15/02/2026: Very disappointed! Based on the good reviews online, my partner and I booked for Valentine's Day. We were quickly disillusioned: a one-hour wait for drinks, another hour for the starter, and then another hour for the main course. The butter I was served with the starter was a month past its expiration date. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium, but it arrived very rare. I didn't want to send it back to the kitchen to wait another hour. We didn't order dessert but paid the full price of the set menus (they offered a complimentary €5 drink). We are disgusted…

15/02/2026: The meal was very good, but there was no follow-up at the table. Furthermore, there was no effort put into the side dishes, just fries on the side, and the presentation wasn't appealing. However, the quality was acceptable because there was plenty on your plate 🍽️. It's a shame the service was so slow, even though I understand it was Valentine's Day, but still…

18/12/2025: Frankly disappointing. Apart from the pumpkin cappuccino, nothing was good! The foie gras was mediocre. The quenelle and bisque were overcooked and very average. The truffle Brillat-Savarin was very cold, even though it was ordered at the beginning of the meal. The wine was poor quality. All this for a €40 menu. I find the recommendation from The Fork, where I found the address, very exaggerated. Very noisy because there was a group of about twenty people in the dining room. In short, I won't be going back.

23/12/2025: What happened this Monday, December 22nd, at this highly regarded brasserie? I arrived at 12:20 PM and left at 2:00 PM after three courses. Admittedly, it was the Christmas holidays, a busy day, as they say. The setting is very nice, the servers are well-dressed, you'd almost think you were in a fine dining establishment, but it isn't. Why wait 30 minutes for the entire downstairs room to fill up before even starting to take orders? Different servers kept coming and going without ever stopping. Everyone seemed as disillusioned as the servers. I ordered the daily special to see the quality, but then I had to wait again to be served, and a long wait between the main course and dessert, with orders getting lost, the servers running around trying to find them, and then waiting again. If you're expecting the same quality for the same price as the lunch menus at Le Murmure or the Hôtel Saint-Mart in Royat, you'll already be disappointed with the presentation and the contents of the plate. Please note, this is a brasserie, it's important to remember that. In hindsight, the quality of the glasses, the plates (the materials), and the very hard chairs after a while, contrast sharply with the establishment's reputation. There are certainly some very good dishes on more substantial menus, but the overall atmosphere that day was a major drawback. Having not tried any other dishes and being a first-time visitor, I can't give it a rating that reflects the restaurant's reputation.

21/02/2026: What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was! We only knew of it by name and had never actually tried it before! And what a fantastic discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! The service was impeccable! The courses flowed seamlessly and at a perfect pace, and the intimate, dimly lit atmosphere with ample space between diners made us feel truly pampered! A huge thank you to the entire team! I think I even dreamt about the marinated sea bream flambéed with absinthe!… absolutely delicious!

22/01/2026: We occasionally visit this restaurant in Le Pouliguen, as we've had a second home here for 37 years. The food is always excellent, but we were somewhat disappointed by the lobster we were served (€120 per portion). At that price, perfection should follow.

23/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at the entrance to Riquewihr. Tucked away at the end of a quiet alley, this restaurant offers refined and delicious cuisine, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The setting is charming and the building itself is definitely worth a visit. Just one small drawback: it wasn't very warm. We had a very pleasant time and will certainly be back!

05/01/2026: Typical Alsatian atmosphere. The vegetarian menu is very popular, as is the children's dish. The dishes are revisited and balanced, with attention to flavor. Very friendly staff. Centrally located, but slightly out of the way, making it very quiet. Recommended.
