This time it was the fries and potato wedges: half-full containers, and when we asked for a fuller one, they were out of stock. The staff speak Thai, and if you usually like spicy food, you can order it extra spicy – ​​it's incredibly flavorful! On the contrary, she was very welcoming, smiling, polite, and quick. I wanted to pay for my coffee contactless, and she took the initiative to have me pay herself with the card reader, and the boss yelled at her for it! That's really management from the last century, wake up! And seriously, stop making up stories to cover up your reputation. It just makes things worse!

The food was good and served without too much of a wait. A simple and pleasant experience, perfect for dinner after a day of exploring the city.

06/03/2026: Thank you! Here I find the atmosphere of Bordeaux city center as it used to be... the service and ambiance are worthy of a top-notch restaurant. The dining room and cuisine are excellent. The waitress was also very friendly and recognized me even though I hadn't been back for seven years, and I had always had fond memories of this establishment.

The lack of decoration was a shame, especially considering the €55 menu priced at Valentine's Day. The wait was a bit long, and the meal lasted 2.5 hours. There was no heating despite the fireplace insert, so it was rather cold. There was no toilet paper. The atmosphere was poor and the place was dark. A pity.

Even if it's frustrating not being able to trust anything! This time, it's taken things a step further: there was neither raclette cheese nor fried onions in our two CBO raclette burgers... 22/03/2026: Re: Big Tasty without tomatoes and onions on March 21st. I complained and was completely ignored. Even the manager heard me but turned a deaf ear, and especially when I read the comments, absolutely nothing has changed! Not even a gesture, nothing. That's it, I won't be coming back, and I don't think I'm the only one disappointed with your service. I heard a woman go to the restroom and it was disgusting, it's appetizing. As I've read in other comments, the manager is very unpleasant, I can confirm that. I had stopped going to McDonald's for a few months because of an altercation with her and I come and surprise she was still there, I got veggie nuggets instead of nuggets and no tomatoes in my 280. (Last time there was neither onion nor tomato in it, hence the altercation with the manager because in fact there were no more at McDonald's so they serve and do not warn anyone, that's it) I ate and said nothing because you can't say anything to her and like her she looks down on people.

14/12/2025: Honestly, it's a pain in the ass. We've ordered Click & Collect several times, and several times things have been missing. ALWAYS check if everything is there because otherwise you get ripped off... Today, December 14, 2025, I was waiting for my order (€55 order / #ORD 9548) and strangely enough, the two damn dog toys that cost €7 and the Christmas drink worth 75 points (€75 spent at McDonald's, I remind you) were missing. So I walked back, and at the counter they gave me what I was owed, thankfully. However, I went home to eat, and imagine my surprise when I realized I should have also checked the fries, which didn't have any cheddar cheese!! Seriously, it's infuriating because I waited so long to not even get what I ordered.

10/12/2025: I often eat at McDonald's restaurants and I found the one in Cavignac really pleasant. The music was nice, the decor very pretty, and the employee Clemence served me with a big smile and great professionalism, which is always a pleasure. I recommend this McDonald's.
