06/08/2026: A fantastic place to discover! We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is truly lovely and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant meal. A big thank you to the staff who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire meal. The food was impeccable: generous portions, beautifully presented, and above all, of very high quality. The price-to-quality ratio is quite reasonable considering the quality. I highly recommend it!

05/08/2026: Terrible experience. Don't go there if you have any food allergies. The wait staff is completely unprepared and very rude. I asked what I could have for a main course that wasn't gluten-free; the waiter suggested a tuna dish without the filo pastry. Too bad the dish also had soy sauce.

04/08/2026: We had a very pleasant time around the wash house. The seven-hour lamb and the confit salmon were excellent. A slight disappointment with the chocolate sauce on the dome.

03/08/2026: I really loved the interior and the service. Our waiter noticed that our table was wobbling and fixed it right away without us even asking. We ordered escargots and tried them for the first time — the waiter showed us how to use the utensils and was very kind. The oysters were juicy and delicious, and the tartare had a subtle apple note — unusual, tasty, and interesting. The chicken and liver were fine. Overall, it’s a very atmospheric restaurant with beautiful décor and excellent service.

From the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, everything was perfect, and the cuisine was worthy of Michelin-starred restaurants. They change their menu every two and a half months, and we can't wait to try the new dishes. We highly recommend it.

We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of the candle on our son's dessert, which we hadn't specifically requested. This discreet but unexpected gesture delighted him immensely. We highly recommend this restaurant; you live up to your excellent reputation. It was a truly magical moment. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back.

And the service was impeccable… We were absolutely thrilled and can only say THANK YOU… For me, this was truly sophisticated cuisine that deserves many awards… Every jus and sauce was divine ♥️ The wine pairing was perfect, the Crémant d'Alsat was excellent… Personally, I found the wine list and pricing convincingly fair; champagne from €64 per bottle! (Unfortunately, I had to drive)… Bravo Le Karelian

16/08/2026: A restaurant well worth a visit. Delicious and generous dishes, reflecting true homemade quality. The inn has an authentic (even slightly noisy) atmosphere. The restrooms are clean (which is also a plus). In short, I will definitely return. In high season, it's best to make a reservation.

I ordered the beef skewer on the owner's recommendation, and it was an excellent choice. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly cooked, and the fries were delicious! My partner had the steak and egg, which was also very good. In short, a fantastic place that we'll definitely be back for next time!
