24/05/2026: I returned to this little restaurant, this time sitting on the terrace. It was quite busy, but the conversations weren't bothersome, creating a pleasant, rustic atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly, with very kind waitresses. The meal was generous, hearty, and beautifully presented. It's a small village restaurant that knows how to welcome its customers; I highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: Overall, very average. A long wait, and the salmon and vegetables were undercooked. The hamburger was rock hard. No salt, no pepper, no sauce. The table was wobbly. The fries were good, but disappointing overall.

30/05/2026: Very good! The dishes are generous, the fish is well cooked with a top-notch side dish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the waitress was very kind.

29/05/2026: What a beautiful establishment! Everything is perfect: the location, the staff, and the excellent food. I've never had such a good Caesar salad, and the wine was superb. Thank you to the entire team, who were fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant.

03/06/2026: L'Embarcadère, a charming little restaurant on the banks of the Loire. The welcome and service were excellent; the waiters were friendly and pleasant. The food was generally very good, however, not everything was perfect. For starters, we had the gravlax salmon and foie gras, which were delicious, but the croutons served with them were hard and stale. Luckily, the bread was fresh. For our main course, we chose the pollack fish and chips. The portion was generous, the fish was fresh, and the sauce was good, but the fries were just "ordinary" (I suspect they were frozen). The atmosphere was normal, a bit noisy as we were all on the shaded terrace, enjoying the heat, while the main dining room was open. It's a shame we didn't have the option of eating in the air conditioning. I will probably return later this year to try the "winter" menu.

31/05/2026: SUPERB experience, just one minor point: far too much oil in both our dishes (perhaps a chef's mistake). But I'll be back! On the other hand, vaping should be banned on terraces just like smoking! I thank my table neighbor for poisoning me last night.

28/02/2026: I was supposed to be celebrating something that day. I went there with my friend at noon. The staff didn't speak a word of French... None of what we wanted was on the menu. No salmon, no langoustines, no fish at all. Beforehand, I had checked my own menu: the prices didn't match what was displayed in the restaurant. For example, they ordered four gratinated oysters, but there they only served three. We had to ask for one more. The mussels were frozen and barely edible. They were also so small we wondered where we'd get them. Again, the waiter lied, saying before we ordered that they would be enormous! My friend ordered a scallop carpaccio. There was one scallop, so small I thought it was just a garnish. To make up for it, they offered me a glass of wine (but not my friend). However, the bill was ENORMOUS. Over €165... And to think I'd been before and the first visit was great.

20/05/2026: Excellent welcome! Charming hotel, tastefully renovated. Dinner, featuring fresh, homemade dishes, and breakfast were both perfect. An ideal stop for cyclists on the Velodyssey route.

20/05/2026: A superb stopover while cycling, a fantastic welcome – don't hesitate! We wish we could find this type of accommodation more often. Dinner and breakfast were perfect. Very comfortable beds.

25/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Cabane, which we discovered by chance while passing by. The oysters were delicious, as were the periwinkles and whelks, and the service was fantastic. Thank you! We won't hesitate to return if we're in the mood for seafood...

16/05/2026: Deliciously generous food. The pizzas we ordered were generously topped with good quality ingredients. The dough was very thin and easy to eat. We also ordered the tikka chicken masala which was very tasty. The only feedback was about the desert. The menu was not very appealing. We ordered the rhubarb tart which was not good at all. Overall, a highly recommended family restaurant at an affordable price.

25/05/2026: A really nice restaurant, very good food, and very well located... what more could you ask for? Refreshing mocktail (well, lots of crushed ice...). Amazing burgers... we loved them... special mention to the burger buns... fantastic... (actually, everything else was great too ^^). Excellent ice cream dessert (Dame Blanche/Chocolat Liégeois)... the chocolate was excellent... The French toast was also excellent... And to top it all off, we had a sunset on the beach... Very friendly and fast service... reasonable price considering the quality (4 mocktails/4 burgers/3 desserts... €128). We recommend it 200%! ^^
