09/07/2024: Super friendly welcome, lovely overnight stay and very good breakfast with cured ham and 2 fried eggs with flowers as decoration prepared in a very old enameled pan on a bed of hay. So awesome

28/06/2024: The hotel is nice and clean. The big parking that was convenient.

08/06/2024: Burnt base, dried topping and tasted like charcoal. On the advice of our tour guide we went for the happy hour price on a selection of flammkuchen. They were 4 Euro each. We ordered the La Faurest (cream, onion, bacon & mushrooms). It was burnt and crispy and black on the bottom. We watched people either side of us folding their slice of flammkuchen in half because it had a soft base. Ours would have snapped it was so badly burnt. After complaining the dish was replaced. Obviously no quality control for the dish to have left the kitchen in that state and even worse that the server delivered it to our table. It was obviously burnt around the edges of the pastry. We do not recommend this restaurant. The old saying applies you get what you pay for. The replacement dish was nothing special. And the ladies’ toilets were flooded and leaking into the hallway but one of the waiters was there mopping up the mess. Apparently the plumbing had broken.

05/06/2024: They have no food options in my opinion that are not heavy traditional Alsatian food. A salad isn't really a valid option when you don't want traditional Alsatian food. I'm not on a diet! I'm not a rabbit! I take visitors here but there is never any options for me in that I'm not a tourist and I try to not eat all the heavy, fatty Alsatian good.

04/05/2024: Très bon restaurant, serveur très agréable. Cuisine très bonne. Service rapide et efficace. Situé à Selestat pratique d'accès.

01/07/2024: Repas correct en qualité. Inadmissible que le personnel vide les bacs à 14h, devant les clients qui veulent se servir, pour constituer des plats Too good to go. Le service se finit à 14h30 et nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir déjeuner de ce qui nous faisait envie, sans se rabattre sur ce qui a été laissé dans les bacs.

05/06/2024: Arrivé vers 13h15 plat vide et le ce qui rester était desséché qualité moindre de plus je me suis permise une remarque c'est cher pour ça le caissier c'est permis de dire il y a façon de le dire hahaha😄😄😄 j'aurais peut être dû lui emballé franchement il y a mieux à fuir trop bruyants et pour avoir des réflexions alors que c'est moi qui paye c'est grave pffff

10/03/2026: Diane is a fantastic private chef whom I highly recommend 🙌🏼 My birthday celebration with family and friends was exceptionally well done, and the lunch buffet, with its original touch in the dishes, was a hit with everyone. ☀️😃

26/02/2024: Toujours un très bon accueil. Il est prudent de réserver surtout en hiver... Carte bien riche et bons produits. Service rapide et efficace.

23/09/2024: Restaurant le Rosenmeer in Rosheim heeft een goede keuken en een enthousiaste & professionele bediening voor diner en ontbijt. Gelukkig konden we op het terras eten, het was een zeer warme dag. De lokale wijn was van erg goede kwaliteit. We waren tevreden over het lekkere diner in de sfeervolle tuin. Erg dichtbij het hotel ontstond een heftige brand die werd bestreden door een vloot brandbestrijders. Opvallend was dat niemand enige paniek toonde toen er gas en zuurstof flessen ontploften. De vlammen gingen (onze schatting) rond de 30 meter hoog. Tijdens het ontbijt spraken we met de mevrouw die aan de andere zijde van het hotel woont. Zij verklaarde dat een stuk van een gasfles bij haar - na lancering - binnenkwam. Tijden ons diner zaten we aan de veilige kant van het hotel. Het was terecht dat de gasten rustig konden blijven dineren. … Het blijft echter opmerkelijk en wonderlijk dat iedereen zo rustig bleef. Dorry & Ton

22/08/2024: Nous sommes venus un soir en couple avec une smartbox, nous avons été très agréablement surpris de ce qui nous a été proposé : entrée, plat, fromage et dessert avec un verre de vin à chaque plat. Nous avons choisi d’avoir la surprise des plats après que le serveur nous ait demandé de ce qu’on ne mangeait pas. Nous n’avons pas été déçu ni de la qualité des plats, ni des vins proposés en accompagnement (un médoc de 2003 pour accompagner l’agneau). Le service était également parfait! Bravo à l’équipe!

17/12/2024: Acudimos en familia a tomar un brunch, todo estaba delicioso, tostadas y zumos muy ricos. Tuvimos que hacer una pequeña cola al entrar, pero avanza rápido y merece la pena.

11/12/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo splendido e suggestivo posticino per fare un brunch nel centro di Strasburgo. Pietanze molto buone e particolari, ricche di sapori e presentate molto bene, sia il salato che il dolce. Lo consigliamo!!

29/12/2023: Adepte des pizzas veggie de Nico, nous sommes toujours ravis des propositions qui varient selon les saisons. Personnel accueillant et aimable, ponctualité du service, facilité d’accès. Jamais déçus!

06/09/2024: Soirée avec les copains plutôt pas mal, service rapide, barman et serveuse sympa malgré qu’on a dû boire rapidement la dernière tournée à cause de l’heure :)

08/04/2024: Passez votre chemin, arrivé à 18 h jeudi 04/04, resto à moitié plein, accueil glacial du serveur qui nous fait comprendre qu'il n'a pas très envie de nous donner une table car nous ne sommes que 2 et repart sans un mot, aucun respect

12/11/2023: Under the guise of changing the menu (not up to date on the restaurant's official website), we are charged for the most expensive pizza (11.90) by removing half of the ingredients on it, because ours no longer exists... "we don't didn't warn you on the phone because it went faster that way. 0 commercial gesture.
