05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.

15/11/2025: From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable here. The staff is unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. You truly feel welcome and valued as a guest. But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

01/03/2026: I ordered the small rectangular pizzas for home delivery. They were placed upright in the bag, all my pizzas got squashed against the cardboard boxes, and the toppings got mixed up inside. The delivery took two hours, and the pizzas were cold.

15/02/2026: The restaurant itself is nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting. When we arrived there was no “please wait to be seated” sign, so we waited near the entrance since we had a reservation. The server greeted us with “you can come closer, we don’t bite,” said in a serious tone without a smile — not exactly a welcoming start. Once seated, the first thing we noticed was that the salt and pepper shakers were dirty. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the glasses looked like water glasses, which felt disappointing for a restaurant of this level. For food, my mom ordered a very rare ribeye and it came out medium-plus. When we mentioned it to the food runner, she apologized and was about to walk away until my mom had to clearly ask for a replacement. The new steak was cooked correctly but unfortunately lacked flavor. The rest of the dishes were only lukewarm instead of hot. The presentation was beautiful, but the execution didn’t live up to it. Service wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t attentive or warm. Overall, for a restaurant inside a nice hotel, we expected a much better experience.

14/02/2026: I won €147.50, but the machine that pays out winnings only gave me €97.50; a €50 note was missing. The security cameras were reviewed, the machine was checked, but there was no sign of the missing €50 note. The security cameras confirmed that my partner didn't take the missing note, and that the next customer didn't either, but that's all. Being in the retail industry, I can't understand why no solution could be offered; I find it shameful! He didn't even get back the money he had wagered when he arrived. You leave the slot machine room a winner and leave the casino a loser—unheard of!

08/02/2026: Very disappointed in the end, especially with the cashier staff. They were absent for 9-10 minutes. After three requests to reception, nothing was done. We were clearly bothering them. I do not recommend this establishment.

05/03/2026: We got pizzas from the kiosk, and don't bother! We've never eaten or even seen a thin-crust pizza in our lives! It's shameful to serve that, frankly.

08/07/2025: The food was quite good and well prepared. The problem was the service and the feeling that we were left with that they wanted to scam us with the bill. To start with, they charged us two euros more. When I asked for the receipt, they immediately refunded it. When we checked the receipt, we saw that they had charged us 5.5 euros for a bottle of water, when we had taken water from the tap. They immediately refunded it. I think you have to be careful when they give you the bill in this place, especially if you are a tourist and don't speak French well enough!

13/11/2025: Warm welcome. Very generous and delicious meal. It's a shame the restaurant is so small; you quickly feel cramped. I had a good time and we all enjoyed our meal. I recommend it for discovering Senegalese cuisine.
