Special mention for the pastry chef who served us a fantastic dessert. 26/03/2024: Le Pinasse Café: our reference for birthdays or special occasions. So many changes since our last visit in 2020! The view of the Dune is always perfect, although the somewhat high hedges obstruct the view. On the other hand, the contents of the plate are disappointing: meager and average in terms of cooking. The pigeon is in fact half a squab, the sea bream fillet makes 3 bites and the garnish is made up of 2 seed cut in 2 placed around 3 tablespoons of sauce. I suddenly look differently at people on terraces who mostly eat nice plates of fries. Terrace which, arriving after us, is nevertheless served before the 7 of us. The service stretches on until the oldest (87 and 89 years old) are exhausted. In short, disappointment.
