29/01/2026: An idyllic hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful views of the valley. We stayed here during our motorcycle tour. The rooms are a bit dated, but have a great charm and offer everything you need. The hotel's outstanding cuisine is a real highlight. We enjoyed wonderful menus and exquisite wines. The breakfast is also plentiful and delicious. The service is very friendly and mostly even German-speaking. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

07/11/2025: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. What a disappointment! It was already suspicious that only one table was occupied on a Sunday. The meal was a disaster, and the bill came to over €100 without wine or digestifs, I should add. The duck breast was unlike anything I've ever seen: four slices cut with some kind of julienned vegetables in hollandaise sauce, even though I specifically asked for no sauce, and served with cold, dry rice. The roasted peach was a catastrophe—pure sugar, even canned peaches have more flavor. My husband's potato gratin was cold and dry. No, we were completely ripped off. It was my birthday meal; I could have cried. I didn't want to upset my husband any more, as he could see I hadn't eaten a thing. Once is enough, but never again, that's for sure.

10/12/2023: Une belle découverte, jolie salle , ambiance douce .L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. Les plats sont très bien présentés et savoureux. Les desserts aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

10/12/2024: Le Blue Flamingo a répondu à toutes nos attentes, repas de Noël pour 17 personnes aussi bien exécuté qu´un dîner pour 4, accueil toujours chaleureux et attentionné, cuisine créative et savoureuse. Un grand merci à toute l´équipe pour cette très belle soirée.

09/12/2024: Restaurant conseillé par des amis, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! J'avais réservé pour faire une surprise à ma mère pour son anniversaire et nous avons pu le fêter comme il se doit. Des cocktails délicieux, des plats qui le sont tout autant, et des serveurs à l'écoute et très sympathiques ! Ils ont même été super, avec bougie pour le dessert. Je recommande fortement ce lieu, pour bien manger de façon originale au fil de l'eau.

09/08/2024: I bought 3 pizzas to take away. Very poor value for money. The pizzas, to my great surprise, were very small, like a size for children. The dough is very thin and not like real Italians. The ingredients nothing more. For the price, €12.50 the cheapest and 15.50 for the cinecitta pizza, it's not worth the price.

25/08/2024: **Tarte flambée avec beurre d'escargots**(flambée with snail butter - don't panic, there are no 🐌 in it) Very fluffy base and super creamy crème fraîche - and the dried meat also tastes better than in Germany. Roger & Arianne and their team are really into it. BRAVO!!!! P.S.: don't forget to take a bag of flour home with you (2.5 kg or 5 kg)...much better than the fumigated flour from the supermarket :-)
