30/04/2026: We were just passing through and were served after 2 pm. Very warm welcome, generous and beautifully presented dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pavlova for dessert was divine. Go without hesitation!

10/07/2026: Beautiful fresh dishes, delicious oysters! Unfortunately, unmotivated staff; the owner will get gray hair from this. Despite the air conditioning, it was too hot inside, most tables were empty, so we sat by the window anyway.

25/06/2026: We came here as a couple several weeks ago. I can't say it wasn't good, but there were some mishaps that left a bad taste in my mouth. First, there was a mistake with the aperitif, which I didn't send back to avoid wasting it. Second, there was a mistake with the cooking of the main course, which was a piece of beef. It was well-done instead of rare. Beef lovers will understand the sacrilege. I pointed this out, but I didn't change it, again to avoid wasting food. We were expecting, however, with a bill approaching €300, a gesture of goodwill, like offering us coffee, but not even that... two coffees charged at €10! More expensive than in Paris or St. Tropez... in short, we won't be back.

31/07/2026: We have had lunch at this restaurant several times. The setting is pleasant and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed several times by the main course on the set menu. We come to a restaurant that specializes in fish and shellfish. The chef creates a new menu each week, and it is clearly made with inexpensive products for maximum profit. This is evident on the plate: very small mussels with hardly any meat inside, mackerel, or sardines. I pointed out when paying that it is unacceptable for Jols to serve such dishes; it is not worthy of a seafood restaurant, and the manager confirmed that they should not serve such dishes. A three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) costs €29.50. Mr. Jean-François Malle, please make an effort with the quality of your ingredients, and we will come more often. Also, you do not respond to emails. The menu is more elaborate, the fish and ingredients are of higher quality, and the prices are higher! We expect—and so do your customers—a greater commitment to quality and a selection of better products.

26/07/2026: An excellent place recommended by a friend. I'm thrilled: finally, a restaurant that knows how to cook with flavor! I recommend the baked egg with Maroilles cheese as a starter—it's delicious! My partner had the avocado toast and loved it; it was very generous. Special mention for the two mocktails: the Passion Fruit and the Zesty. I haven't tasted a better non-alcoholic cocktail. Bravo!

04/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the staff, and the atmosphere was beautifully curated and well-executed. The cocktails were excellent, especially the Jack Daniel's and the Po...star Martini! We will definitely be back given the quality of the drinks and the friendliness of the bartenders.

19/07/2026: Noisy, frozen steak (I didn't choose how it was cooked)... service... uh, yes, it was busy [if you can't handle the crowds... PLEASE REFUSE]... but no, for that price I'd rather go somewhere else... (overall, we were all disappointed)

30/06/2026: An exceptional restaurant! We were lucky enough to dine at this restaurant and it's already a wonderful memory. Refined cuisine featuring local products, attentive yet friendly service, and a fine wine selection. And all this at a very reasonable price. Go without hesitation!

11/06/2026: Delicious waffles, dishes that are simple yet tasty, original, and beautifully presented, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Run by a young, dynamic couple. The historic building, dating back to 1615, has an almost familial dining room.
