The pizzas are delicious, especially the focaccia, which is fantastic.
However, the pasta dishes are disappointing; they're cooked in the French style, resulting in soggy, sticky pasta.
It's a shame.

10/05/2026: I was looking for a restaurant open on a Sunday evening, as I was just passing through, and this pizzeria was a wonderful find. The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven. The San Daniele is delicious, and the ham is exceptional. A homemade tiramisu was the perfect ending to a flawless meal. All this in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

28/05/2026: Prices are displayed on the shelves, but at the checkout, they're different, and of course, higher. I noticed an error at the checkout: "Well, we can't do anything about it..." That's a serious mistake; normally, the item should be the same price at the checkout as on the shelf. It's a shame, because otherwise the store is quite decent.
19/05/2026: Beware, don't buy your fish from the fish counter without checking the delivery date. I bought 1kg of salmon fillets on Monday, May 18th, and they were rotten after 24 hours. I had to throw it all away, €20 down the drain. I suspect the fishmonger sold us an inedible product. The skin on one of the fillets had come off on its own in the bag, clear evidence of a product that wasn't fresh. I won't be fooled again.

04/04/2026: After several visits, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is excellent, homemade with fresh ingredients. The manager is very friendly.
All this at a very reasonable price.
17/03/2026: A lovely discovery for me this lunchtime, accompanied by a friend and her daughter. The setting was very calm and pleasant. The dining room was very well furnished. The dishes were delicious. The atmosphere was very friendly. Vincent is a young man who loves his work and deserves to succeed. I will be back soon to recommend the establishment to my partner.

03/04/2026: (Lunch between noon and 2 pm with a 1 hour 15 minute break) We were served quickly and it was very good!
15/03/2026: This is the second time I've been here, and both times I've been practically refused service.
The first time, I had to insist just to get a coffee and a dessert.
This morning, after waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes and several reminders, no one came to take my order. They looked at me, dusted the coffee maker, but no one bothered to come and see me.
I find this very disrespectful to customers. As for me, I won't be going back.

23/05/2026: The place is lovely, but the dishes are expensive for the portion size. The service is quite slow, and dogs are allowed off-leash; it lacks a bit of discipline...it can only improve 🙏

I don't recommend this restaurant, which enjoys a sort of monopoly in Bois-Plage thanks to its location. It's very expensive for what it is. In season, I prefer the small tapas bar next door.
There are more options in La Couarde.

Arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm (I should mention, it was Sunday evening, no dine-in service).
First, the goat cheese and salmon crispy sandwich was €4.80 for drive-thru and €5.30 for takeout!!! Hmm… spot the mistake!
Then we ordered chicken stir-fried noodles with only one piece of chicken (€28 per kilo)… um… I think they're taking advantage of their customers!! It bothers me because we used to come here occasionally, but next time, we'll do things differently 🤔
14/05/2026: We ordered for four people via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, our order didn't include any sauces or salad. A member of the team came to bring us sauces 30 minutes later and offered us two desserts, which was a nice touch. However, we had to wait a while, and our food was cold. Aside from that, it was very good.

05/05/2026: Amazing experience at Le Bastion! We went for a hen weekend over May Day, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredible, the singer during dinner had an exceptional voice, the staff was fantastic, and we had a blast.
The value for money is excellent, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this place for a successful night out with friends!
