15/07/2026: A very warm welcome, friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The portions are more than generous for a very reasonable price. We were very touched by the attention given to our small dog, who was allowed on the terrace (the reservation on the table specified 2 people and a dog). Our little dog even got a bowl of water. We will definitely return with great pleasure.

29/04/2026: Fantastic find! We were looking for somewhere to watch a game with friends and couldn't find anything… then we stumbled upon this bar, and honestly, we have absolutely no regrets. Great atmosphere, top-notch service. The owner immediately made us feel at ease; he was incredibly friendly and attentive. He even offered to take us outside to get some food and bring it back so we wouldn't miss the game, which is really rare! We felt right at home. I highly recommend it! 👍

29/01/2026: I'd like to share my experience at this bar; I came to the Cock and Bull with two friends who were ordering drinks (important for later). Since I couldn't afford it, but still wanted to spend some time with my friends at a bar, I didn't order any drinks there. The beers are €8, which is understandable in the city center, but way out of my budget that evening. So I brought my own beer without thinking to ask permission, and I admit that was a mistake! I'm fully aware of it! However, one of the waitresses' reactions was completely disproportionate. She snatched the drink from me, spoke to me very aggressively, poured the beer on the floor, then crushed the can before leaving with enormous aggression and disrespect. I completely understand that a bar might refuse outside drinks, but there are ways to say it. A simple reminder or a ban on drinking would have been enough. Her attitude made me extremely uncomfortable and shocked other people around me as well. It was a huge scene and ruined the evening, even though everything was going well. It's all the more unfortunate because, apart from this incident, the bar seemed really cool: the atmosphere was good, the other staff members and customers were very friendly, and there was a good selection of drinks and food—no complaints there! The problem clearly wasn't with the establishment as a whole, but solely with this waitress's behavior, which is truly problematic. Thanks :)

18/11/2025: Best Asian restaurant in Bordeaux in terms of value for money! And the food is excellent! Obviously, the ingredients aren't top-of-the-line, but given the prices, it's justified. There's a wide selection, and it's never disappointing! Always delicious. The bo bun is particularly good, perhaps my favorite in Bordeaux. And thank you to the staff for making this restaurant such a welcoming place! You'll always receive a warm welcome, and the owner won't hesitate to give you little gifts :) I've missed this restaurant since it closed for renovations. I'm really looking forward to the reopening.

09/06/2026: We were just passing through town. From the outside, it doesn't look like much. But if you're a wine lover, don't hesitate to go inside. When we entered, the waitresses were very welcoming and offered excellent wine recommendations. The interior ambiance and decor are superb. The meal was delicious and generous. I highly recommend this restaurant.

16/07/2026: A particularly cool, sugar shack-style spot with small armchairs and car seats. They serve a whole collection of rums and cocktails... that you're unlikely to find anywhere else. A few exotic tapas to spice things up, some music, and live music... cool servers. A truly unique place to discover... Cigars for sale.

27/06/2026: This bar is a gem! We arrived at 11 PM and the young man kindly agreed to serve us food. Unique venue, live music. A whole concept. Go there! Special mention for the accras (fritters)!
