29/01/2026: Exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. The two staff members complement each other perfectly. The meal was delicious, and they were accommodating by offering alternative dishes. Very affordable, especially considering the quality of the food. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The dining room was very quiet. I would gladly return if I'm ever in the area again.

29/01/2026: We chose this restaurant based on reviews, and we had a wonderful meal. The set menu was affordable, the food simple yet delicious. And what can I say about the two waitresses? They complemented each other perfectly—attentive without being intrusive, and friendly without being overbearing. Fantastic! We'll gladly return.

29/11/2025: We discovered this wonderful place thanks to the Passe-Gourmand guide. The restaurant's entrance alone makes you want to explore the interior. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who let us choose our table. The setting is lovely, with carpeted floors and tastefully chosen decorations and furnishings. Cloth tablecloths and napkins were provided. All the dishes we chose were delicious. For starters, we had foie gras and pumpkin soup with truffle oil. Then came the original and delicious Pretzel Burger. The beef fillet was incredibly tender. I really appreciated that each dish was served piping hot, especially since I'm a slow eater 😅 To finish, the fruit panna cotta and vanilla crème brûlée were delicious! The coffee was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome, the ambiance, and the food. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back to try the vol-au-vent with morels. Outside, there's a lovely terrace for sunny days. Thank you for this enjoyable time!

09/01/2026: A bit disappointed by the quality of the food. The gravlax starter was very small (two tiny bites with cold, stale blinis). The other dishes were of mediocre quality: a very fatty blood sausage, a "hand-cut" steak tartare that was more like minced steak served with overcooked fries. In short, the value for money needs to be reconsidered!

25/01/2026: We had a lovely time. A warm atmosphere in this cozy little restaurant, homemade food, and an affordable wine list. The duck was of very high quality, prepared from scratch. Quite rare in Paris.

23/12/2025: What happened this Monday, December 22nd, at this highly regarded brasserie? I arrived at 12:20 PM and left at 2:00 PM after three courses. Admittedly, it was the Christmas holidays, a busy day, as they say. The setting is very nice, the servers are well-dressed, you'd almost think you were in a fine dining establishment, but it isn't. Why wait 30 minutes for the entire downstairs room to fill up before even starting to take orders? Different servers kept coming and going without ever stopping. Everyone seemed as disillusioned as the servers. I ordered the daily special to see the quality, but then I had to wait again to be served, and a long wait between the main course and dessert, with orders getting lost, the servers running around trying to find them, and then waiting again. If you're expecting the same quality for the same price as the lunch menus at Le Murmure or the Hôtel Saint-Mart in Royat, you'll already be disappointed with the presentation and the contents of the plate. Please note, this is a brasserie, it's important to remember that. In hindsight, the quality of the glasses, the plates (the materials), and the very hard chairs after a while, contrast sharply with the establishment's reputation. There are certainly some very good dishes on more substantial menus, but the overall atmosphere that day was a major drawback. Having not tried any other dishes and being a first-time visitor, I can't give it a rating that reflects the restaurant's reputation.

08/11/2025: We booked for 17 people to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday and we had an amazing meal in a wonderful atmosphere. We thank all the staff for their good humor and kindness. We will be back, thank you so much 😊

As a regular at this beautiful place, I continue to affirm that it is always an excellent restaurant! A sure bet! We spend a pleasant time there in an atmosphere that is both cozy and friendly. The cuisine, perfectly mastered, brings the little treasures of French gastronomy up to date and with originality. In a word: Bravo!
