20/04/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I used to come here regularly with pleasure, but this last experience was particularly disappointing. From the start, the waitress announced that she would only bring "two salads for four people" because she was "tired of throwing them away." A completely inappropriate and unprofessional remark that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the service was of the same caliber: an unpleasant, unfriendly attitude, and generally inappropriate behavior throughout the meal. When it came time to pay, she even had the nerve to ask if we wanted our change back… In this context, the question is quite shocking. A very disappointing experience, completely unlike anything I've had before. I won't be returning and I certainly won't be recommending this establishment, unlike in the past. It's a real shame.

13/04/2026: A young, friendly, and dynamic team, ready to provide every possible service. The rooms are large and very clean (pleasant). The hotel's location is close to the town center (5 to 10 minutes), which is convenient for running errands, and also near the Dordogne River for short walks in the evening or afternoon. 12/04/2026: There were 11 of us cyclists for a short week's stay with half-board. Everything went very well! The hotel is located right in the center, and there's free parking within a reasonable distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the charm of a period property, like the rest of the hotel. The restaurant is also excellent; the food is delicious and the menus are well-balanced. Finally, the service is top-notch, the welcome is warm, and all the staff are incredibly friendly!

They possess a perfect knowledge of the dishes, presented with the cheerful spirit of the Southwest. A must-visit restaurant in Bordeaux, and the bill is surprisingly reasonable. In short, highly recommended. A sommelier in a brasserie is a welcome addition, but essential given the extensive wine selection.
