20/03/2026: The brunch at €26.50 for such a small portion… The golden hash browns looked nice, but the taste left much to be desired: they were nowhere near as good as the hash browns I've had before… They lacked seasoning and flavor…🫤 The drinks were good (orange juice and coffee), but the rest needs improvement, as the quality and quantity weren't there for the price. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming ☺️

10/03/2026: Arriving at 9:25 PM and being told, "Sorry, the kitchen is closed," what a disgrace for a restaurant like this, especially since it closes at 11 PM! Avoid Le Régent in Blanquefort at all costs.

05/03/2026: I ate here today. I ordered the veggie burger with goat cheese. But there was no burger. It was just goat cheese, with another slice of goat cheese on top 😂 Way too much cheese for one meal, and not what I thought I ordered. But apparently it wasn't a mistake; that's really what their veggie burger with goat cheese is.

07/03/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The welcome was far from pleasant. The waitress, who seemed to be the owner's wife, spoke very curtly and sometimes disrespectfully to both customers and staff. There was a bad atmosphere in the dining room, which completely ruined the experience. When you go to a restaurant, you expect at least a little respect and friendliness. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

22/03/2026: Sorry, but this was my first time ordering a three-meat couscous takeout. We were very disappointed: the container (poke bowl style) contained three-quarters semolina, three mini kefta meatballs, half a merguez sausage, and a piece of chicken, all mixed together with very few vegetables. There was very little broth, so the semolina on top was soggy and the bottom was dry. I've never seen couscous takeout like this! It's always two separate containers: semolina and vegetables, meat, and a generous amount of broth, especially considering the poke bowl is €20. On VO, there's a couscous takeout that's served very generously in two containers and is incredibly good (homemade harissa), and there's always leftovers for the next day... At Shérazade, it's probably better and more generous to eat in (for the same price), but I don't recommend the takeout; it tastes bland, lacking spices and snem (a type of Moroccan pasta), and there are lots of chickpeas and few vegetables. We're sorry, but we're disappointed to have been disappointed. Also, please read your feedback to improve your service, because it's the artificial intelligence that does the work...personalize your responses. Sincerely

01/03/2026: The hotel is well-located with private parking, and the reception staff are very pleasant. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was very good. However, the person who served us that day didn't say a single word while we were having lunch. I recommend this hotel.

02/03/2026: I've dined there twice, and I've always had the same impression: a bland, cold, and unfriendly atmosphere, and appallingly unfriendly service! Frankly, given the atmosphere, it's better to get your pizzas to go; I understand why the restaurant is practically empty! Getting a smile from them felt like you had to pay extra! Living in Bordeaux and used to many restaurants, this one takes the cake for friendliness... When I walk into this place, I always feel like I'm intruding; everyone is staring, and not a single person says hello! And a quick note about the tomato-based pizzas: the final result is a little runny, which is a shame because the pizzas themselves are very good! Perhaps the tomato paste is a bit too thin...

28/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the pizzas are delicious, and the owner is incredibly friendly and always smiling! The 24/7 pizza vending machine outside is super convenient for getting hot pizzas outside of opening hours. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: I just had a bad experience for the first time. On Monday evening, January 12th (8:30 PM), I went to pick up two pizzas from the automatic ordering service, and it turns out that the one I chose (the one on special offer) made me sick during the night. The next day I was very weak, so I called a doctor who, after various tests, rushed me to the hospital. They diagnosed severe food poisoning. It took me a full week to recover, with my liver severely affected, and I was hospitalized for 10 days. In conclusion, I will no longer order pizzas from the automatic ordering service because I no longer trust them. However, I will remain a loyal customer of this pizzeria for pizzas made right in front of me. I just hope they'll pay attention and remove the older pizzas or those nearing their expiration date (or even be more vigilant about the ingredients they use). However, if I were to get sick again from eating another pizza, I would file a complaint this time for endangering others through poisoning. I haven't done it yet because I'm feeling a bit better today, and I think we're allowed to make mistakes because nobody's perfect (and besides, I've never had a problem with their very good pizzas before because I'm a big fan).
