13/08/2024: We booked well in advance and rang to change the time to an hour later. This was accepted. There was some mix up but the manager was rude and aggressive . Not apologetic nor accommodating at all. Given the attitude maybe it was as well that we had to go elsewhere

03/09/2024: Not recommended! The service (owner?) was very grumpy and unfriendly. The tarte flambée was served on cardboard with a board underneath. It was paper thin and not worth the price. The salad was appealing, but too expensive for the small quantity.

14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing. Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

27/07/2024: Disappointed by the welcome of the person on the phone to whom I ask if they deliver where I live, she tells me it depends on the number of pizzas and when I answer 4, she tells me that this evening there are no only one delivery person... On the other hand, if I had answered 10 she would have taken my order.

09/06/2024: I went to their house after the return of my mother who went there for the first time. She kept telling me that she had eaten the best pizza in the 8 years we had been in our other city. She didn't lie! It's been a long time since I had such a good pizza, but not expensive enough for the taste it has. See you soon !!

31/08/2024: Das Restaurant kennen wir, haben wir es doch vor Jahren besucht und in dieser Zeit auch einen Anlass hier durchgeführt. Seinerzeit waren wir zufrieden weshalb wir es am 24.08.2024 für ein Mittagessen ausgesucht haben. Leider war an diesem Samstag das frühere Küchenniveau nicht mehr zu erkennen. Speisen waren 0815 und von wenig Geschmack. Der Service war mangelhaft und zeichnete sich durch wenig Engagement aus. Man sprach lieber mit bekannten Leuten und vernachlässigte den Job. Die Krönung der Ereignisse war dann die Weinbestellung. Wir wollten einen bestimmten Wein, der auf der Karte auch aufgeführt war. Nachdem offenbar die Familie eigene Weine keltert brachte man uns eine Flasche vom eigenen Haus. Das konnten wir gerade noch stoppen und der Dame nochmals erklären was wir wünschen. Natürlich kam wieder eine falsche Flasche. Der Produzent stimmte, die Flasche war auch auf der Karte nur war es nicht der bestellte Wein. Wir haben dann diesen genommen um doch noch innert nützliche Frist zum Essen den Wein am Tisch zu haben. Das einzige erfreuliche war der Preis von 34 Euro, der bestellte Wein kostete 75 Euro. So vergibt man Umsatz.

15/08/2024: Cadre agreable mais personnel pas très sympathique. La cuisine n a rien d’exceptionnel : tarte flambée bof il y a mieux ailleurs et le plat carpe frite est une arnaque. Il y a de meilleurs Winstub en Alsace.

06/09/2024: The waiter told us to sit down. We waited 30min. She never came. The DJ made a 4-5min break between every song. Total disaster. The only good thing was the pretty location.

24/05/2024: Order placed on Deliveroo and completely messed up: - a bad sandwich - a bad drink - no dessert However, on the receipt, it corresponds to my order. At this price it is not acceptable,

24/08/2024: Aging restaurant which has deteriorated significantly, particularly the sanitary facilities. Coming on a Tuesday lunchtime, so at the first opening of the week, I expected to find the place perfect; on the contrary, the toilets did not seem to have been cleaned all weekend... The lunch buffet is limited, but remains correct for an offer at €12.90. There you can find traditional spring rolls, samosas and other fritters, raw vegetables, some sushi/makis, rice and noodles, stir-fried or roasted dishes. A buffet of raw products dedicated to the wok is also available, as well as a buffet of desserts and ice creams. As is often the case in this type of restaurant, the price of drinks is a little expensive, and the pastry desserts are defrosted. Fast and pleasant service, not intrusive.

29/09/2024: Order from a takeaway terminal, they prepare the mc flurry directly then nothing for 20 minutes results, mc flurry melted and as a bonus they forgot the fries. So obviously we come across as annoying customers, (I don't understand the logic of starting to prepare by Mc Flurry.)

08/09/2024: Only one car in front of me, but still 35 minutes of waiting, none of the 5 sauces ordered were in the bag, the MC flurry was half filled, the fries and potatoes also half filled (as usual). In the end we ate cold since the orders are prepared well in advance... In short, worse and worse... If it were possible to think a little about your customers who work to be able to come and eat at your place and who pay a lot of money for not much...

13/09/2024: We came just to have a coffee and a little dessert before going back to class. We barely had 10 minutes and the waitress warned us of the options where there was the least wait. Result: we were served in 2 minutes. Very effective.

29/09/2024: If you pass the almost impassable test of the front door, the icy atmosphere will take over to make you listen to reason: to satisfy your hunger you are on the wrong path! Unpleasant welcome, misunderstood order, food thrown on the ground, missing products, nothing stops these standard doors of mediocrity. Their motto: always less good, always less effort. The only merit of this establishment is that it will whet your appetite at a lower cost! A sign to visit for any future franchisee who will see it as the perfect example of the worst ways of running a restaurant. Something bad is good...
