20/10/2026: I was disappointed with my experience. I wanted to order the Mini Happy Meals advertised at €4, but when I went to pay, the price was higher. I simply asked Mireille what the extra charge was, but she wouldn't give me a reason, saying it was too busy. I think it's a shame not to be able to get a clear explanation.

29/08/2026: The Tarte Flambée was excellent, as was the side salad. My husband had the goats cheese salad which was a little disappointing. The beer was well chilled and the service was very efficient. Nice location.

13/08/2026: The location is very attractive with a view of the Ill River, but the service is extremely poor, and the food is even worse! It's all mass-produced and dry. The only redeeming feature is the view...

20/10/2026: Fries were crunchy and the Croque Monsieur, although not stellar, was fine enough. Service was good.

17/10/2026: The people were disrespectful and rude to me. The brasserie is unhygienic. It's best avoided.

29/08/2026: Earlier I got a sandwich and a bottle of Pulco water and tried to pay by card, but they said it didn't go through. So I paid in cash, and apparently when I got back to my car, I realized I'd also paid by card. Terrible, avoid at all costs!

20/08/2026: I took note, especially regarding the welcome. A big thank you to Agathe who, despite the impending closure, gave me and my family a warm welcome. Frankly, I'm very satisfied; working in the restaurant industry myself, I was pleasantly surprised by her expertise and kindness. Honestly, it's a 5/5 from me.

06/09/2026: The bar/club was quite dirty, with really terrible music. We finally left after only 10 minutes. The entrance also left us with a very bad impression. We were first asked to pay €10 to get in, then when we indicated that we preferred to go somewhere else, as if by magic, we were told that we could finally get in for free… A practice I find truly dubious and unprofessional. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.

09/08/2026: Great DJ and good atmosphere. We arrived right when they opened, and the toilets were already in a terrible state. Our table of nine girls was kicked out (even though we had a full reservation with several drinks booked) to make room for a "regular." I absolutely do not recommend it.

14/07/2026: The service was terrible. I was there on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The waitress was slow. I ordered a soya beignets appetizer and an eru cassava couscous. The appetizer arrived 40 minutes after I asked when it would be ready. For five minutes, I noticed the beignets hadn't arrived. I asked the waitress, "Where are my beignets?" She replied, "Oh, there aren't any beignets. The cook said there aren't any beignets." The service was awful. Sometimes I can go months without going, but since I don't live in Strasbourg, it's always the same. You'll never see me in your restaurant again. On top of that, the person next to me left because they'd been waiting for beignets for an hour. The worst part is, they take orders knowing they don't have certain items. I gave you one star. because we can't publish without giving at least one star 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

11/07/2026: This is the third time I've ordered and for the third time I'm disappointed because I received a small fish and not enough garnish. Try to improve this aspect; even if the fish is small, at least focus on the side dish.

03/07/2026: Bits of broom sticking out of the pizza! I've had several problems already. I ordered an Alexandre and there was no white sauce. I ordered an Indian pizza and there were more mushrooms than chicken, and this time I got a piece of broom sticking out! And the price is already very high! I absolutely do not recommend this place! Avoid it!

26/06/2026: Frankly, I'm disappointed with my order. It's expensive for so little, and on top of that, the delivery driver wasn't very friendly and spoke in a haughty manner. I don't think I'll be ordering from you again.

18/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! Two restaurants in one. One side specializing in Italian cuisine and the other in Alsatian specialties. Beautiful, typical Alsatian decor with a lovely storefront. The food was good! Some of the ingredients were definitely frozen, but well-prepared. Affordable price. We were served by Hervé, who was very energetic and had a great sense of humor, at least with us. We'll be back!

24/09/2026: Terrible service. We waited over 40 minutes to be served, and the waiter practically ignored us the entire time. We felt like we were in a tourist trap: good location, but neither the service nor the quality lived up to expectations. The restaurant presents itself as an Italian restaurant, but the food was far from authentic Italian cuisine. In short: far too long a wait, indifferent service, and very mediocre food. I do not recommend it.

31/08/2026: A customer for 20 years. I only go back occasionally. Since they stopped baking the products on-site, the quality has been deplorable. They tell us the breads are different because of the organic flour, that the rolls travel well… Never a good mood, never a smile. Today, passing by the bakery, I thought I'd get a baguette; normally, it shouldn't have changed. I felt like going back and throwing it on the counter. It tasted like day-old bread. And at €1.30… The pastries are tiny. You can save yourself a reply. I won't be back. I'm writing this message simply to warn other customers. In each of your responses, you come up with some flimsy explanation to absolve yourselves. But strangely enough, customer comments always point in the same direction. Especially if I look at those from the last few months.

21/08/2026: I was disappointed with the service at this bakery. There are several waitresses, including one named Céline, if I'm not mistaken. I found her attitude really unpleasant: she rarely smiled, wasn't very welcoming, and her way of serving clearly gave the impression of being a nuisance. It's frankly unpleasant to come to the bakery when she's there. In fact, I found the atmosphere much more pleasant during the three weeks she was on vacation. On the other hand, a special mention goes to Jessica, the blonde waitress: she's absolutely fantastic! Always smiling, welcoming, and pleasant with customers. So friendly! It makes all the difference. It's a shame the experience can vary so much depending on who's behind the counter.

25/08/2026: I spent the morning calling them with no answer, and by early afternoon, still no answer. I think you should steer clear.

16/08/2026: Warning!!!!! The hotel appears to be permanently closed. We received a booking confirmation via a booking website this morning and then arrived to find the doors locked. Local residents told us that it had been like this for some time!!!

But in the end, I was pleasantly surprised! 😊 The team is really friendly, and when you take the time to chat with a smile, you discover very pleasant and professional people. Marianne is gorgeous with her smile 😍 Just a little piece of advice: keep up that positive energy and try to always keep smiling, even when some customers aren't particularly pleasant. It really changes the whole atmosphere and makes a huge difference. ❤️ In any case, keep up the good work! 🌸
