07/09/2024: Very friendly and available team! But light hygiene 😏. Very nice seafood but an extra rinse with clean water would have been enough to make it not feel like it was ready for a while already! It still disgusted me. Too bad, the mussels were beautiful and I love them... I really couldn't enjoy them 😕. We didn't finish the set 😔, what a waste. Showcase to be absolutely cleaned too, because on the terrace, where we were sitting, it was not very pretty to see. We weren't the only customers, I don't know if the others noticed the same thing or not?!

16/09/2024: Très déçu !! Nous sommes venu y manger une fondue durant l'hiver 2023 et c'était parfait. Nous y sommes retourné début septembre 2023 et.... Du tournedos à la carte mais pas en cuisine, un pavé de bœuf cuit sur un grille sûrement charboné vu le goût et l'odeur de la viande, odeur qui a rapidement envahie la salle de restaurant, des frites brûlées et un vin gris/ blanc servi trop chaud...dommage, peut être une fatigue de fin de saison ou le chef en congés ce soir là??? Nous cherchons ailleurs la prochaine fois

16/11/2024: Une vue à couper le souffle mais hélàs une cuisine digne d'un restaurant d'autoroute au prix d'un restaurant étoilé ! Nous avons pris langouste (sortie tout droit d'un congélateur et recouverte d'une sauce trop grasse) et des filets de boeuf (même traitement et même accompagnement que la langouste !) pour finir sur des desserts sans aucun intérêt , le tout pour 4 moyennant une addition qui frôle les 400€ : A FUIR ! C'est certain nous n'y reviendrons pas......

23/09/2024: My husband and i couldn't wait to return to Hutterite Regis for oysters. Our recent experience was mixed. The restaurant still only serves4 different kinds of oysters and a small variety of other seafood. The sea snails (bulots) with which we began were PERFECT. We then shared two dozen oysters - six of each kind. Unfortunately of these 24 oysters, 4-6 of them were spoiled. This should not have happened in an oyster only restaurant. ALSO one of te great delights ib eating only oysters for dinner, is downing it all with perfect French bread and tons of butter. Alas, Huiterie Regis is now STINGY with the butter. They present a small basket a bread to the table with ONE SMALL PACKET of butter, Definitely a different philosophy from the wonderful generous hosts that use to run this MUCH SMALL and DIMINISHED oyster temple near Saint Germain de President.

11/09/2024: Great for fresh sea food. It's small and typical french without tourist. You have a small bar so you can also enjoy some oysters as apetizer. Also a lot of options for fruit de mer.

18/09/2024: Nous avons eu du mal à trouver un restaurant qui ne soit pas crêpes ou burgers et sommes tombés par hasard sur cet endroit surprenant par son accueil, générosité (amuse gueule pour mettre en bouche, nappe en tissu, ramassage des miettes avant dessert) et le plus important : plats succulents,(même le pain est délicieux ) et bien présentés. Nous avons été ravis de notre choix . À conseiller.

13/09/2024: The place is great, with super friendly service, but frankly, the food wasn't up to par. The squids were like rubber, the pollock tartare was bland, and the portions were much too small. Too bad, because the atmosphere was really nice!
