The menu is constantly updated, offering new discoveries each time, both visually and in terms of taste. You do French cuisine proud. 05/09/2026: My wife and I stopped by this evening. We had a wonderful time. The tasting menu is definitely worth the price. The flavors were spot on, with lovely subtleties and a well-thought-out focus on natural ingredients. Special mention goes to the scallop appetizer; the combination was truly inspired. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very cozy (we ate outside). We would gladly return.

27/08/2026: A very good restaurant, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and next to an old wash house. I recommend the truffle as a starter, the tuna as a main course, and the dome for dessert—absolutely divine! 😍 Three-course menu for €48. The warm service adds to the charm of the place. Highly recommended.

14/09/2026: I came for dinner last Friday. The market menu was a very pleasant surprise. I embarked on a culinary journey with the four courses of this wonderful menu. I also recommend the foie gras, which is excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; I felt at ease immediately. I highly recommend it if you are visiting L'Isle-Jourdain and the surrounding area. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful discovery.

02/09/2026: First time at this restaurant and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the food is simply amazing. All this in a lovely setting on the terrace, and the prices are more than reasonable, even for this level of quality. One of the best restaurants in L'Isle-Jourdain, if not the very best. Go without hesitation; you'll have a fantastic time.

16/09/2026: A very disappointing experience, with a feeling of being treated differently. We had booked in advance, but upon arrival, several situations made us feel very uncomfortable. First, we were given an unpleasant table. I asked why we couldn't have one of the two-person tables by the window, and I was told they were reserved. This was quite surprising since we also had a reservation. I then wanted to ask to be moved to the other side of the restaurant. At the entrance, an employee was on the phone, so I waited in front of her. While I was waiting, a French man in a suit arrived after me: she immediately spoke to him and gave him information, without even asking me what I was waiting for, as if I wasn't there. After we changed tables, we also noticed that the other tables had small appetizers, including those that didn't seem to have ordered any. We received nothing. The same was true for the bread: the other tables had baskets overflowing with different kinds of bread, while ours contained significantly less choice and quantity. When I pointed this out, a waiter returned with a full basket… but instead of giving it to us, he simply took two pieces of whole-grain bread with his hand and added them to our basket. We found this approach quite incomprehensible. Finally, I had ordered the Lorraine Platter for €57. The menu listed whelks. When the platter arrived, the whelks had been replaced with scallops, without anyone informing me of this when I ordered. If I had been told, I simply wouldn't have ordered this platter, as I don't eat scallops. After I pointed this out, the platter was sent back to the kitchen. Upon our return, the portion of whelks listed on the menu had been replaced by… a single pink shrimp. No price adjustment was offered, and we were charged the full €57. Taken individually, each of these incidents could perhaps be considered a simple mistake or an oversight. However, their accumulation during the same dinner truly made us feel like we were being treated differently from other customers. We were two Asian customers, and by the end of the meal, we unfortunately began to wonder if this difference in treatment was related to our ethnicity. It's extremely disappointing, as we had come to have a pleasant experience and certainly didn't expect to leave with such a feeling. An experience we unfortunately do not wish to repeat.
