19/12/2025: This is my first time here and I'm disappointed. We waited a long time before even having to ask to place an order. No server came to take our order for 45 minutes. That's unacceptable. Then the burger was cold. Apart from the manager, who seemed friendly at the end, the service wasn't pleasant. It's a real shame.

13/12/2025: The food and service were good, but the service was chaotic, both for the food and the drinks. It took almost two hours in total to get everything, and the staff didn't even apologize!

20/01/2026: What a great place! If you're going to Decathlon in Mérignac, be sure to stop at this restaurant (on the left as you enter). Quality and friendly service at this brasserie. Everything is truly excellent for a very reasonable price. A must-visit!

17/02/2026: This is the third time we've ordered from Sushiman, either for takeout via Deliveroo or Uber Eats, and it's always been excellent! 🍣 Fresh, generously filled, and delicious sushi. Fast service and never disappointed. Highly recommended!

09/01/2026: Maki with either a small piece of avocado and a bit of wilted granita apple, maki with dried tuna, or maki with mackerel. I didn't think one could be so disappointed with maki. Almost €20 for that... 😞 last time. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant.

13/03/2026: The pizza was absolutely delicious! The pizzas were generously topped and the ingredients were top-quality. Despite my high standards, I was completely won over. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the staff was truly wonderful. A huge thank you for the gorgonzola pizza; it was a real treat, served just in time for iftar. I highly recommend it!

07/03/2026: Very average pizza. I ordered a Chef's pizza with extra mushrooms. Luckily, they didn't charge me for the extra mushrooms as an apology for the 20-minute delay, because I looked carefully and there were no mushrooms on my pizza. The egg on my pizza, which was cold and barely cooked, was actually lying next to it in the box. Not great at all.

27/02/2026: The pig on the logo, a sign "hot sauce here is spicy", Italian decor, 3 different bottles of oil on the table... the atmosphere is there, I can't wait to eat a good ham and cheese pizza. After looking at the pizzas, I chose the first one with pork (there are very few tomato-based options), the Spalla Cotta. I expected more choices given the logo, but that's just a minor detail. No need to reserve, which is a plus, but it also meant the restaurant was very crowded. The first negative point was that we didn't receive our pizzas at the same time, even though there were only three of us. The pizzas arrived, they were generously portioned and looked quite appetizing, well-topped despite the thin crust. However, my Spalla Cotta was a mixed bag. The ham seemed to have been simply placed on top and was cold. It was very generous, but unfortunately, it lacked cohesion, with too little cheese and tomato. The most annoying thing was the uneven cooking of the pizza, the lack of aroma, and the "hot" sauce that wasn't spicy at all, considering the expiration date. I suppose the oil needs to be added gradually... For pizzas with a crème fraîche or cheese base, the undercooked pizza is more forgivable, and enthusiasts will surely appreciate the al dente texture, but for me, the experience was mixed, not to mention the waiter's discreet winks at my partner... In short, you can certainly have a good time on their terrace in the summer for a light snack or a light meal during the week before heading back to the office, but for me, I was quite disappointed; it's not very appealing for Italy.
