26/08/2024: Sadly very bad managed. Could be a fantastic experience if only there would be a slightly better communication and service. Overall decent food but slow and a bit dirty.

23/08/2024: Soirée sympathique accueil parfait . Potence gambas potence poulet et aïoli a été notre repas. Très goûteux et accompagné de légumes frais. Merci a tt l équipe de côte soleil.

22/08/2024: Patron effronté et odieux, de la peine pour le père, serveur de 75 ans qui vend un plat avec dessert …puis qui se rétracte. Aliments provenants en majorité du métro avec des sauces repêchées dans des plats déjà consommés, bref une honte.

01/09/2024: Discovered this place last night, the outdoor terrace is just magnificent, the atmosphere is great as well as the staff. We had an excellent evening. Friendly place, for white wine lovers the Nectardiff is delicious.

18/01/2025: The food is good and cheap. However, you shouldn't expect too much. Pre-cooked mussels with the desired sauce added afterwards. The fries, on the other hand, are really tasty. Service is attentive and friendly. The prices are moderate.

07/12/2024: We have never been disappointed until now but we went to eat there last Saturday November 30 and I don't think we are ready to go back. There was clearly a staffing problem. Virtually empty room and no more welcoming new customers. An hour to have mussels and fries. Cheese in the sauce that wasn't melted and frozen fries that were dry. The waiter was apologetic and did what he could but it seemed like they were all doing the cooking and serving. Plus it was very cold and I left with a bad cold. In short, it's over for us

04/09/2024: La salle de restaurant est joliment décorée, le personnel est professionnel et sympathique. Le menu proposé à 35 euros offre des mets goûteux et bien présentés. En particulier le pavé de veau braisé à basse température était à point. Seul petit bémol : une chaleur étouffante que ce soit dans la salle principale ou dans la véranda, venant affecter le plaisir gustatif du moment.

23/07/2024: Very well located and the welcome is pleasant and friendly. No air conditioning and the rooms are poorly insulated. Great breakfast to start a day full of adventure, it's true that it costs 15€/P but given the varieties... I think it's OK I recommend

18/08/2024: We (4) enjoyed our meal, masterful sea bream very well cooked, prawn pasta, excellent desserts, well chosen rosé wine, on a white tablecloth table, in an idyllic place on Capelan beach, far from the crowds of the port... Let's hope the chef stays at the end of the season! Very pleasant and competent server. THANK YOU

18/08/2024: A disaster! We had booked for 8:30 p.m., after an hour of driving we arrived ready to spend a great evening... unfortunately what a disappointment: after 30 minutes of waiting we ended up asking for the menus and learning that there was only 1 dish left. available on the 4 offered… On Saturday of the week of August 15 at 8:30 p.m., this seems incomprehensible. Especially since the waiter confirmed to us that all the tables had been reserved so you just have to learn to count your stocks! The service is completely lousy too, no drinks and nothing to eat… we preferred to leave the restaurant! No apology from the staff present, nothing!

02/09/2024: Comme à notre habitude, nous avons la veille, réservé une table pour 05 Personnes, et a cette occasion, j'ai demandé, si il y avait des Huitres N° 2 en stock. Réponse, mais bien sur, pas de Problème. Donc, on se Présente le lendemain soir, à 20 heures comme convenue. Première surprise, 3 quarts du Restaurant était vide. Prise de la commande apéritif, je constate qu'il y a de moins en moins de choix en Whisky. Ensuite, on vient prendre notre commande. Et là, j'Explose, je demande 12 Huitres N°2, et gentiment la Serveuse, me répond qu'il n'y en a pas, seulement des N°3. La Criée plonge inexorablement dans un Gouffre sans fond, les Clients se Plaignent, et la Direction sans Moque complétement. Cerise sur le Gâteau, en Février j'avais signalé que le '' Lime '' ne va pas du tout avec les Huitres, mais ils continuent à en servir. Par contre toujours pas de pain de Seigle, et pas de Beurre Salée. Le Poisson était excellent, encore Heureux. Toujours pas de fromage. Nous constatons qu'il n'y a plus de Film sur la Mer, les Ecrans sont NOIR, et à l'entrée il n'y a plus la corbeille remplie de petit Bonbon, qui faisait plaisir aux petits, et aux Grands. Mais la catastrophe, ne s'arrête pas la. En effet, le Ticket que l'on me présente, est Datée du 11 Janvier 1970 à 04h56.......Le pire, au Toilette Homme, le distributeur de Papier Hygiénique est Vide, et sur un Tabouret, on a posé deux rouleaux de Papier Standard. Les serveuses sont courageuses, pour travaillée dans cette ambiance délétère....La Criée est en Plein Naufrage.......

29/08/2024: Excellent discovery! Very nice experience in this restaurant. The plate was varied and well balanced: a delicious salmon tartare, a fine mousse, crispy fries and a fresh salad. Everything was well presented and tasty. The setting is pleasant and the service efficient. An address that I recommend for an outing with friends or family

31/08/2024: This last Thursday, More than 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting to get the dishes. The owner explains to us that following the fire in the neighboring restaurant she did not expect so many people... Despite the children's menus and the coffees offered, I'm sorry, I won't go back there again. You knew this since the accident next door the day before, so it's up to you to review your organization to receive more cutlery than the abnormal one, or if there was not the possibility of blocking up to a certain number of cutlery. You preferred to receive the whole world, provide mediocre service and a bad image of your restaurant. It’s a shame because the dishes are good.

01/10/2024: We only went to the restaurant. It's clearly a tourist trap. 20th the Burger, the fish without flavor, the children's formula, not great but we could have actually asked for more details, its fish fillet bathed in sauce (having tasted it, I didn't even want it). Unpleasant welcome. Go your way, walk a little more and you will find other restaurants that are friendlier and better located.

08/05/2024: Dining at Merle is a very Lyon experience, especially its "les halles" atmosphere. The Soupe de Poissons, croûtons et rouille and the Escargots de Bourgogne extra gros, can only be experienced with that quality at Merle. The impeccable carriage and the exclusive atmosphere make a night in Lyon an unforgettable night, visiting a must!

20/09/2024: I've come here twice between August and September to eat unlimited mussels and have never been disappointed! The mussels are quite large and super good! He really has a choice of sauces, it’s fantastic! The mussels are amazingly good and Fallon, the waitress is really nice and doesn't hesitate if we need anything. I recommend this restaurant, very well located with a nice view, the sea and not far away, very nice setting
