The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
Too bad the restaurant is currently closed.
I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.
18/05/2024: We didn't go to the restaurant but stayed at the hotel, which is at the back of the property. Everything was fine and there was no reason to complain. We were very satisfied. The French breakfast was good and filling.

15/09/2024: Without doubt the best kebab (plate or sandwich) in Haguenau. 2 rooms, one for sandwiches and the other for plates and other Turkish food.
28/07/2024: Coming from Normandy, a friend introduced me to this restaurant. I had a kebab, nothing to say, it’s delicious! Very little wait. Hygiene level pariel nothing to report.
I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because I think that for takeaway kebabs there could still be a little more fries. I don't mind the aluminum foil but a little more fries wouldn't hurt compared to other kebabs.
For the rest nothing to say. I would come back because despite everything it is really delicious and high quality!

27/09/2024: Quelle déception ! Un déjeuner sans aucun interet . Aucune saveur . Un peux assez élevé pour le menu à 38 euros ( avec un peu de ( mauvais) bon - service archi nul
Des spaetzles arrivent brûlés sur la table .. un plat pour 12 puis 10 mn après en voici d’autres toujours brûlés et durs .. ça donne une sacrée idée aux touristes !
À quand une vraie cuisine et un chef ..

10/09/2024: Prévoyant une randonnée de 14 km passant par le mont St Odile je réserve par mail (seul moyen) une table en précisant que je viens avec ma chienne. En retour mail pour me confirmer cette réservation. Quand j’arrive, à peine passer le porche, un homme mal aimable me jette. Au téléphone on me dit qu’il y a eu une erreur et qu’il n’y pas de solution !! Même pas un morceau de pain. Je continue mon chemin en espérant que Dieu m’aidera si je fais une hypoglycémie sur les 3h30 qui me reste pas faire. Moralité ils ne savent pas lire et ne sont pas bienveillants.

12/08/2024: I booked at Mekane for my mother's birthday to mark the occasion and it was a success!
The food was very good, the service very pleasant and the exchanges with the owner of the place were fluid.
I have already participated as a guest in several events at Mekane and each time the results were great. The room is very beautiful and is sufficient in itself for decoration. We were provided with some decoration material, the owner and his family are very helpful and kind!

20/09/2024: En effet, ne prenez pas des vessies pour des lanternes ! Compte tenu du prix, on pouvez s'attendre à une authentique cuisine gastronomique, mais ce ne fut qu'un prix élevé pour une cuisine moyenne. Un choix d'apéritifs très restreint et chers : 26 euros ; 1/2 côte du Rhone très ordinaire (en carafe) : 24 euros. Les plats ? Par exemple, une ballotine de poulet insipide et bourrative : 26 euros, etc, etc... Cadre des plus moyens, bien loin des photos trompeuses du site de l'établissement : pas de nappe, serviettes en papier dignes de McDonald's, décors sans caratère. En résumé, pour un déjeuner à quatre : 253,70 euros. Si vous avez le temps et avez faim, faites un autre choix !

23/08/2024: We went with the gourmet passport. The meal was not great, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired. The overcooked duck breast as well as the fish We will never go back there again 😵😵
