The setting on the harbor is stunning and truly gives you the feeling of being completely secluded. ⚓🌅 PS: Even in summer, take the time to see the inside of the restaurant. The decor is magnificent and definitely worth a visit. ✨ PS 2: If you are more than two people and would like to eat on the terrace, remember to make a reservation. 😉

18/07/2026: Staying in Saint-Palais, I was looking for a restaurant offering good food with a nice view (something you don't find in the seaside resort). The staff gave us a very warm welcome. We were seated on the terrace, and the view from the restaurant is breathtaking. It was a bit windy that evening. The very kind staff offered us a table inside by the window to preserve the view, as my partner was feeling a bit chilly. The recommendations from the head waiter were excellent, both in terms of food and wine. The service and the quality of the dishes were both top-notch. The Irish coffee to finish the meal was exceptionally well-prepared by the head waiter. My experience at this establishment is a 10/10. Thank you to the team who were fantastic throughout the entire meal! Special mention goes to our favorite waiter, who is a genuine person; you can clearly see that this gentleman loves his job! And also to his style of dress (purple trousers and Nike sneakers – he might recognize us!), which I personally adore!!

22/07/2026: Go to Le Boucanier and you'll be delighted! Where to begin... Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, from the welcome and the service to the food and the atmosphere. In short, a true success. The cuisine is high-quality thanks to local products (fish, seafood, meat, and more) but also to a touch of Latin American influence (Peru never disappoints). In each dish, you can see the care and attention to detail. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful. It's a cuisine that knows how to satisfy every palate, whether you prefer fish, seafood, or meat. No one is left out. I chose the burrata, the beef (an excellent Peruvian recipe), and the pavlova. It was a delight, and I'm already thinking about my next visit. It's also worth noting that the food isn't the only positive aspect contributing to the success of this culinary experience. The view, the decor, and the ambiance are particularly appealing. A touch of exoticism without detracting too much from the seaside setting. Once again, flawless. And finally, how can we not mention the service... the Boucanier team is young, dynamic, and attentive. Professionalism is evident from beginning to end. If you're celebrating a birthday, this wonderful team will surprise you and show their warm welcome. I would like to thank Mariana for her attentiveness throughout my experience at the Boucanier. 23/07/2026: Freshness and quality, straight from the fishing port to the 'Barque Bleue', and, if you wish, served immediately at your table. Anyone who appreciates exquisite shellfish prepared to perfection will definitely be delighted here. The perfect selection for seafood lovers: Camargue oysters, prawns, brown crab, bulgur wheat, palourdes, and amandes, offered individually upon request or on a platter... my favorite: the 'Plateau Ecailler' with a superb selection of the 'Top 6' Camargue classics, priceless, but here at an absolutely fair price. Hard to believe, because: just around the corner at Place de la République, the tourist terraces are ruthlessly fighting for every single customer, and quality and freshness are hardly a priority there... I prefer to trust the locals' advice and enjoy perfect quality and service with style at the 'Barque Bleue'.

22/07/2026: Once again, we've been coming for 15 years now, a platter with Étang de Théau cheese for two, and it's always wonderfully fresh. The staff and owner are always ready to go the extra mile for their customers. When I read or see some of the reviews, it's laughable how disingenuous they are. Some people just don't get it. Don't change a thing, please! We're very satisfied and we'll send you our customers.

A request we made when booking had been taken into account, and we immediately felt expected. Throughout the meal, every member of the team was smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. On the plate, everything was remarkable: high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, just the right seasoning, and exquisitely refined flavor combinations. The value for money is truly remarkable. 06/08/2026: While visiting Le Pouliguen on a romantic getaway, my friend had booked a table at this restaurant as a surprise. We were treated like royalty with radiant smiles, seated at a stunning table overlooking the sea, and enjoyed perfectly cooked and delicious fish, all with attentive service from the waiters throughout the meal. We felt truly privileged, as if we were in a gourmet restaurant, yet the prices remained quite reasonable. Thank you for this magical experience.

We sat comfortably in the garden and had a sharing dinner featuring, among other things, the octopus ceviche, the cod balls, fish rillette, a ball of prawns with mayo... everything was delicious and the bottle of Petit Chablis was a perfect match. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening.

05/08/2026: We spent 15 days in La Baule and loved lunch and dinner at 16 Art. A restaurant worth discovering. You won't be disappointed. A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious, very fresh, and generously served dishes. Special mention for Mama's shrimp! A fantastic team. The waiters and waitresses are attentive, responsive, very professional, and always smiling. 23/07/2026: A unique place, decorated in a vintage style without being kitsch. The combination of a charming bookshop, display cases of memorabilia, postcards, and posters is interesting. The staff is very friendly, and despite the busy atmosphere, the wait is minimal. The menu offers a limited number of options, but they're unique, carefully curated, and above all delicious. A good selection of local beers and wines. Overlooking the rocks and the sea. Beautiful.
