15/05/2026: They refused to serve us at 12:40 AM twice at the drive-thru, even though the restaurant closes at 1 AM.
13/05/2026: Disastrous service! A 20-minute wait to be served, even though the restaurant was empty at 11 PM! And then they discovered they were missing a complete menu item, which caused another 15-minute wait. The staff were unpleasant and condescending, not even apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any compensation. Avoid at all costs!!!

13/07/2026: The pizzas are incredible, the food is truly excellent. A huge shout-out to the waitress, she was so friendly, efficient, and always in a good mood. It was a pleasure!
13/07/2026: Very long wait (30 minutes) for a carbonara and a scampi salad (€16.50 for a salad with 4 scampi). The waiters were very friendly but overwhelmed.
Otherwise, well located in the shade, a nice restaurant.

09/04/2026: Discovered this restaurant today! What can I say? Everything was perfect: the food, the ingredients, and the very warm welcome! Not to mention the visit to our table, at my request, of the adorable Bernese Mountain Dog. Highly recommended.

29/06/2026: The ice cream was okay, but they mixed the flavors, so it wasn't great! And the service wasn't great either. They weren't welcoming or friendly. We asked them to refill our water bottles, and they told us to go to the restroom. It leaves a lot to be desired. What a shame.

16/03/2026: Passing through Bischwiller with my friends, I wanted to grab a pizza. They recommended this pizzeria, which they've been going to for a long time. I must say it was a real find; the pizza was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices more than reasonable—in fact, for that size of pizza, I'd never seen anything like it. See you soon, I'll definitely be back.

08/08/2026: The wait was far too long—1 hour and 45 minutes for traditional dishes, even though the restaurant was far from full. The waitress was unfriendly.
I do not recommend this restaurant.

18/05/2026: The hotel provided a very warm welcome, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the housekeeper who kept the room well-maintained and even provided an extra towel.
However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price and lacked vegan and halal options. I was also a little disappointed to find a cracked and stained bathtub/shower, rather than a walk-in shower as shown in the photos for the superior double room.

24/08/2026: The click and collect service was a disaster. The click and collect parking lot was full, the drive-thru was packed, and it was incredibly slow. After a 45-minute wait, the order finally arrived, but it was incomplete. One of the menu items and all the sauces were missing!
The lack of hygiene was evident both inside and outside. It's unacceptable to see an establishment operating under these conditions.
23/08/2026: I find it unacceptable that they don't serve the entire order at once, and that the waitress has to remove the order slip in the middle of service while my friend hadn't even received his order yet, so I ended up eating his entire McSmart burger. I had ordered a Happy Meal for my son, but he didn't get any toys, which is unacceptable. So he threw up all over himself. The waitress should refrain from telling us we eat like pigs; that deserves dismissal for eating five people in two minutes.
