nuggets. A server brought me my tray. I noticed the ice was missing and asked for some. My drink was brought back. I tried a nugget; the topping was so dry it crumbled. I tried a sauce to try and fix it, but they hadn't given me any, so I got up to look for them. I tried a fry: they were cold/lukewarm and clearly had been left in the colander/drip tray for quite some time. I struggled to finish my meal. The entire McDonald's model needs a complete overhaul. The new organization means less time for the dining area, and this is noticeable in almost every McDonald's. Furthermore, do the managers still have enough time for quality control, or are they adequately trained to manage the restaurants? Having worked in fast food for your competitors, nothing I saw yesterday would have been acceptable… And back then, 20 euros was enough to get a decent meal with respectable service. In any case, McDonald's France has serious problems. Just go to Kehl, or Switzerland, to see for yourself: it's a completely different story… The ever-increasing prices for lower or equivalent quality are becoming harder to swallow. Sacrificing the customer for the benefit of the shareholder is rarely a good thing.

30/06/2026: Absolutely atrocious experience!! This is the third time I've come to this restaurant while my daughter is hospitalized at Hautepierre, and it's the second time my order hasn't been complete. Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a toy. When I returned to the hospital room after a 40-minute walk (round trip), the toy was missing. Huge disappointment for my daughter 😔 I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, and the staff member I explained the situation to told me to come back immediately, even though I repeatedly told him that I only come when my child is hospitalized and therefore hoped not to have to return. The last compensation offered: come back for a free dessert. This kind of attitude, devoid of any empathy, is disgusting. One last thing: how is it that every time takeout orders are incomplete, one or more items are missing, but NEVER an extra item?? Could this have been unintentionally deliberate…?

21/05/2026: A very good place to stay, close to the Royal Palace cabaret and much more. The five couples in our party spent three pleasant nights in a clean and quiet environment, with helpful, available, and attentive staff, and good food. I recommend it.

14/05/2026: The welcome is as rough as the bath towels…. Tiny attic room / outdated bathroom with no ventilation / no surface to put anything on / Room number 20 has no window… nor any ventilation, but they don't tell you that! The only positive point: if you're deaf… the owner speaks so loudly that you'll hear her no matter what. The photos are misleading… establishment not recommended.

04/08/2026: We came for dinner on a Saturday evening. It was quite busy, so I definitely recommend making a reservation! There's a good selection of seafood and typical Asian dishes, especially Chinese. However, I would have liked a better selection of vegetables. The sushi was okay—the rice was too watery and overcooked, giving it a strange taste. If you want something stir-fried, you can hand it to the server. Communication was difficult, as the server didn't speak German or English. The food preparation was also very chaotic. You hand over your plate and have to wait at the counter/cooking station until the server is finished. This quickly creates a long queue at the counter. Furthermore, the server—who was working alone—frequently mixed up orders. Other people ended up with my vegetables or meat on their plates. Very chaotic! Customer service leaves much to be desired! Otherwise, the restaurant is large and offers spacious tables for groups. It cost approximately €26 per person, including drinks. All in all, it's okay for buffet fans, but be prepared for very long wait times and chaotic food preparation.

04/08/2026: I was there last night. I'm very happy with my visit. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is kind and helpful. I was with my family. Everyone enjoyed the food.

19/05/2026: Amazing authentic restaurant, in the middle of Strasbourg. The building holds some important history back to 1861. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the hotch poth dish, which was a mixture of meats marinated for sometime and cooked very slowly, with some vegetables, spices and covered with potatoes which melted in your mouth. The service was quick and very friendly. Thank you ❤️

13/03/2026: Sorry, I had justified my rating, but the text didn't appear. Here it is: we chose your restaurant for its ambiance. However, the baeckeoffe served was very dry. The potatoes were mushy (except for the one on top, which was burnt) and dry, as was the meat; there wasn't a single drop of juice.
