21/03/2024: Intimate restaurant with a warm atmosphere and well sheltered from the hubbub of Châtelet, the menu is basic but the food is very good. The staff is not only welcoming and very friendly.
The new waitress is great and the legendary Djadja will be able to advise you if you don't know what to have
It has become the legendary meeting place of the 3 musketeers and I highly recommend it.

29/03/2024: Very pleasant discovery. A smiling welcome. The room with a magnificent view of the region. A caring service. An à la carte choice sufficient to satisfy everyone. The chef offers dishes focused on fish, a delicate parillada, a very well presented risotto, a delicious lean steak. And to finish, delicious and hearty homemade desserts.... A beautiful wine list, at reasonable prices.
An establishment to discover and know absolutely. We will return....

29/03/2024: After several days of searching on the internet for a place to taste seafood from an oyster farmer, I let myself be guided by the opinions of Internet users.
I have absolutely no regrets. Not only are the welcome and the service pleasant, but the place is very friendly, even if yesterday the weather was mixed, and the products are excellent.
The oysters are refined, which is therefore pleasant in the mouth... The mussel brasucade is also a treat.
In short, I strongly recommend it. A priori there are always people, even out of season, so remember to call beforehand.

27/03/2024: On a rainy evening in Bordeaux, it was a delight to come across Le Chiopot. Highly recommended. Lovely food. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff.
21/03/2024: I didn't know about this emblematic restaurant in the Bordeaux area and it was time to do something about it after 23 years of living in the region.
The menu is very beautiful, whether in terms of meat or seafood.
That said, the reputation of the restaurant having been built on meat products, you have to have fun with it.
I enjoyed tricandilles followed by a 1/2 breast of rossini duck with small vegetables and Bordeaux porcini mushrooms (it's the season we were in October) perfectly prepared.
The wine and digestive list is magnificent, every wine enthusiast will find what they are looking for.
An essential address not to be missed.
