17/08/2026: We ate a filled baguette here. It had obviously been sitting in the display case for a very long time. It wasn't fresh and tasted bland. Not good!

26/09/2026: One Saturday evening, 8pm, no one at the till, empty restaurant, few dishes on display. We had come for the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders, we turned around and left.

04/09/2026: We came this Thursday at 7:20 pm to eat mussels and fries. And early in the evening, there were already no more mussels!!! And yet the sign was still on the window!!! So we asked for salmon, and they told us they were out of salmon. We then chose breaded fish, and they were out of breaded fish too!!! Even though the menus were still displayed above the registers!!! It's unbelievable that on a Thursday at 7:20 pm, there was practically nothing left!!!! Finally, we took what was left: a steak and a fried egg. And there, with the griddle not cleaned, we were served a steak and an egg that were completely black with a burnt taste!!!! We would have been better off leaving our trays at the register and going somewhere else!!! The disappointment continued with the ice cream for dessert!!! We asked for the purple ice cream, they were out, so we wanted lime, but that wasn't available either!!!! We ordered a Belgian coffee, and when we ate it, the coffee ice cream was full of tiny ice cubes! Really unpleasant to eat! Honestly, what a disappointment! There's a serious problem with not being able to accommodate your customers' choices as early as 7:20 PM... Therefore, we will not be returning to this Flunch!

02/10/2026: I rarely come here, thankfully. The staff are bitter and cold, never smile, and they take the pastries with their bare hands even though the tongs are right next to them! So far, I've had a different saleswoman each time, but not a single smile. Needs improvement.

30/09/2026: Very good bread, excellent pastries, very good value for money, a large selection of breads and pastries, possibility to have breakfast on site.

29/07/2026: We ordered pizzas last week and they were very good, and last night we had unexpected guests. So we ordered pizzas again, everything was ready on time, and our guests, like us, were delighted with the meal. I will definitely go back.

Despite the ideal location, my dish was more than mediocre. €18 for a salad made of wilted lettuce (which, by the way, represents 60% of the dish, since it's a salad!!!) and missing essential ingredients clearly listed on the menu (I'm not imagining things). I mentioned this to the waitress, but apparently there was no reason for the kitchen to rectify the situation, as they didn't bring me the missing items or even offer me a free coffee. On the other hand, they happily charged me full price for having received only 50% of my order... the bottom line is, a lunch that left a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. A rather unpleasant experience...

05/09/2026: We've been on the terrace for over 15 minutes and the waitresses are completely ignoring us. They prefer to walk by and look us up and down… what a way to treat people 😐

09/10/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this Subway in Sélestat. The staff is not welcoming at all; their tone is very curt and the atmosphere unpleasant. It's far from a warm and respectful welcome for customers. What particularly bothers me is the way a young employee is treated by his colleagues; I find their behavior very aggressive and mean towards him, and it's truly shocking to see. I sincerely hope that management will take these remarks seriously, because respect should be a priority, both towards customers and among colleagues.

04/10/2026: I came to eat with my partner. The owner was unpleasant and made it clear we were bothering him. No smile. I don't think I'll be back. Apart from that, the sandwiches were good.
