08/12/2025: A cozy, beautiful place with amazing service and incredible products. The shop assistant was so nice, spoke Spanish, and gave us excellent service. The products looked fantastic: cinnamon rolls, breads, croissants… We bought everything! I'm sure it tastes as good as it smells… 🤤 PS: They have some really cool and good quality tote bags 💫

21/11/2025: Amazing veggie sandwich for lunch today 😋 I'd been wanting to try it for ages, but until now, the opening hours didn't work out. That's sorted now, and I wasn't disappointed. It was delicious, and I indulged a little, but I'd already tried the olive roll = "to die for" 🤩 I highly recommend this bakery. I'll be back 🙂

31/01/2026: It was very good, I liked what was on my plate. What bothered me was the difficulty of moving between the till, the buffet, and the water fountain... It's a real mess as soon as there are a few people around :)

02/12/2025: Good evening, I placed an order last night and made the mistake of selecting "takeout" instead of "delivery." No worries, I owned up to my mistake and went to the restaurant. I warned what seemed to be the "manager" three times not to place the order twice or be charged twice. (I had, of course, also called beforehand.) He confirmed that I would. Today I realize my card is blocked because of a double payment for the same amount from the same company. Ah yes, the wonders of secure cards. Except that with my card blocked, I can't use it. I called the restaurant around 6:10 PM, thinking, "Don't push your luck, give them a break." I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I went there in person, but the restaurant was closed. A young man told me they would open at 7:30 PM. Excuse me for bringing up my modest age of 35 with 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry, but no franchise would ever open at 7:30 PM. I understand that the manager probably wanted to extend his little nap. Ten or twenty minutes, sure, that happens to everyone. But an hour! And to have the nerve to tell me to my face, "We're not open," "I'm not the manager," without any tact, it was bound to end with no diplomacy because I was simply fed up. Not only was I fed up with waiting and being hungry, but I was also treated like an idiot. Isn't that normal? So this so-called manager, who isn't really a manager, tells me we're closed. From that single sentence, I understood the lack of seriousness, the delay, and the lack of professionalism. I'm still waiting for a refund for my order. Bank transfer, cash delivery, it doesn't matter. I've given them several chances. Between forgetting my order because no delivery driver was available... The wings that were replaced with something else without being asked, or the forgotten bottle of cherry Coke—I accepted everything, but this is unacceptable. As a long-time loyal customer, I wish you good luck nonetheless. This industry isn't easy, but remember that loyal customers are important, both for the business and for morale. And this is actually the first time I've had a run-in with an employee there. I'm disappointed. A simple apology would have calmed my anger. Too bad. I won't let it go! Sincerely, Mr. Jimenez. It's a shame the chef doesn't stay in his kitchen, because if you have the misfortune of pointing out that the cork is stuck in the bottle of wine you're served, he comes running out of his kitchen like a jack-in-the-box and you get a real dressing-down. The very friendly staff are afraid of this owner, who is as bitter as he is good at cooking. This establishment just needs a good manager to be perfect.
