25/09/2024: A little disappointed for a first meal in this restaurant. The description of certain dishes is promising, beautiful presentation but the taste is not there, for example the langoustines émultion café: we are looking for the taste of coffee as light as it is, brunoise steamed vegetables (not mentioned in the description) without taste or seasoning, candied leeks announced but in fact 3 mini pieces of barely snacked and almost raw leeks, fortunately the 3 langoustines were well cooked but did not save the dish charged with a supplement on the menu (announced). Fortunately, very tender squid fricassee and good bouillabaisse. On the other hand, Baba au rhum with a baba dough which is not real and not soaked. And finally the wine ordered was no longer available but we only found out by asking for it once the dishes were served. The price on the other hand is right there.

16/12/2025: A very good restaurant. The seafood was well-prepared, especially the shrimp and langoustines, which had a unique and unusual flavor that I really enjoyed. The fish with beurre blanc sauce and its accompaniments was excellent; the fish was cooked to perfection, and the beurre blanc had the flavor I love. The shallots in the beurre blanc were very well prepared and enhanced the sauce beautifully. The crème brûlée was exactly as I like it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the quality of your dishes; I was delighted to enjoy these delicious meals.

07/12/2025: Quantity and quality. This little restaurant may not look like much, but the food is absolutely delicious. Excellent seafood platter. Very warm and friendly welcome.

14/12/2024: I came with my partner via reservation on December 14, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. Top cuisine with top-notch service, the restaurant is great, the products are fresh and it's rare to find shellfish of such good quality! On the other hand I only gave 3 not for the restaurant, but unfortunately we were next to two couples who were very unpleasant, homophobic and on top of that we only heard them when they said things that no one was supposed to hear. I had planned to have a platter like the previous one + dessert, but that ruined our appetite. And of course I left with a bit of an upset mood. If I came back, I would ask for a quieter, more secluded table. Obviously if I come it is to enjoy and have a good time with my partner but in the end quite the opposite. Otherwise the team is good and super professional. To see for next time perhaps. Good luck.

We booked our table in advance on the website after reading the Google reviews, without knowing the place. • Booking was quite simple, which is a plus. • The parking was also relatively accessible; so far, so good. • Upon arrival, my mother, who has reduced mobility, used the access ramp instead of the stairs. However, there was a slight problem: the person who greeted us directed us to a table in the window that required climbing stairs (my mother didn't say anything to avoid inconveniencing anyone, but in my opinion, the least they could do is adapt). • On the plus side, the staff are in work attire. • We received tablets for the menu, and the process wasn't particularly user-friendly, but we managed. • We asked what the complimentary amuse-bouche was while we waited for the aperitifs ➡️ The answer was "I don't know" 😅 Okay, that's all, but curious. • We asked about the difference between Muscat Beaumes de Venise and Muscat de Rivesaltes ➡️ The answer was "I don't know," the comeback 😅😅 Anyway, thanks Google. • Nice jazzy background music. • The display window lacked proper sandblasting or draping... Luckily, I wasn't wearing a miniskirt 😅 • We ordered meat and salmon, and the cutlery arrived, which was a plus 👍, but there were no questions other than about how it would be cooked. • The dishes arrived, and we waited a bit, but we noticed that the side salad hadn't arrived. So, on the one hand, we wondered if it had been forgotten or not? We eat at quite a few restaurants in Belgium and France, but a flank steak with shallots for €28 and an Irish steak for €29, cut the wrong way, is very expensive, especially since we also had mediocre fries and a sauce that wasn't homemade. It would be wise to brief your staff on side dishes; a salad or vegetables to better complement the meat isn't a luxury. • So, a disappointing experience because the Google reviews are generally good, and the furniture is comfortable, but after so many years, you need to re-evaluate your processes, the staff briefings, and the customer enthusiasm regarding pricing. We understand that it's not easy in the food industry, and we assume the prices are high because there's a good selection of seafood, so there are probably losses to pass on, but if you're asking for higher prices, the quality should reflect that.

08/01/2026: What a disappointment!! Our table wasn't reserved... The restaurant was packed! It's December 31st!! On our plates, whether it was the sole that wasn't browned at all or the lobster... defrosted! The mashed potatoes were lukewarm... We left with light stomachs... but not with the bill!! Alas, this will be our last visit, even though we've been coming here with pleasure for 15 years... I'm sorry, Emilie, I asked to see you but never heard back!!! Best wishes to you!!! Mrs. Verdonck

30/12/2025: The owner is incredibly friendly. The dishes are more than excellent... a truly sophisticated and refined delight. Generous portions. Well done to the chef! I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: Lunch just the way we like it: the flavors and tastes of the islands. The only downside: the portion size. It would be worth an extra euro or two to make up for that. Nevertheless, I recommend this place for a change of scenery.
