06/12/2025: We dined at this restaurant near the Senate and the Luxembourg Gardens twice during our week in Paris. Traditional French cuisine, prepared with locally sourced ingredients. I especially recommend the chestnut soup, pheasant fricassee, roast beef, and blood sausage with apples.

The menu offers a choice of bistro or tapas dishes, which can be mixed and matched. In the kitchen, it's an art form: respect for fresh ingredients, perfect cooking, homemade sauces, elegant presentation, and excellent wine. It's rare to find such authentic homemade food; well done! 03/12/2025: The restaurant is well located, the service efficient, but you shouldn't deviate from the standard order. As for the food, the dishes were good but lukewarm, which is a shame for a leek fondue and risotto, especially since they were very good.

20/01/2026: A wonderful discovery! The value for money is excellent! (€15.90 for the set menu: starter, main course, and dessert) The staff is incredibly friendly; the waitress was energetic and very kind despite being busy! The meals are generous and delicious. I will definitely be back.

10/11/2025: A well-maintained golf course that is much easier than it was 20 years ago because many hazards have been removed. The greens are fast and present some slopes that are difficult to interpret. The meal was good, served efficiently and friendly.

03/11/2025: We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a magnificent house dating back to 1887, renovated by the owners themselves. They paid particular attention to the furnishings. Breakfast was very generous, with bread, butter, homemade jams, cold cuts, cheese, homemade yogurt, and fruit! We were warmly welcomed by Gaëlle and Thierry, with whom we enjoyed pleasant conversations. We shared a meal with the owners. They gave us excellent advice for exploring the region: Mirepoix, a pretty medieval village; the Gaulish village of Rieux-Volvestre; the cassoulet to try in Villefranche-de-Lauragais; and the walk along the Canal du Midi. 31/10/2025: A wonderful experience this lunchtime at Kleber! The service was friendly and professional while maintaining a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, we were simply delighted: all the promised flavors were present and accounted for, with refinement and generosity from the amuse-bouches to the main courses – something that isn't always the case in Michelin-starred restaurants. The wine pairing was perfect: we were able to taste a superb sweet wine served with the dessert – a wonderful discovery! The pastry chef also deserves praise: the pre-dessert, the dessert, and the petits fours combined indulgence and lightness. It was also a great pleasure to share a simple and authentic moment with the chef in the kitchen. We will definitely be back! It's everything we love. Edit October 2025: Second visit to the restaurant, first impression confirmed! Authentic and pleasant chef, excellent service, perfect cuisine. Looking forward to coming back to both the gastropub and the bistro!
